2018-08-07Fantastic service! Matt does great work with a friendly attitude. I called and after a quick chat, he was there in less than 15 minutes. He fixed the lock and deadbolt on my home security door and I couldnt have asked for a better job. If you want fast reliable service with guaranteed work, give these guys a call.

2021-10-21Something just didnt seem right to me. The locks I needed changed cost damn near more than the door itself. The price he quoted was a lot. I had to give the technician a mask.

2018-06-26I recently used Star Gate Locksmith for my mother who is elderly and had a broken lock on her front door. I called and spoke to Matt who was kind knowledgeable and able to service my mom the same day to do a repair. His price was very fair and I truly appreciate how quickly he responded to our situation. 2018-07-17On Thursday, 7/12/18, I moved into my new apartment and randomly googled locksmith in Freeport and Star Gate was the first option to pop up. I did not do any research prior so contacting them was a literal gamble.The customer service from Star Gate was exceptional. We called for services and Matt was our locksmith. He was very patient and informative when offering you options. He doesnt rush and he does very quality work with quality products. The price was great for all the work he did, especially seeing how expensive changing your locks can be. Please use him for your lock needs!! 2018-12-31Quick service (hours from initial phone call). Came and fixed a Pella door lock that NO ONE had been able to fix in the past. He was professional and efficient. HIGHLY recommend.
