Last month or so or maybe even a few weeks ago, I came here and needed my resume to be printed out in addition to my cover letter. At first when I came, my resume has a weird format so it was printing into about three pages of one pages worth of work. Whatever the case was, I thought i was in and out to print my resume, but I wasnt and daisy helped me to the fullest and even provided me with better quality paper for the resume. She was wonderful to be honest. Id recommend.
I had requested a set of architectural drawing to be printed from a flash drive@ 3 pm on Sat 5/5/18. Service person said they would be ready in an hour and half . I go back at 4.40pm customer service person tell me they ran out of paper, Its staples ,paper is their business. cant complete my order. This store is terrible ,manager doesnt care. I will not be taking my printing or any business to this store.
Very Pour Service At The Copy And Print Center At This Staples. Every time I come here the employees are very slow and the customer service is WACK! I Mean Very BAD! It doesn’t matter if it’s one person behind the counter or multiple they don’t attend to guests properly. And it’s many times I’m the only one line and it takes me 30min before I’m attended to and not to mention when there’s others in line. Its way worst to get a print out and go about my business. 👎🏼
Staples is great for office supplies but this store does not have as much variety as many other larger locations. The 2 stars is because of the poor customer service at the copy center. The females that work there have nasty attitudes unless its someone they know personally as they will spend most of their time chatting about family issues rather assist customers. The other employees in the store are very helpful but since I primarily use the copiers and need to put together presentations I based my score on the Print and Marketing section.
I went there around 8:15 p.m to buy a printer. The workers look like they dont want to be bothered. I asked for help and no one would help me so I walked out and bought my printer from another office supply store. I am ashamed of the way Staples employees ignore the customers when customers ask for help in choosing a printer or other supplies. Lazy employees.
Good day !hope after everyone reads thisthey can make a good decision about coming here to get there papers printed.1) they only have 1 young lady at the computer section , the other employees are behind the counter while there is a huge line of customers waited to be attended.2) , while the printer is not working im waiting to be attended and while im waiting to be attended money is running out of my card , i ask for a reimburshment since nobody wanted to help me, and they immediately declined , who runs the show here ? extremely unprofessional. i basically came to this staples today to get robbed for my moneydont recommend anybody to go here , i will request services else where.
Employees gave incomplete/false information.Lost $30 in fail Rewards Program.Didnt have the $20 buck ink cartridge. Despite that I called earlier.Sold me the $40 ink cartridge.The laptops they have on display; they dont even carry in stock. Then tried to sell me another laptop which is refurbish and still looks like crap. I gave up.. then shop online and had it ship free to me.So.. I guess Staples is ok, but this branch is a failure.
I went to this staples just to get a single print enlargement. I had the worst experience ever with the print manager in staples, I think her name was Chasity. This women is so rude. If you go to staples around 8:00am - 1:00pm the lady is there . She refuse to help me and on top of that she left me waiting for 15 min in the counter while she had no customers and was doing nothing. Ive been going to this staples for 5 years straight. Never had an argument until this women that they call printing manager shows up. Even claiming that the staples store is her and telling people not to come to the store. I wont be spending anymore money here.
Copies In A Rush!Dropped in for last minute prints of documents needed for legal cases.MY WIFI printer at home had no plans of cooperating with me and I need documents for 2 separate legal cases!LOCATION- Quiet and clean with helpful staff at print center. Printing from my cellphone was as easy as signing into my email and attacking the docs to a STAPLES email for print authorization.Credit/Debit accepted direct from printer and received PERFECT black/white full page copies for 15 cents each.DEFINITELY worth the travel time and effort at such an urgent time of evening!I recommend and will use again!
I live in Bronx, New York. The Staples near my home, is in partnership with UPS. This store provides one stop shopping and services for my community. But the employees at this store are not trust worthy and honest. I securely packed a firm bubble padded envelope and trusted Staples and their employees to secure my package to be picked up by UPS. Once my package shipped the receiver, to my surprise the item I was STOLEN! A staple employee tore the padded envelope open and took the item out and tapped the package back up. Staples clearly states that, they can not accept any packages that are not packaged properly. Therefore, which proves that the damage to my package was done after I left it with their employee. I am applauded the Staples has not taking responsibility FOR their employees actions. Shira D. Goodman is the CEO of this Retail store, which is #22 on the Fortune 500 list and has 61,503 employees. Staples needs to reevaluate their policies and treatment of their customers. Unfortunately, Staples has lost a loyal customer and will share my stories until this issue is resolved. Terrible customer service was on hold forever and was being transferred multiple times. Daisy couldnt even get me an answer until I asked her 10 times different types of questions of an estimate amount to print one color sheet of paper and that if was a hard type of paper an estimate of how much it will cost. Oh you need to come to the store Im calling for a reason so I dont need to go.
I was waited on in the copy center by Juanita G. in the Bronx at the Bronx Park East store and she was ever so helpful. Her help with my business cards eased my worry for my New York Fashion Week Nail Bar. I needed help and she took control. Thank you Juanita and Staples. Ill be back!
I had very good experiences before now I want to scream I took my laptop in on a Tuesday they said give them 24 hours they will call me with the progress of the laptop they never did so I call which it took forever for someone to pick up the tech tells me my order was put in to pick up on Saturday that was not the agreement proceeds to tell my my laptop is almost done but its in another location ha ha tells me they will give me a call to let me know to pick it up never got a call I call a few days later (very busy mom)n the tech manager nick (complete moron) tells me since he was out n the system was down so nobody could do anything to my laptop so which is it its almost done or its in another location what he proceeds to tell me he will call me when he done with it calls my home at 10 pm to tell me he will be there in the morning so I can pick it up never got a call I wish ceaser or jeremey was there for sure things would have got done right never will I take anything to this store for repair to change inverted colors cost me $229 I swear nick jerked me

2022-04-10Visited on a Sunday, great Staples! The self-printing service was great! They have envelopes and stationary as needed handy as well which is a plus! Also, just found out one can ship via UPS at this location all 7 days of the week! Friendly staff!

2022-02-01Very Poor customer service from management. I went their and wasted time. Walking around trying to get assistance for some time. I ended having to go back to the register to ask for assistance AGAIN. It’s like the twilight zone. No one know what’s going on.

2021-10-10Today was my first time printing labels and i had no idea on how it works and didnt get any correct answers or help from other printing store but praise to Zoila she explained and helped me and it meant a lot to me. Thank you so much. I will visit again.

2020-10-05Chastity Colon is an amazing staples employee. I arrived at 10:00 am to make a booklet for my cousin who passed away. She helped me create the book, every single page. She worked passed her shift until the job was completed. The next day her co-workers didnt complete the book correctly, so she was there early in the morning to re print the book. I have never seen someone so patient and determined to help. She is an exemplary employee. She has made a tragic moment beautiful and special for my family and I. If you ever need help please ask for her she is passionate about her work.

2021-03-20Not pleasant called in about my order was placed on hold five times, seemed like no one knew anything and then was told that a supervisor will give me a call back it’s been two days and I am still waiting on that call back! Called the store today and was placed on hold for 20min.

2021-03-19The process of printing out pdfs from your e-mail is a little cumbersome. TBH my arthritis was acting up, so that added to the process. The staff were knowledgeble and helpful. 03-19-2021.

2019-02-13Over all, the service is good, the store policy is good. Most Staples have free parking. Itd be better if the price goes a little easy on us. To get more discounts, sign up for membership.

2019-09-08This one of the most unorganized Staples I have ever been in. The items are not clearly marked on the shelves with the price. There is no where to scan an item to find out the price I was forced to stand on the line too find out the price because two floor workers do not have scanners to assist. I stood on a line that was at the back of the store for twenty minutes only to find out the journal and r yearly planner ridiculously over priced. Oh also the worker controlling the line stated I should step down to register for when the other customer was having payment issues so I waited another 10 mi Utes. They have a sign for help wanted but the need a complete overhaul especially during back to school season. This is why business are closing and more consumers are utilizing e-commerce. Customer service is down the drain.qqqqqqq1

2018-02-21I went to purchase a printer and had a wonderful customer service experience! I had loads of questions and comparisons ( as i often do concerning tech stuff...Im always confused..lol) and the sales clerk (Victoria) was soooo patient! She walked me through the whole purchase process, answering questions and helping me to compare prices all the way to the register to purchase! She didnt give up on me and leave me wandering in tech world confusion. I purchased an affordable HP all- in-one printer and ink! My budget was to spend LESS than $200and thats what happened!
