I dont write bad reviews like this, ( check my other reviews) but this is my unhappy experience with this staff in the printing store, which staples should really have an employee evaluation. Specifically, the beard middle age African American guy with a big belly. Now I went there to print some templates, dimensions of a custom sink. They are all lines and a slight 3d model of the sink which it can be print in black and white. The beard staff talks to me with an attitude saying he cant print in bond paper, because its not a blueprint, I need to print my stuff in poster. Then I asked what is a blueprint? he said, its drawings for buildings, and mines are not. Then I said, well they have dimensions not for building but still lines of a design. He proceeded, Well its not blueprint, I know what a blueprint is, it is store rules, cant print this in cheap paper!Now let me kindly post the definition which I just googled:blue·print/ˈblo͞oˌprint/Learn to pronouncenouna design plan or other technical drawing.Now, he ended quoting me $65 per page to print my technical line drawings in heavyweight paper. Does he just want to avoid printing another item for the day or your store mandate your staff to cheat on customers? Beats me, but this some next level bull. By the way I need to print 3 now, 3 more later, total 6. Right now, a refurbished large format goes for $700. Hmmmm, why would I use your service?Please let me know on my attached images in which way it is not a design/plan and/or other technical drawings.Staples of 5th Ave, please give some special training to staffs and enhance their ability to discern. Thank you !

Went to get a cheap quick copy made of an 18x24 sheet. My colleagues and myself get this done regularly and it’s NEVER more than 10 heck it’s usually half that. Justin, charged me $19 for this service. $19 for a poor quality print on heavyweight paper. When I confronted Justin about this discrepancy he outright denied any cheaper option existed and continually cut my girlfriend off mid sentence. I didn’t even need high quality paper, but Justin continued to deny that the options for a cheaper copy existed. Returned my copy. Do not go here. There are better options in bay ridge. FedEx, UPS, etc.
