Past 2 months really nasty drinks. Lattes taste like milk and syrup with no coffee, shaken esspresso not shaken so pure milk. Lots of mistakes like using wrong milk, making wrong drink, making hot when iced ordered. Unfortunately have to stop wasting money at this location. Shame because staff is really great.

Customer service is awful! Baristas make awful coffee! They need to learn how to improve on interacting with customers and on customer engagement, would not recommend this to anyone not even my worst enemy!

My Americano tasted a bit dirty, like a moldy espresso stainer or something... I didnt finish it... Quite the shame for a 4$+ cup of joe. I would have expected more from tjis chain and the 9 employees that working.

Today I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered two drinks and a cake pop for my beautiful son, sat beside me as Christ at the right hand of His own Father. Imagine how nonplussed I was when I realized I had left my wallet at home!!!The barista under whose agency the drive-thru window was skillfully placed laid my apprehensions to rest. She assured me that my regretted lapse of memory regarding my wallet was forgiven by her, and by the beneficent fathers at Starbucks corporate.I returned later this evening to try and pay my earlier debt of the two drinks and a cake pop. Once again my attempts at reparations were gently denied by another pleasant face and velvet voice.It reminds me of the words of the immortal bard on the subject of kindness:For I have sworn deep oaths of thy deep kindness,Oaths of thy love, thy truth, thy constancy;And, to enlighten thee, gave eyes to blindness,Or made them swear against the thing they see;For I have sworn thee fair; more perjured eye,To swear against the truth so foul a lie!

Since Starbucks opened in Auburn it’s my go to place. Haven’t had a bad drink here since they did open, sometimes I catch myself there multiple times a week. Them getting Oat-Milk on their menu has been a saving grace

It didnt thrill me. I am diehard Dunkin fan. Tried Starbucks but wasnt impressed because added whip cream and I dislike it.

I dont drink coffee, my kid loves the cake pops so whenever we are in town, a cake pop is a must. We enjoy the environment and I love the iced green tea. Pre covid it was always a good place to sit and study or to get paperwork done while enjoying your beverages. After covid its not as easy to do. Still we always enjoy our time here and the Staff is reliable helpful and polite. They certainly deserve tips and a living wage.

Visited today. I had vanilla bean Frappuccino, nice but v sweet. My friend had a blonde coffee + milk, she left most of it, sed it tasted burnt + stewed. I wudve got them to remake it, u pay over $5 for a coffee but u cant drink it (!). Some ppl just wont complain but they wont go bak either.
