PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!Absolutely the worst service department in the world. They have had my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan that has a lifetime warrentee from Mopar for the last 12 weeks (Since March 25, 2022) and havent even filed a claim to replace the fully covered transmission under warrentee. I have made dozens of calls to the service manager and after giving me three different names he just tells me if you dont like it take your mini van someplace else No one responds to calls and when I try to contact someone above the service manager I get hung up on. My disabled wife and daughter need this vehicle for transportation but the service manager didnt care when I told him. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!
Would question their work .... my car runs as if the oil was not done .. never leave me the date for the next return for the services ... getting worse & worse when ever I return. There. The manager is angry for the bad reviews that i post ... so he always give me attitude now 🙄
My daughter dropped off the car Tuesday morning. She explained everything that was happening to the car and also that we needed an oil change. She spoke to a Service writer named Cesar. After waiting all day for a call back we decided to call around 4pm to check on status. The receptionist answered and couldn’t even find my information and told me my car isn’t there. After a while of back and forth she finally found my paperwork and said Cesar was not at his desk but would have him call me right away. Never got a call back. Next day I speak to Cesar and he said that he supposedly called me a couple times and that they couldn’t find what’s wrong with the car. After his explanation and giving me no solution I asked him if they at least completed the oil change. He said no and that he didn’t realize we asked for one and said he would get someone on it asap and have it done by the time my daughter arrived to pick up car. My daughter arrives and no Cesar to be found to speak with. After my daughter got tired of walking around the place and no one even acknowledging her she went to the lady at check out and asked if she can take her car. The lady checked paperwork and said yes and continued to do whatever she was involved with as my daughter just stood there waiting. After just waiting and waiting and waiting my daughter had to get her attention again to see if she was good to go and the lady says, “yeah your done”. My daughter walks outside to get her car and notices there is no sticker on the windshield showing next oil change so she wonders if it even got done. She walks out of car heading back and lot attendant very rudely tells he she can’t leave the car there. She explains the situation and the guy was not being understanding at all. My daughter gets inside only to find out oil change was never done. I called my daughter and she’s telling me about the nightmare she’s going thru and she ends up just walking out. What a poor way of treating customers. Usually I handle going to service and taking care of the car situation but this was my daughters first time doing everything herself. This will be the last time she takes the car there. Truly unbelievable and very upsetting to know she was disregarded throughout the whole process.
I came to to get a Oil change today I got great, above and beyond customer service Paul took care of me he was so professional and mannerly he is the manager I think Paul made it such easy and calm experience thanks for the help Paul you made my day better thank you.Paul the manager was an amazing help.
Service advisor was very rude when I asked a simple question while she went through the paperwork before my car was checked out. Long wait times, no loaner vehicles, and after I was already told by jeep that I’d be reimbursed for a rental vehicle, when I arrived here, the story changed. I was told by the rude service advisor that rental is not covered.
I was in for an appointment yesterday for a Grand Cherokee. Everyone was very helpful. Milton, my sales rep, even stayed past closing to help me understand monetary information before I made a decision. I left with a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland today and couldn’t be happier. Shoutout to Milton for making this process easy and enjoyable.
We just purchased a jeep gladiator and Tiguan was very helpful with all the process and explained in details every aspect of our purchase. The only place I didn’t feel like they are trying to push us into any deal . They gave us space and allowed us to make our decision based on what we could pay . I highly recommend this place .
I had an oil change and tire rotation in addition to a wheel balancing issues. These guys did it all within 4 hours and I was off, then on the highway I realized that wheel balancing is still off. I came back and the manager jumped in right away, he had a mechanic take a ride with me trouble shooting the issue. We came back to the dealership they had the car fixed up within the hour, I highly recommend this place. Thank you guys for being an upstanding dealer.

I bought a car here with a service contract for 1 year bumper to bumper then the manufacturer had a warranty up to 60k miles. Every time I brought my car into service within the 1st year they told me they were so busy, I wouldnt get my car back for 2 weeks to a month. A few times I left it, other times I just paid an outside mechanic to fix faster. Even though I paid $3500 for the special 1 year bumper to bumper.Then after the 1 year special coverage was over, every time I brought it in I noticed if it was a manufacturer problem I could possibly get my car back within 1 week or 2. But, when it was an out-of-pocket problem, I could have my car back in 1 or 2 days.I always got charged some extra fees when servicing within 1 year or anytime after. I noticed anyone paying cash would get their car sometimes same day, and they charge $180 to check EACH diagnosis with your car. Whereas any other shop would be ashamed to charge someone over $200 to diagnose easy problems like needing AC fluid, checking wheel alignment, etc.If you do decide to buy a car here. I wont ever again.DO NOT PURCHASE ANY WARRANTY THEY SELLAnd yes they do the bait and switch. I have read on reviews they advertise a car, when you get there, they say it was just placed in contract with (X) money down...They are scammers.
Due to timing, the matter of exclusivity, and rarity of the car I wanted, the original car I was looking at sold the day before I was finally able to see it. Luckily Milton, my sales rep, showed me few other options that were in transit and were luckily similarly priced and modeled from the same car.Even though it took some time for the car to reach the dealership, which was understandable from the bad weather the area was experiencing and transporting, when it finally popped in the inventory a few weeks later, I was promptly notified and the process time from the call that the car was inside their lot to off the lot took no longer than 2.5 hours.Noting that I am also a first time car owner with only year and a half of credit history with no loan history which made it very difficult for them to find a deal for me and get approval. They were able to talk me through the process of loan approval issues but luckily their finance rep was able to finding a deal that, truthfully was more than I was expecting to pay on a monthly base, would still fit with current financial situation. The rep even told me some advice on paying of the loan quicker and more effectively.Definitely a diverse team, and easy to talk to as well!Ask for Milton, if you are in the area and looking for a new car!
The worst experience I had with a dealership.My car had broken down. Turns out their was a recall on a tiny little part that takes 20 mins to install. The car sat thief for 6 weeks and the manager was of no help what so ever to me and flat out admited he didn’t care about the repair because he wasn’t marking money off it.I called another dealership and not only did they tell me to bring the car in and they can have it done in 2 hours but they also knew exactly how to override the issues.Would never recommend this place to anyone or go their again.
If I would be able i would give the -100 . DO NOT GO THERE!!!! The Service at this location is very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!Cannot started new car, staked on driveway. Roadside Assistance offered few dealers/services nearby. I have selected closest one. The RA Rep called them and confirm that my car will be accepted. When the tow truck bring the car to their site they refused to take it we dont have space and we are busy. On my comment that car is unmanageable / un-drivable that manger replied I dont care . The Tow trucker left the car(unmanageable / un-drivable) on the street and I had to wait for 5 (!!!) hours for another truck that tow my car to another dealer service. The Service at this location IS VERY RUDE and UN-PROFESSIONAL!!!!
The service Rep did a good job of keeping me up to date about vehicle. Thanks Key. Also this location is very honest, I left a lot of money in my car and when I got my car back it was still there. 5 stars for the honesty. Long as I have my Jeep Grand Cherokee this will be my service station.
They took a couple days to contact my warranty because of short staffing. Then when i went to pick up my car i did a walk around just like they do and i see they hit my brand new bumper of course they are replacing it but what an inconvenience i have to take time out of my schedule to go back there for them to change it! Then when bumper did arrive they didn’t call me i had to call them, and they gave me a day that didn’t work for me so i had to wait another 2 weeks for them to install my bumper. Even more inconvenient.then when i went to pick up my bumper I decided I didn’t want to wait 2 hours for them to install it and kenny tried to tell me that if i wanted to keep MY bumper and the new one i have to pay Chrysler $100. No how about u pay the $100 and next time take better care of peoples car when there in ur possession after about 20 min of back and forth he decided to just give me the new bumper. Never go back there!
I was called back because the parts to fix the recall arrived. It was not serviced!. When at the dealer, I requested a fuel injection service,that you said was done,and to fix a noise from the vehicle passenger fan,that was NOT DONE! I was charged almost five hundred dollars for nothing. I will not come back to your place. Thanks for nothing.
They will rip you offIm not recommending this service department and dealership. They are very nice to welcome you, in start but you as soon you let them work on your car they will start charging (rip) you for God knows what would be. starts from Battery and labour charges, contamination in tank, then contamination in fuel lines, contamination in injectors then fuel sensor, then change complete injectors. and charge you for each service each time separately (I think $100+ per hour). they will scare you that if you do not do these services we are not responsible for anything and you need to pay extra for tow and bring back your car to us and that time charges could go higher. I already paid $1400+ and they are asking for $600 $700 more. God knows where they will stop and fix my cars miss fire issue.
Be careful before you go. I contacted them to see if a vehicle I was interested in was available. I was told that it was so made an appointment for the next morning to see and possibly purchase the car. The next morning at 10 am I was called confirming the appointment and once again told that vehicle was available. When I arrived at 11 am the car I was interested in was sold, registered and in the process of being picked up. Lying to me to just get me in the door is a dirty sales tactic. If they lie before youre even in the door Id hate to see what they say once you start the buying process.
Having the worst experience with the service department. My car has been out for 60 plus days with an engine failure issue due to an inferior product within the engine. Ive had a jeep since I was 18 and always treated them with care. The engine just happened to fail on this model (2017 Jeep Cherokee). I brought my car in for warrant repair over 60 days ago and I still havent gotten my car back. I ve received speeding tickets while the mechanics were working on it and wasnt given a rental by the dealership. Absolutely a terrible experience and inconvenience. I will be moving away from purchasing Jeeps after this experience and thats all Ive ever driven my entire life.
SO APPARENTLY THIS DEALERSHIP DOESN’T USE EQUITY. Is this a joke? They had the car I wanted. This is because apparently upper management doesn’t allow their employees to use my equity as part of the down payment. You guys lost a customer. Very upsetting as every other dealership in the country is allow to use equity in this crazy market. The only reason I’m giving a 5 star rating is because I was treated well and everything was explained to me. My salesperson Johnathan lost his sale and it’s not fair to him and it’s no fair to the consumer. Unacceptable.
My 2nd car Durango i purchased from Chris Lewis always was a honest and professional sale man. He became more like family for the past 3 years. Always checked in with me to see how my 2015 durango limited was treating me and he look me out of the car and put me in a 2018 durango gt taking care of all of my remanding leasing payments. I live in staten island but ill always travel to where Chris is to lease another car and for his services. Chris L. is the guy to see at Star Chrysler Jeep and Dodge if your looking to purchase or lease any vehicle.
Take forever to perform any type of service to the vehicle, lucky if you get the car back same day unless your simply getting and oil change/inspection done. Had 2 simple speed sensors replaced (both parts totalled 60$) ended up being charged over 650$ claiming it was for labor. Sensors that are easy to access on the car and would take at most an hour to replace. Total rip off, tried getting in contact with the service manager on 3 seprate occasions and if he wasnt im a meeting he was on a lunch break. On top of all they cant even garantee their work, theyll tell you it should drive well now if not bring it in but we cant garantee you wont be charged again. Never buying/using this dealership again when looking for my next car. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!
I’ve been to various Chrysler dealerships. By far the best one for my 1st time too. Came in for an oil change w/ no appointment. Was helped right away w/ no problems. I was given the run down of my oil & other maintenance. At the end was given a final run down of what was done to my car. They even gave me a heads up to look out for my maintenance . They even went out their way to fill up my wiper fluid. All the staff their kind as efficient 👍🏼
They okay. They always packed and take a long time to service your car. It took a good couple of min to be acknowledged and ask a simple question even though Im 100% sure Im not invisible.2022I really wanted to give this place a chance. But I brought in my car yesterday to get my tailgate fixed. Left it at 1030 am never recieved a call. Called at 3pm person said they will let advisor know I called. 5pm came around and the place closed without notifying me what will be done. Ruined my whole day and my day today. They are very unprofessional and not very communicative. Once they gone they are gone. I wont be coming back here. Then today I recieve a call that it is ready. Honestly this type of experience with service makes me reconsider my car purchase for the future. This is ghetto and unprofessional. I really tried to give it a chance but I cant deal with that. Because they are not communicative my today was a inconvenience. If I could give it a zero I would. An apology would have been nice. The customer service is awful here.
I came in about 3 looking into my getting a car I’ve always wanted and each time I was treated with exceptional customer service by everyone especially ray Torres & Rubion and Rai it’s was beyond painless and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to get my car from them . Great service!
This dealership has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in a car dealership. From the time I purchased the car and it wasnt ready the day and time as promised to going here for service appointments that take all day to calling here for information and they put you on a hold 15-20 at a time and never come back to the phone. I will NEVER use this dealership for anything, EVER again.
I worked there so I dont have anything nasty to say other then they need to update there service when it comes to customers and to update the place to our Century. They have a few good people who work there but just make sure you ask for Jean or Will they will take good care of you
Horrible customer service. They are not team players. Went in on Sunday (9/12/21) was greeted by Damion answered all our questions. Filled out an application with him put in $500 deposit he asked for with no hesitation. He stated my application would be worked on and banks would be contacted on Monday. He was a very helpful salesman. Monday afternoon I called the dealership to get an update I was told Damion was not there however, they would look into it was then told I was denied they did not inform me if I should look for another co-signer or put a larger deposit down not in my interest at all. On Tuesday when I asked for my refund I then saw the car was sold. Instead of another car salesmen helping me out that Monday or even helping Damion with the sale that day since he could not be in the office that day, they sold the car. What’s the point of putting a deposit down if it will not hold the car? How do you sell a car when you still have my deposit ? What’s the point of having your dealership open on a Sunday (days when banks can’t be contacted) if they can’t hold the car for you on a working business day for the banks. This dealership was unprofessional, not loyal, and are not team players at all. Every man for them self should be their motto.
Had a GREAT experience at this location. I was shopping around at different dealerships and was being given the typical aggressive car salesman experience. But when I came to Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I met Milton Jerez and I had a great experience. Milton was nice, respectful and didn’t pressure me too much. He made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend asking for Milton when you go to Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They honestly treat you like a person and not a customer.
Zaire was an exceptional sales person. His personality and professionalism made me and my mother want to purchase a car from him. We had difficulty deciding what car to purchase. He not only took his time but he explained everything thoroughly and carefully to make sure we were making the right decision. We were already leading one vehicle and he made sure the transaction of turning in our vehicle to get the new vehicle went smoothly. I would highly recommend him again to friends and family members to purchase from Zaire. The others working at this dealership were very professional as well and made sure our needs were addressed as well.
On October 19th I went into Star and had a great experience with Rhakyia. She took me on test drives with two different vehicles and was very patient. She answered my questions, made suggestions and gave me great feedback on the value of the vehicle I chose. The process went flawlessly and I am very happy with my vehicle.

They are Thief and un-professional.The manager is so arrogant and rude. He thinks this is the only dealer in the world. If you ask questions, he will ask you to take your car out. If you leave an honest comment to help them improve their customer service, he will become your enemy.
Always use Star Chrysler Jeep. One thing I noticed was the change in management at the service desk. Very refreshing to meet new Manager Paul. He greeted me and got me checked in for my Jeep service. These guys will make you out a deposit on a car then say that you can’t have the car just yet so we waited a few days just to found out the car we had a deposit on they already sold it to someone else, then after waiting almost 1 month they finally returned my deposit. Don’t play games with people, I hope no one has to go through what we did but after reading some old reviews doesn’t look like the first time this has happened. 0 stars!!!
I had a great experience with Star! I went to countless dealers, and didnt think Id be going home with the car I wanted but Star made it happen. Ray was really patient with all my questions, and attentive to the family I brought with me as well. The entire team is great, highly recommend.
Called on the spur of the moment to get a quote on a remote starter key fob for my Compass. They had it in stock and were able to program it w/o an appointment. I also had my car inspected and a recall on some valve in my car checked out. This was how I spent Black Friday. Theres nothing like not having to jump through hoops when you need service for your car. Friendly/efficient sales, parts and service people here.
Last time I came for an oil change it took approximately 8 hours. Which is way too long for such Service under Any circumstances. I stopped coming to this Dealership for any service as a result. Unfortunately, I had to bring it back here today for an Air Conditioning issue, as I have my grandsons with me and is unable to take my vehicle to a Long Island Dealership which provide superior service in a more realistic time frame. Hopefully me and my grandsons wont have to be here until 5 PM before they can figure out what the problem is.
Mr. Tequan was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the day and was. pleasure to work with. we are extremely happy with our purchase on our New Grand Cherokee. The process was great and quick. Working with Mr. Tequan made the day go smooth! Definitely will be buying a car again Star again down the road!
I came to the dealership on 2/12 looking to lease a JEEP Compass through Chrysler capital, I had equity from my lease.I saw alot of ads stating dealerships accommodating you have if you have equity. STAR Jeep was unable to accommodate me so I went the Bayside location and purchased a JEEP compass same day.Unsure how it is the same company but one location was able to accommodate me & the other one could not.
I just purchased a 2016 jeep cherokee from this dealership & I am very happy. Not just because of my purchase but also with the service I received from the employees here. Especially Roy Torres. He was helpful, knowledgeable & above all else he was honest which is really important to me. Im very satisfied with this place.

Was looking to purchase a car wow living out of state. Pull up the website and the car I wanted to buy stated it was certified pre owned The car salesman tells me I have to pay an additional $2495 if I want the car certified pre owned. I asked why I would have to pay an additional 2495 if the cars already certified pre owned as the description stated . sad customer service. Trying to get every penny they can because Im doing outside financing

One of the most easiest transactions I have encountered. When you are tired of getting slammed by other dealers with the unnecessary inflated fees, go see Mike Cruz. These folks have it right. Trust me, Ive been thrown out of dealers for knowing all about their scams.
0 stars, we spoke over the phone to confirm the price and we agreed, we went to the dealer and agreed on the price again then we purchased the vehicle but they could not give us the vehicle that day. So we went ahead put a down payment signed the contract just for them to call us a week later and say if you want the car it’s gonna be a additional 5 to 10 grand more. Yah no thank you, wouldn’t buy from here if it was the last dealership on earth.
I purchased my jeep cherokee from them....If you go ask for Ray Torres....not only was he great when he sold me the car but i texted him i had a problem with the car and he took care of it....oh he also answered his text on his day off....i have purchased cars before the level of sales and service is off the charts...

Went to this dealership just to look around & ended up leaving with a 2021 Charger. I would have not made this big decision without the assistance of JHONATAN RUBIO. Not only was it a easy & smooth experience but he made me feel comfortable with moving forward. The reason why I capitalized his name is because if you decide to go here ask for him. You will not regret this decision.
Brought in my Jeep for airbag recalls. Done in a timely fashion. Wish they would have told me when making the appointment that I would have to leave my car all day. Ended up taking an Uber home which cost me 25 dollars and then an Uber back in rush hour cost me 35 dollars.Then waiting to pick my car up took longer than it should have. Waited 20 minutes.
Mr. Torres presented as professional and friendly. He was able to explain everything I needed and wanted to know about my new lease options. He also appreciated me for being a loyal customer as my last 4 vehicles were bought/leased from this dealership. He took extra care to detail the documentation from the insurance company and made several calls to make sure everything was accurate. Mr. Torres explained the sticker price information for added details and answered questions with clarity, including assistance with setting me up on the Jeep app on my iPhone. Customer service was impeccable.
My sales rep, Javier made this a great experience. He went above and beyond to put me in the vehicle I wanted for a great price, beating out all Jeep dealers in the area. One dealer said it was impossible but Javier made it happen. Staff and administration were incredibly nice and helpful.

Brought my truck in for warranty work on my lift gate on Friday February 18th. When I picked it up on the following Monday, the plastic on the inside of my tailgate makes the most annoying rattle. They won’t even take the time to properly place the clips back that were obviously damaged while my vehicle was in their possession.
Great dealership, I worked with both Ray Torres and the sales manager Leon Rai. They were both very cooperative in helping me find a deal that suits my needs and offering a package that works best for me. Ray Torres was on top of communication at every level and I can tell he was interested in my business. I am very happy to have purchase a vehicle through this dealership and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
Would give zero stars if possible. They are the nicest people prior to purchasing a car. Once you purchase a car from this dealership, it is impossible to speak to someone who doesnt sound miserable and like they are getting ready to jump over the edge. It is impossible to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about, or even cares to do a little bit of ground work to get an answer to a question. I called in and spoke to one person, and they said I can take my car in to be serviced free of charge as the car is still under warranty. My wife spoke to someone else and that person said the car is not covered under warranty anymore. This is the first review I am leaving ever, but they have pushed and pushed, and now enough is enough. I have had several terrible experiences with this dealership and it is impossible to get into contact with management. I purchased a 2017 Maxima from this dealership that was advertised as a Platinum, but in fact, isnt even an S model. When I first went to see my car, I checked, and the SD card was in the car (the SD card is used for navigation, saving settings in the car, etc.), and when I left the dealership, the SD card was gone. When I called to find out about the SD card, I was told that the manager of the Sales Dept will call me back. Never heard from him. Called back several times, and it was either the Sales Manager will call me back or he wasnt in. Sent several emails, but no response. I even went in a few times and was told that the Sales Manager was not in. I let that issue go. I try to find out what is actually covered under the bumper to bumper coverage, and yet again, no response from anyone. I have called several times, but no one knows anything. I was also told the same thing, the Sales Manager is not in or he will call me back. I let that issue go. I am not trying to get my car service, and it seems no one knows what that means or entails. One person says the car is covered under warranty and I can take the car in for servicing free of charge, while another person says the warranty is expired and I will have to pay. I do not know what to do anymore under than going to the dealership and storming into the Sales Managers office to get a straight answer and some decent help. With all of that said, please avoid this dealership at all costs as they are all thieves. They have welcoming faces when you want to buy a car, but they are wolves in sheep clothing
Let me start by saying my experience with Ray Torres was amazing at star Chrysler Dodge jeep Ram they very friendly and professional Ray asked me what I was looking for and into and he also made a few great suggestions on what he thought was a good idea for me after me explaining on what I was looking for he went threw a great deal to provide me with the service I needed and ask for i love my Jeep and the service that they gave me was excellent im happy to be apart or stars Chrysler family because thats what they made me feel like family
I was searching all over for a scatpack and I came to Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Queens Village and I left the same day with a new 2021 wide body scatpack with great customer service and help from the sales rep Milton and the sales managers Leon and Mike. The car is great and the experience was great with the help of everyone at this dealership, highly recommended.
This was my first time at this dealership and I will definitely be back for future cars and my families cars. Customer service was outstanding. Perry was the best salesman to work with. He was quick to get the process going and thoroughly explained everything I had a question on. He went above and beyond to make me have the best experience of buying my Jeep.

He answered all my questions, explained everything in the new car to me, and even followed up after we left! He was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process!! He even got our kids donuts from Dunkin!!! We have been to other dealerships in the area and this was by far the best service we had ever received!We also want to thank Leon Rai! I have been coming to Star for many years... I will only get my cars through them and I travel all the way from Riverdale in The Bronx...They have excellent sales people willing to go the extra mile for me.... Thanks to all of you! 2022-08-08Its easy to give rave reviews when all goes well but when things dont go as planned and youre still able to get a good review that means you gave exceptional service. Long story short they did exactly what needed to be done in a timely manner. Kenny in service was extremely professional and did his best to accommodate us. In the sales department our salesman Damien went above and beyond as well as Mike to walk me through the process. And then there was the general manager Zack that gave exceptional management service. This is a very personable dealer and in a time where cars are hard to come by they will go above and beyond without a doubt. I highly recommend this dealership.

I’m very happy with my new Grand Cherokee Limited I’m very happy with the deal that the people at star gave me and all the nice people I met along the way but if I’m being perfectly honest the best experience of shopping at star Chrysler Jeep was dealing with my sales person a very kind and helpful young man named Milton Jerez. And to go one step further although I did not meet a lot of people personally at the dealership Milton will be the reason I consider going back there in 39 months when my lease is over.

2022-06-20I just recently purchased my 22’ RAM from star dealership in queens , The sales rep Tequan helped me the whole process , he walked me thought my factory order and double checked to make sure everything I wanted was there . Tequan kept me up to date with the thru the process . Will recommend my friends to work with him .

2022-02-15A bunch of crooks. How do you set up your establishment in the middle of a working class neighborhood for years and rob the same loyal customers that patronize your establishment. Star jeep over charges you not double but nearly 3/4 more than the job is worth. They are not worthy to be in a neighborhood that supports their business. I gave them 2 chances and both chances they have failed me miserably. They need to pack up and go to hell! I have receipts. The part cost $100 and they were going to charge me $1500. It took another certified mechanic 15 minutes to replace the part and check the one they said was not working to show me that it did work. All I needed was a new fuse for $35 dollars. So $1500 for a $35 fuse. That took 15 minutes to put in. I still have the working part they said was not working.Lousy service and thieves.

2022-08-12This place is the worst went in there on 08/08/2022 because the antifreeze was burning and and the check engine light was on. My extended warranty was expired and I told her (Jennie) to go ahead and fix the issue with the quote she gave me and especially the antifreeze issue. They kept it until 08/09/2022 and it still didn’t fix the antifreeze issue. But they fix the emission issue and a valve crack. Now am here today 08/12/2022 cause the antifreeze is still burning and they want to say it’s a new diagnosis to go in to find the problem. The manager was right there and just went along with her as well. So please be advice don’t go here unless you want to be screwed out of money and time. I will give them 0 stars and a F for customer service.

2022-05-01After finding a Ram 1500 which they show online the salesman wanted me to stop in to go over the details which I did. Only to find out the there was no manager in that day so look I could do is see the truck. After numerous texts and emails I decided to stop by again. This te a manager was in and finally gave me a price. We were approx. 5k between the price and my trade.I have reached out to the dealer at least 4 more times without even getting a response. My guess they just dont care about making a deal.It ended up being just a waste of time. No response from sales or the manager.

2022-04-11Thank god for Caesar!!! My Jeep Compass 2020 broke down and needed to have it towed but every other customer service said no I had to wait weeks until they had an appointment available. I need my car for work so waiting a couple of weeks is not going to work for me and on top of that my car broke down and was unable to start in a location that I was going to get a ticket. Every single customer representative was so rude and didn’t know anything but Caesar told me to come in the next day and the car was fixed under warranty that same day on Friday and I was able to pick it up Monday. I would give Caesar 5 stars but I give 3 just because the over all service of this place sucks without him.

2022-06-02They got the job done. I would have given this place more stars if the customer reps would reach out in contact you as they say they do. Numerous times I was told I would be called back but never did they ever call me back. I always have to call them to hear it should be ready tomorrow. This did get frustrating at some points. Good news is they got the job done and they clean the car. I am thankful for that.

2022-03-11Great experience, sales rep Milton was very helpful, patient through the whole proccess. I wasnt pressured at all. Milton answered all my questions, help me leave the dealer with 2021 dodge durango RT. I would recommend Milton to anyone looking to get car at Star dealership.
