My brand new Genesis GV70 broke down. I haven’t had a car for 6 weeks. They make false promises. Pick your car up for service: NO. Loaner car: NO. Any reimbursement for rental and/or Ubers: NOTHING YET. I FedEx’d a letter to Ms. Marquez, COO of Genesis North America: NOTHING. I FedEx’d a letter to Mr. Barcelo, CEO of Hyundai North America: NOTHING. Car is sitting at the service center and they are doing NOTHING even though the part has been there for days. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER YOU BUY.
Arrived 5 minutes prior to my confirmed appointment for my first service. Over 2 hours later I am still here and my brand new car is illegally double parked in the middle of the street with buses and trucks squeezing by. No parking lot or safe places for cars. Never again. Appt. was for 8:40am. They took my car in for its first service at 10:57am. No one has any sense of urgency. Mechanic took a sit down/water break in the middle of my oil change. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favor.....stay away. Places like this deserve to go out of business.
Ive been going to Star Hyundai Service and Parts for many years now .Customer service great and auto repair speedy!!I know that customer waiting room better than before.But Most customers will be compare with Hyundai Service and Parts and others(Toyota, Nissan, BMW, Mercedes-Benz service center).Think about it. How Hyundai will develop!!!!
I had an appointment for an 8am oil change, showed up early. I come back 10am they didnt even bring my car into the garage yet. Office girl told me they were busy that day and they were still fixing cars from the day before but when I looked in the garage the mechanics all had time to be on their smart phones.This is not the first time its happened, last time they made me late for work.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. When I drop my car off it’s like it went to the black hole. I never get a status call when they tell me they will call. My car always sits there for a few days before it even gets looked at. Their pricing is despicable. They are either padding their prices or they have incompetent mechanics who takes more than 2.5x the amount of time to replace parts.I’ve had 3 separate encounters with them and each time it leaves me with a disgusting taste in my mouth.First incident was a transmission replacement a year or two after I got my car. Took them a month to get the car back to me.Second time was an engine recall. Took a month to replace engine. Then another week plus to give me my car back because they put my keys in another customer’s car who then picked up his car along with my keys. Was told they would call when they got my keys back. After a week of not hearing from them I decided to drop by and talk to them in person. And guess what?!! They had my keys!!This third time my car wouldn’t start. Had it towed to their place on Monday afternoon. Was told by Samantha someone will look at it on tues afternoon. When I called tues they said it hasn’t been logged into their system, no one looked at it. They might get a chance to look at it Wednesday but by thurs, Jessica will call me.Friday morning hyundai sales dept calls asking me to to consider trading in my car to fill their used car inventory. Said no thanks, then placed a call to the service dept. according to Jessica she tried calling us for the last two days. Apparently had the number incorrect. Didn’t try the second. NUmber which was on their intake form. Said they discovered what the problem was. Gave us a price. After doing a quick online search realized their price was over double what others were charging. Called her back and said car was fixed and labor cost was 2.5 hours. The two calls were barely 3 hours apart.This place lacks communication and transparency. Their customer service doesn’t exist and they have no issues padding their prices.
I have never seen any unprofessional place like this. I went to order some parts. The lady named jassica Santana told me that only some Brian can help me and he is not in the location. He will be back at 4:30 and the office closes at 5. Then I went at 4:30 she told me that I supposed to call before show up. And that mr. Brian still not there.So my question is that, if only one guy is working on parts? If so , then what the heck those other idiots doing there? I will never go over there.
Great service no problems, sometimes hard to get an appointment because they are very busy. Also when the appointment is scheduled there is a decent wait time, sometimes slightly longer than the estimated time. Other than that they offer fair pricing and helpful friendly staff.
Great experience at Star Hyundai on Friday, 12/31/2020, thanks to Brian in the Parts Department. I appreciate his guidance, knowledge of his area, and friendly interactions, both on the phone and in person. Also, while she was there to take my money, the lovely lady at the cashiers desk was very warm, friendly, and courteous. Overall, I would certainly return in the future when I need assistance with my vehicle.
This place is clean neat and organized. The staff is very courteous and professional. The other customers that were waiting were patient and quiet lol. My only concern was that it took almost 2 hours to change the oil in my car 🙃.my car is only 3months old😕. All in all my car felt as if it got a boost so kudos to the mechanic who worked on my car. It would have been nice to know why but Im guessing that they checked the entire car to make sure nothing else needed to be done🤷♀️. Thanks.
Service was very good if not excellent. The only problem happened after they got our $$. We wanted a copy of the features of the car we purchased and the sales rep promised to call me with info, but - Joshua - never returned our calls with any update. We had to go back there to speak to s manager to get that info. Joshua claimed he forgot - After he got our $$. I would have given 4/5.
I have been here before but bad experiences in the past made me stop coming here for service but its been a few years and I figured Id give it another chance, glad I did, from the assessment when I came to explain what issues I was having, the young man who took my information came outside and looked at the car, gave it a walk around, explained to me what might be happening but assured me they could all be solved, sat me down and asked me more detail about what I was experiencing and set my appointment, the next week, I brought the car in, all the issues werent solved on the day of but I did get the scheduled maintenance done and one of the issues solved, the other 3 were simply the parts were not there and would be coming in a couple days, the young lady who helped me on service day was very night and very informative, she was awesome, this crew is sooooooo much better than the crew that was there a couple years back, I hated this service center then but now, honestly, I dont see myself getting work done anywhere else. I cant remember their names, Im sorry... a young and super helpful young man first visit and young and pleasant lady second visit. Both of them were awesome.
These guys need customer service training. They returned my car to me with a new issue they created and when I returned to get it fixed or at least make another appointment (near closing time) they said the shop is closed and they would not make an appointment for me. They couldnt care less. I understand mistakes can be made, but their indifference and how they handled the situation was unprofessional and rude. Save yourself the headache and go to another service center.
Upon arrival I saw 3 stars on google and was debating to walk in, the double parking of cars isn’t okay, lastly this place took no Covid 19 procedures. Unfortunately no car wash included with service & learned that “free” maintenance is only after not before 7500 miles.... oil & filter ended up under $50.00 which wasn’t bad
I spent more than 3000 dollars last January to fix everything. They estimated the amount, after inspection. However they asked me more to fix other driving parts, after paid. Further, my horn became silent, though it worked good when I put my car into the dock. A week later, the transmission started slipping. Weeks later, air bag light comes up. From now on, I want to be away from the shop.
Trust me when I tell you, it is worth the extra distance to go somewhere else. The service here is horrible!!!!My last visit here really will be my last visit here but lets start first with my second to last visit. This was about a year ago and I brought my car in to have them look at some vibration I was getting from the front left side of the car. They did not find what it was. This wasnt the worst thing in the world but what pissed me off the most is what happened after A) no one called me to tell me that my car was ready so when I called at the end of the day for an update I was told that my car had been ready for a while. Well no one called me so I had to wait until the next day. The lady on the phone said I can pick up the car after 730am, so I arrived on the dot, only to find out that they dont check out cars until 830. What the hell? I then had to wait an hour to get my car back. When I asked the manager why then was I told that I could get my car after 730am he simply said he didnt know why she would have said that. Great thanks, idiot.I decided to try them again (March 2015) to investigate my engine light, renew my inspection and to again check the vibration as I still was experiencing it. This time they told me they didnt feel any vibration (which is so obvious to notice). In regards to the engine light, theyd need to order a part. So I took my car home and waited for the part to come in. I called a week later and the manager said in a slightly rude manner that hed call me when it came in. Well a week later I called again (mind you I am not using my car at this point during this time because at this point my inspection had run out) and the lady said the manager was not in but shed give him my message....no call. Finally I called the next day and he had the nerve to say to me on the phone that he recognized my voice and that it was familiar. Great thanks idiot. I asked about the part and he apologized for it taking so long and said hed call me right back in a few minutes. Well that was about a month ago. So I stopped waiting 24 hours later and I hit another Hyundai service site which fixed both my engine light AND THE VIBRATION. Never again Star Hyundai...never again.
I have taken my car to 3 different Hyundai dealers for separate reasons carry it Ive owned a Honda I for 7 years now. This is by far the nicest service center I venture they had my car ready in A-day both times I took it there they were very friendly and they were very honest. I would recommend them to anyone, and Im going to keep using them in the future. I was considering not buying another Hyundai just a switch up models but Ive decided to stay with them due to this place.
I made my appointment yesterday to come in at 7am today and detailed everything that needed to be done to my car. Today I showed up at 7am sharp and waited a half hour and was still not seen to sign the paperwork so that I could leave for work and get my car serviced. When I inquired about when I would be seen the worker was very unprofessional and with a negative attitude told me I needed to just wait because there was a whole room full of people ahead of me. Why did they schedule an appt first thing in the morning and not disclose I would have to wait for a lengthy amount of time before I was allowed to leave? It’s 7am on a Tuesday, I explained I had work at 7:45 and needed help being seen but they remained uncaring and unprofessional. I ended up leaving with my broken car. The worker had also called me “sir” at least 15 times while I was there and finally I spoke up and pointed out that I am a woman. I have a pixie cut, nothing more so I found it insulting he kept referring to me as a man. I’ve been to several different Hyundai service centers as I’ve moved around the US and this is by far the worst Hyundai service center and auto shop I’ve ever been to in my life as far as customer service and professionalism go. Don’t come here unless you have no plans for the rest of the day.
This place was a very comfortable place to wait for my car to be checked on.The staff was very pleasant and seriously they do a great job in servicing your vehicle.Of note Service Manger Ed Thornton was very helping,he helped me out the day prior of me coming in on another matter..Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with..Thumbs up to this Hyundai Service Center..Kudos...
Female desk attendants are very nice and helpful, but mechanics at the repair shop are horrible and dont know what they are doing. Took my care several time for a minor simple problem, but they repaired items that did not needed to be fixed and I had to pay for it. I Would definitely not recommend this place.
Let me start this review off by admitting that I read all the other reviews before going to Star Hyundai. I thought, how bad could they really be? Do they really deserve the harsh reviews theyve gotten? YES!! THEY DESERVE EVERY ONE OF THE BAD REVIEWS!!!This is by far the WORST service department I have ever worked with. I bought 4 new tires, and within 1 month, needed a new tire AGAIN, and this company REFUSED to honor the warranty that they provided me with at the time of purchase. At the same time of the tire purchase, I had them do some recall work on my car on the steering column, and they broke other items on my car while fixing the warranty. They also left the directions for fixing an easy recall inside my car. That left me with uneasy feelings about the ability of the crew. They should have their specialty in fixing Hyundai vehicles, and not need step by step instructions on how to take apart 1 piece of plastic. When I took the car back to have them fix their mistakes, John lied about them breaking it, stating that they dont even touch that piece on the car. Luckily, I had the directions that they left in my car and could prove that to be a blatant lie. Then they demanded that I pay for them to repair what THEY BROKE. This repair shop is NOT worth the headache and hassle of trying to deal with them. DO NOT GO!! I will NEVER again have them anywhere near my car. Its not worth them breaking more than they fix, and then demanding that I pay for more. Unacceptable.Tia is the only redeeming quality they have, and I truly hope she can find a better place to work. She is nice and kind-hearted, but is trapped with a bunch of lying, stealing, incompetent fools.Bottom line: DONT GO THERE!!! Learn from all the mistakes that everyone writing these reviews have made. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
First Service oil change on my new Hyundai which was complimentary. Not worth it, made an appointment for 9:20am, still waiting after 2 hours and my car is still not on the shop? Do they expect new customers to come back? Why are they even in business?Worst Service for a dealership ever and I had to complain before he even thought of checking. Only then did they say “Oh you are next” and then the entire garage went on a break at the same time.Unless you like really bad service or have a whole day to waste, DO NOT Bring your car here. Not even if they paid you to.
I ordered a replacement key for my 2018 Hyundai Sonata. They did not call me initially to tell me when it was in. When I finally called a week later (they told me it would take about 2 days) they told me they had it and to come in. I went to the dealer and waited at least 30 minutes for them to tell me they ordered the wrong part and needed to re-order the key. Another week and a half passed and I called to check on the key. When I came to pick it up I waited again 35+ minutes for them to then tell me they couldnt find the piece they ordered and would have to re-order it again, but that it would be in the next day by noon. I just called again and they are still saying they cannot find the part. I have never dealt with this incompetency. It has been a month since they initially were supposed to order this key. Avoid this service center.
Went there to get my first oil change. I called and the lady told me no need for an appointment and I can come anytime. So went there 1230 pm only to be told that I need to come back at 1:30 pm because they are on lunch break! Unbeliavable! At least indicate in your website or if a client calls your office inform them that we cannot go there during your lunch time hours!
I had an appointment at this location on Saturday, April 25th for my year old Hyundai Elantra. While an associate performed a walk around on my vehicle they asked me to come outside so they could indicate the many scratches on my car. The marks they were attempting to call scratches were simply mud streaks from having driven in the rain a few days prior. I wiped off the dirt and indicated this to the associate who simply said Oh... On top of this my expected wait time was about an hour, I am typically a patient person so after an hour and a half I asked an associate for an update. She exclaimed It would take as long as my estimated had stated. I informed her it was already a half hour past that time and when she returned from checking on the progress she admitted they had made a mistake and had not even started my oil change.Yesterday (May 1st) I got in my car and realized I had a ticket, after inspecting this ticket I realized it was because my inspection had expired on the 30th. I had figured this would have been something the service center would take note of and inform me that I also needed an inspection. I called the service center to bring this up and schedule an appointment and to my dismay I was greeted with a rather rude associate. When I informed her that I have a busy schedule and gave her the times I was available she snapped and stated I should call back when I know when my schedule would clear up. She then proceeded to put me on hold three times and in the end she transferred me to another associate. I dont think I will be pursuing any more services from this location and I would recommend everyone else to steer clear!
Came in for service and hours are 7 am but my car was not started until 830-9am because I was told that the people that fix the cars dont come on until 830 why put 7 am to have me wait for an hour and half HOURS NEED TO BE ACCURATE!! Secondly the OLD MAN is very nasty NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and speaks to his worker in such an unprofessional manner while I was waiting for over 2 hours Lou (yes I asked someone for his name) verbally assaulted the worker Derek who was very helpful and apologic for my wait and offered other services for my delay. Lou who is the manager unprofessionally spoke to him in front of everyone and completely disregarded myself and the room full of other people waiting for their cars if this is how you business is run then it needs to be shut down or staff needs to be revamped he very nasty and bad for business he brushes you off and doesnt acknowledge your needs as a PAYING CUSTOMER! I will only return if he is gone the other workers were pleasant and showed a great face in light of the negative environment my car was serviced but this place needs to re-evaluate employment wise and time wise starting with Management!!!
Customer service was excellent. Staff was very knowledgeable. Fast easy hastle free didnt feel like a normal dealer service area where they pressure you to get everything under the sun fixed that doesnt need fixed until 6 months from now. They were able to answer all my concers that I had. I would definitely refer them to everyone I know. Thank you Mr.Dass for the excellent care of my vehicle.. Customer for life ..
Came here 3 times in one month for same problem, after the 2nd time was told no oil in engine, funny how the 1st time i had oil in engine and one week later all oil is gone. They lie to your face so theyre not held accountable. Clearly the part they changed out involved the oil system. 3rd time there they said a clogged oil line was the problem due to sludge be cause of no oil the 2nd time. They try and spin thing to blame the owner and claim theyre doing me a favor . Apparently us owners are complete morons. Dont TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
Star HyundaiThugs-Junk Yard DogsI went for recall repairs on a Thursday and had no issues other than the wait. They could not check the electronics issues I was having so I was asked to reschedule for the following Tuesday. I was specifically told Tuesday because the “A-1 mechanic who is most trained with electronics would be in on Tuesday. He would be off the next Monday.” So, I agreed to be there at 9:30am the following Tuesday.When I arrived that Tuesday, I was told I had no appointment! I decided to wait since I committed the time anyway. By 1pm in the afternoon, I told them I could not wait any longer. I was asked to be patient, my car was next, the mechanic “had put aside my car for another but was now getting to mine.” What!!!! I bit my tongue and sat down again.By 2:45, I went out to the street to see if my car was moved to the garage. It was not in the street so I went around to the driveway leading to the service bays.I could see my car. I never entered the service bays but stood just outside the garage. I wanted to engage to mechanic looking at my car, when some other mechanic started screaming at me to get out! Get out! Get out! I ignored him and tried to get the attention of the other mechanic. Before I knew it, the thug is confronting me and telling me to get out. He was chest bumping me and threatening me! He was a full head taller then me and was intent on intimidating me.I de-escalated the situation and went around to the service desk to demand my car so I could get out of there. The thug was now ganged up with another of his cronies, and together they were threatening me. The second one was threatening to punch me in the face; some thug with a Jamaican accent. A third guy with gray hair, who I guess works there, stood before me and tried the wave the thugs off. When I shouted back at the thugs, the gray hair guy started yelling at me! I got in my car and left. I t must have been 3:30pm by then.I filed a report of intimidation with the 109th precinct the following day, but they advised there was little they could do at that point. I was advised to call 911 next time. I’m sorry I didn’t at the time.
If I could give1/2 a star I would. It saddens me to write this because I go here all the time and I didnt have a problem until Today. There was different staff. I didnt like that I wasnt addressed with a hello, I felt unwelcomed. I came for a oil change which should take 20mins. It took over an 1 hr, when I inquired about the time and said excuse me, Andy didnt want to address me he just picked up the phone and ignored me. Once off the phone he still ignored me. He was annoyed that I was inquiring about the wait. All he had to say was I apologize for the wait things are busy. Your car will be ready in a few. At least make the customer feel they are being cared for, I mean I am paying for a service. Meanwhile another guest for an oil change was completed before mine. Once everything was done they said my car was ready i go out and my keys are not in my car and the alarm goes off I have to back in theyre acting like they dont know where the keys are and smirking. I am very disappointed and will be looking for a new place
Worst customer service I have ever received. This people are not looking out for the customer best interest. My car was in the shop for a recall for almost 5 days, I had to call them because no one could take the time to follow up with me. When I got a hold of someone they just simply told me: Sorry I was away. Went to pick up my car with no fix, and had to wait outside for 25 min because they couldnt find my car. Stay away from this place.
Well let me tell you this is one unprofessional service center. First they show up late. Dress and act like they are hanging out in a bar on a friday night. Post the wrong hours on their website which meant I had to sit outside for a hour. And then after a argument with kevin the service advisor he decided to tell me we are done talking and I can get out. Then he tried to catch the parts guy knowing I was there to buy a part. Well here it is. What is the point of having Americas best warranty if you cant get the car serviced and no one has parts for a known issue on a brand new car? Well good job kevin for refusing to look at my vehicle because you just cost a mechanic, the dealership and yourself close to a hour of labor for a 10 second look!Stick to your tires and oil changes.
Scheduled for 920 for recall. Arrived at 920. Guy said it was going to be an hour and a half. At 1140 they claimed to have just started working on the car, did not give a Timeline to when it would be done. I went to the back and nobody was working on the car. Manager made excuses, did not get a trustworthy feeling at all.
Very, Very disappointed. I want to say that honesty and integrity are very impotant qualities in a person. These qualitiies are definelty missing in the staff of their service department. I brough my 2011 Santa Fe to the shop over a week ago and they said that the problem would be fixed in a day or so. It has been over a week and I have been given the run around. My wife called and the lady at the front desk hanged up the phone on her. I had no choice but to call the national office and file a complaint. I want to say with earnest and sincerity that I will never purchase another vehicle from Hyundai and I will never use this service department. The last thing that I ever want to do is cause conflicts. I am a hard working and God fearing person. I give people the benefit of the doubt. However, this service is unacceptable and no one should be treated with such disrespect. PLEASE DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This place is very very bad. Employees is very unfriendly. And every time I have to wait more than two hour for only oil change. I bought a program for oil change and tire change. My tire was broken. I went this place. They told me. They don’t have new tire in the store. Such a big service center don’t have new tire. Don’t buy any pakege from Hyundai and don’t come to this place. I won’t buy Hyundai anymore
Cant say much to the cars, but the service was terrible. mostly just a bunch of clowns sitting around doing nothing. pretty rude. couldnt figure out anything wrong with my car. im not even sure if this is a real dealership. when you get there you know immediately this will be a full day affair.
Completely disappointed on Hyundai in general. Over worked location, towed my car here and had to tow it to a different mechanic, since even under the famous 100,000 miles warranty, came to find out that I have to pay out of pocket for checking my car plus cost of repairs for over priced dealer.
Worst in all of queens, rather drive out to the island. scheduled appointment over a month ago to coincide with my day off. This morning I received an email that my appointment was cancelled because they dont have enough techs in. Had to reschedule for 3 weeks from now. Every time I hae gone here there has been an issue
Had my oil changed. A 20 min job took more than an hour, workers are chitchatting while working. Left the oil cap open. Good thing I checked everything when I get home. Do not ever think of going here. I am willing to travel to Hyundai LIC than going here ( I live 2 miles away from this center). How do hyundai allow this? They should fire everyone from the manager to all the workers to teach them a lesson. A simple oil change cant be done right. Take off their mechanic licenses for cryin out loud! Does not deserve even 1 star.
I own a brand new 2013 Sonata.... has been less than a year. They said my problem was normal, until I confronted Zac at Hyundai Bayside. He agreed that it was a problem, and he even tested one of his cars at the lot. They seem to be clueless in what they are doing. My appointment was at 7 AM, and they didnt even call me until 7:40 AM. I walked from Pidgeon Meadow to Star Bayside Hyundai for a rental, and thank goodness Zac gave me one. I didnt mind the walk, but really... no rentals available there? Anyways, second visit there and they finally are fixing it because Zac confronted them for me. Seems like the sales team are amazing, and the techs are just... simply terrible.
Worst service department Ive ever had to deal with. Its very unfortunate how far Hyundai has come as an auto manufacturer just to have dealerships like this ruin their reputation.For me, this will be my 4th and LAST Hyundai I will ever be purchasing, thanks to these unprofessional staffs.
Bad service I never had before.appointment at 9:30.right now it is 12:47,and they just starting working on my car.3 hours already!i also have appointment to see my doctor.i asked 3 times to the front desk.i cost 2000 dollars for the package car service but they only care someone who paid money to them.
Made an appointment at 4 pm they told me they cant service me because everyone is leaving made me loose hours of work they dont even try to help you reschedule this place is full of unprofessional people manager and workers they need to replace personal dont recommend
The battery ran out and I jumped, and in order to prevent it from happening again, I made a reservation online at 7:40 and received a text saying that it was reserved for bayside. Arrived on time, but there was no one, so I called and they said it should come with flushing. After waiting for 4 hours in the flushing office waiting room, I found something strange and asked. In the end, I ended up spending about 5 and a half hours without any fruit, and it wasnt a very good experience, but I came home. The next day, Saturday, I was going to wash the car today, and I found the ticket while holding the wiper. If you hadnt tried to clean the wipers, you wouldnt have noticed the ticket in a place you could never find, crumpled into the very corner of the drivers left window. The time I left the car was 7:50 and the ticket was at 8:02. Well have to wait and see what theyll say when they call on Monday to process the ticket. Never go. If youre leaving your car, make sure you have a ticket before you take it home.
I came to change the engine oil at 7:20 in the morning, but these guys just telling me to wait without doing anything until 9:00 am so pissed off... Never buy a dealer service plan. The service is really really bad!!!! Never come!!!And now, it seems that only Koreans are pissed off and waiting.. All foreigners have gone.... I feel like discrimination.... Bad....
I want to know the current price of the car and I want to know the price of the other car. I do not have any Korean, and the Chinese salesman does not help me to see the outside price without paying the price. I do not want to talk about 8,000 car prices for 20,000 now ... One of the places I will not go to again. The parking lot is too narrow and small, so the car wait is also annoying.

2022-05-15If it’s up to me I will give them zero stars. I have the horrible service experience. My 2016 Senta Fe had an engine replaced recently from this place. When I went to pick up my car after the engine replacement my driver side mirror was damaged, My car had scratches all over and there was rear bumper damage. And this is not the first time this happened to my car. My car got hit 3 times in there dealership. The staff, service rep, manager is clueless. The dealership doesn’t provide with any loaner vehicle. I am paying for Uber and Lyft everyday to go to work and the dealership is not reimbursing me. It’s been more then 3 months I spend over $2000 in commute and they still have my car. After the engine replacement I didn’t get to test drive the car. The new manager is so unprofessional and he have no idea what’s going on at the dealership. Every time I ask him questions he tells me I will speak to my higher authorities and never gets back to me. When I saw the damages on my car The new manager refused to fix it and he started blaming all the damages on me then the service rep brought in the paperwork which showed when I dropped the car at there dealership it had no damages at all. When I asked the new manager to give me a copy of that document he said I will email you the copy by 5pm I called him back and he said I can’t give you a copy it’s legal document. After reviewing the paperwork he tells me that we will fix the car but the way he said it it sounded like he was doing a favor to me. The old manager was so nice and helpful I think his name was Peter. He always helped me with my concerns. I reported my concern to the Hyundai case manager and there dealership in Bayside. With this review I am attaching pictures of the damages that are caused at this service.

2022-07-02This has been my service center for more than 3yrs. The previous manager and staff were so nice and accommodating, the manager would explain any repairs in details, the prices was affordable and you notice the work done in your car. However, I went to this center 2months ago for regular oil change, recall fixing and servicing they literally did nothing to my car. After this visit I noticed my break vibrate when Im stepping on it. I went back and the new manager gave me a bill of almost $2,000 to fix my brake my car is only 17k miles and he barely had an explanation for this ridiculous charge. I dont think the new management knows what they are doing.

2022-03-11I had an appointment at 11:40am. I got to my appointment right on time. The guy at the desk tells me “bear with us, mechanics are on lunch and it will take 2 hours”. Why have scheduled appointments if they won’t take you that time ?? Makes no sense.So at 1:30 I asked if they started the guy said “no they’ll start soon”. Then at 2:10pm I’m still waiting and ask for an update and the guy tells me they haven’t started yet ! What’s wrong with these people honestly? An oil change should take 15 minutes. Waiting 3 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. These people have absolutely no respect to their customers time.

2022-04-17Worked with an advisor named Jessica who is very nice and professional. They try to accommodate you. Make an appointment and go early if possible. They need a bigger garage to work in but the make due with what they have.

2022-07-07I took my Genesis G70 in for regular maintenance and after picking up my car at the end of the day and reviewing the dash cam, I found that they had taken my car for a joyride, stopping at a Deli, a CVS, and other locations throughout the day. I am shocked at this experience from a luxury brand and do not trust this service center anymore.

2022-06-29Hmmm. They had my car for an engine replacement and it took like 6 weeks. I guess the steff is a nice person a side from that . Maybe every one there is over worked so u need super patience if u going here.

2022-05-05Theyve been holding my car for three days and havent even figured out what the problem is. Why did it take THREE DAYS? They said theyd call me back later every time I called there, but they never called.It was just left outside a few blocks away without anyone calling me.

2022-06-16Brought the car in because the engine was cutting out at low speeds took them 4 days to diagnose that I needed an oil change. 4 days!!!! Now well actually see if that was the problem Ive never heard of the engine cutting out over and over because it needed oil

2022-06-15Horrible service. First appt of the day and they didnt even start to look at my car for 2 hrs after drop off. Receptionist told me it would take 45min to 1 hr. It took 2.5 hrs for an oil change. Never again.

2022-06-18They saw me on short notice and still fixed my car good staff. But location is heavy with traffic and easy to miss.
