People were friendly, but service was slow. I waited there with only one other man in line at the printing part. He was being helped by an associate. There was another helping me as well as doing other this simultaneously, which really slowed the process. Just help get me out of there and go back to the other work. Customers first.
Worst customer service ever! When I described a product I was looking for, the sales associate appeared puzzled and walked away. I assumed he went to ask another sales associate where about the product. Instead of returning to tell me he was not able to help me, after waiting almost 20 minutes for him to return, I found him in another area of the store helping another customer with a transaction at the customer service area. He should have shown common courtesy but chose to let me just stand there waiting for him to return. It is obvious to me that Staples does not train their employees in customer service because there is none. I operate 3 offices in varying locations and will never waste my time at a Staples store again.
Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of home office, school, and business supplys, computers, printers, and furniture. They also have several copy machines that take credit cards, so no waiting to pay for your copies in a line. They have UPS pick up there if you need to ship something. Also have public restrooms.
Horrible experience. I wish we had more options here in town because I dont ever want to return. I came in with a USB and wanted to get something printed. I was also hoping to get help. The woman told me I had to go home and send it online. I asked if I could do it there and she refused. I got home and it took me forever to figure out how to upload. Finally it was sent and I was able to order in the evening. I called the next afternoon and asked if it was done . I was told it was. I made a special trip to go pick it up and it wasnt even started. They told me to come back again tonight.
Worst experience. Justin the guy in copy department is zero help. And had his pants sagging so low you could see his butt. Not professional at all. Wish there was an office max or office depot instead. Poor customer service here all around. If I had a choice I wouldnt return.
We had some print orders. The team was very resourceful and quick to respond. Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Great experience.
Worst Ever!!!😡 4 freakin printers all I wanted was 10 copies of 4 pages..... none of them worked. Instead of just making them for me... the associate told me in her nasal voice I can do it, but its going to be 15 min... I was already there for 15 min. Smh

Just witnessed excellent example of customer service. Elderly customer needed help sending Fax. Staples employee was very patient, attentive and helpful. Kudos to Mr. Leuthauser at NewHartford location
Horrible company!!!! I ordered an office chair on the website, 15 minutes later I got an email that said the chair was out of stock and 5 minutes later they charged my card. I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. Staples stole my money and Im contacting an attorney!!!
Worst print service experience. Will not even be going to store to waste my time. Using local printshop. Amateur hour over at staples, and they dont call you back to answer your questions. They take your number and tell you they are too busy to talk. Hmm? No bueno.

Copy center needs help. Staples better listen and train their staff better. It seems that Im not he only one with issues with the copy center. I wont be using their copy center anytime soon.
The prices are reasonable, but theres a tall manger with glasses who is useless on toast as a source of information and help. The other manager there was much more helpful.
Store refuses to do returns or exchanges on computers past 14 days even with receipt...the square trade warranty staples sells will not assist you because square trade reports they do not provide services until manufacturer warranty expires...which is a year after buying...staples staff was uncaring ... they will tell you anything to but products but do not stand by product even if its under 2 months old with a receipt
Purchased 951xl ink cartridges for HP printer. $117. Seriously how much does HP profit? They can be that expensive to produce. Not Staples fault since the prices are similar in other stores.
Picked up a new printer today, got to the register to find out that it was on sale, marked down from $100 to $30. Just cant beat that kind of deal.

With the reviews of the copy center, I had expected bad service. All of the copiers worked and a worker came over to ask if I needed help. I took away one star for the slowness of the copier.
Attempted to purchase the on sale school supplies. Sale runs from 9/10 -9/16. Was shopping at noon on 9/11 and pencil and crayon sale items were depleted.
When I had an issue the gentleman working behind the counter in the copy center had a major attitude basically threw his hands up in the air and told me he didnt have all the answers that was his answer to the problem there printer was not printing color copies the correct color and I was getting charged for color copies when some of them were black and white they really need to fix their machines and fire that guy behind the counter
Dont fax from here.Faxes sent were so dark they were unreadable. When I went back to see what could be done, they told me nothing could be done and my only option was to find another place to fax. No refund.
Cashier did a great job. Made copies,& they were cheap.
I needed some folders that could hold files for Civil Air Patrol. This is the only place I could find them.
Clean, organized, and generally good prices compared to competitors.

2022-03-08Needed a large color poster printed and wasnt sure about dimensions. Marianna helped me figure out all the details and fit perfectly. Printing quality and lamination exceeded expectation and Marianna had my order ready much faster than expected. Really great customer service, thank you Marianna!!!

2022-04-08I purchased a desk and a chair totaling $315. We went to put the desk together. I hired help, we got halfway through we’re missing a part, and one of the parts was made wrong. I called the manager he said to call the 800 number they would ship me the right part and the missing part in a couple days. When I called they told me there was like a 15 day wait for the parts. I wasn’t going to wait because are too many other places to purchase from. I proceeded to open the box to the chair and assemble that and there was a broken part in that also . I had to return everything I bought. The manager never even offered a small gift card to the store for my inconvenience. With the prices of gas and having to return some thing I purchased didn’t make me a happy customer. It wasn’t my fault.

2022-04-12I go in to buy a file cabinet . They have all on display. Come to find out that they dont have any in stock. I ask about floor model they tell Me they dont sell floor models. Staples can go to hell. Rude customer service. I was about to spend about 300 in store today. Dont ever shop there.

2021-03-09I stopped at Staples today after stopping at another big name brand store ( that could not help me) looking for a charger. I was blown away with the customer service. The moment I walked through the door the cashier directed me to the exact spot I needed to go and when I came back to cash out another gentleman made sure I had the right product and even opened the box to compare the one I brought with me with the one I was about to purchase.I will being going back for all of my office needs in the future. Outstanding service and knowledge!!!

2020-09-17Staff is usually decently helpful. Store is neat and clean and easy to navigate. The print/fax/etc. functions are easy to use and to figure out yourself; and if you cant, the print center staff will help you out.

2020-01-01Do not buy computers at this store. When the computer was not what I wanted or expected in quality they refused to refund setup fee. I called Best Buy and asked if they would have returned setup fee if I’d bought it from there and they said yes. I will never go in this store again.

2018-07-31One of the better Staples stores. The staff & supervisors are friendly and helpful. There were a couple of times when the item I wanted wasnt in stock, but they led me to a kiosk, and helped me place an order that would be shipped, free of charge, to my doorstep. Great customer service! Highly recommended.

2018-08-02Looking for printer inks. Was looking for a specific number on the brother inks. Search them for over 10 minutes while an employee was right next to me in the aisle unloading boxes. Never once asked if she could help me. Cash register guy was way too serious. Couldnt get him to crack a smile for nothing.
