I just purchased a coffee at this locations drive through and the order was completely wrong, I was over charged and the top of the cup was not put on properly so the coffee spilled everywhere in my car! (I ordered a med roast coffee with milk and sugar and they gave me a black dark roast and charged me $5.00 for it)
I’m a loyal daily customer here, today 7/05/21 I walk in, place my order for a Venti Dragonfruit Lemonade and a pumpkin loaf. I received a Grande drink instead, so I mentioned it to the young lady that made my drink, her response was “no problem”. Took the venti cup poured my grande drink into the cup and added more ice and gave it back to me. I questioned the act and she told me “yes! & it was company protocol”. I was so bothered walking out of the store that I had to walk back in and ask for a new drink with no ice. If you’re going to charge for certain size drink have the decency to add a little more liquid if you guys make a mistake. Your best option ordering from this store would be the drive-thru, if you find yourself walking in the wait might be about 12-20mins for just 1 drink.
Emari made my day! She was over the top with customer service and went above and beyond for me without hesitation. I messed up my mobile order and she fixed it without me even asking, just mentioning! She was very friendly, helpful and the drink is the best caramel cream cold brew I’ve had thus far! Amazing! Great experience!
Pleasantly surprised to find this store at this location! The staff was friendly and actually asked how I spelled my name. Normally they just take a stab at it (for the worse) but the person taking my order took the time to ask for the spelling. The order was deliciously made! I just love pumpkin cream! It is off a major road and if you were going too fast, you could easily miss the entrance. There is also a drive thru at this location.
I wanted to shop local so I decided to stop by the drive through. I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks and today I did. If employees do not want to work with people then please don’t.I practice a ketogenic diet where I don’t consume the sugar or ingredients in the Frappuccino mixAnd baristas always give me an iced coffee and blend the ice for me.The barrista as soon as I said may I please have the ice blended she automatically said No in a rude manner.Not even I’m so sorry we can’t or look I’ve never done that before let me find out for you it was an automatic NO!I said: I always get it this way she continued to say No its either an iced coffee or a Frappuccino.It was around 7:00 pmI told her they just add the ingredients I need like heavy cream and she again raised her voice and said we do not have heavy cream!Starbucks has heavy cream.I felt so bad to be screamed at.I never have bad service at Starbucks and this person totally ruined the experience at the window.
To be honest Starbucks is my favorite coffee place but Im a little mad at something that happened. Me and my family friends were out to Starbucks a few months ago and it was packed and it took over an hour to get the order so the employee gave us 4 dollars off are order and 3 gift cards. Today I was going to use the gift cards and realized they expired in 2017 he gave is expired gift cards- Karen
Absolutely the worst service each and everytime. I live in Baldwin and would rather travel to another town for my starbucks. Unorganized. They don’t update their mobile account. I ordered for pickup on a snow day. The parking lot wasn’t plowed well making it very dangerous. I attemptTo walk into the store and they tell me pick up is only through drive through. Was not informed so now I have to find my way to the end of the line to wait 20 mins for my mobile order. I then reach the window and that’s when they tell me they are missing parts of my order. I asked for a refund and was met with attitude when it was clearly their error. Please do yourself a favor and don’t bother coming here. Go to the rockville centre or Oceanside location if you can.
Drive-in. After 5 mins, order taker requested I wait some more. Eventually took order. Ordered tall Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappucino, No whipped cream. Nothing appeared on the screen. I repeated my order. Still nothing. About to repeat my order again, when the order taker apologized and *repeated* so you want a Grande White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino, right. Patiently, I repeated my order one more time and emphasized no whipped cream. And what do you know, 20 minutes later (at the drive-through where I was only the 3rd car), I receive a tall caramel ribbon crunch with a hefty dollop of whipped cream! Aaarrrgghhh!!! They need to change their order takers.
This was a lovely and well kept Starbucks with an attentive staff. One of the baristas did periodically yell what seemed to be jibberish extreamly loudly, which startled my date and I, even to where I could hear him outside the establishment while I had been waiting. However everything else about the experience was clean, the baristas were absolutely wonderful, and the food was great!
Edit: The below review was 4 stars from two years ago. Ive been regularly patronizing this location from whenthey first opened.The last time I visited, a large African American woman at the window was unfriendly, almost hostile in words and attitude. The vibe of the manager wasnt much better, and neither was wearing name tags, making for a bizarre and unsettling experience.This used to be the most friendly, welcoming store, which is what any Starbucks staff servicing customers should be. Apparently, they changed employees and management. Try the new Starbucks next to Verizon and 135in Seaford.Old defunct review: New, modern,clean Starbucks. Good, friendly service.
Usually we love coming here when the original staff is there. Today we went and all new people due to what’s been going on in the world. We waiting in line for a while, ordered our stuff and when we got to the window we handed them change to pay & they said we can’t accept this because we have to count it. We wrote down the breakdown & handed it to them & the temporary manager came & said sorry can’t accept this we have to count it. We ended up leaving without our iced latte, grande pike red eye, and two crescents warmed up. They for sure gave it to someone else for free!
Always an awesome experience when I stop by for my caffeine fix. The staff is great and the drinks always come out as ordered. The wait is never long and the space is always clean. Shoutout to Roy, Chris and Jess. Three awesome baristas that made numerous of our visits a great experience. I think we found our go to starbucks for our random coffee runs.
Service was good 👍 but place was filthy 😳🧐🤨 No excuse since theres 4 people behind counter and not 1 can come out and clean up the counter where they used to have the napkins and sugars and flavoring powders for you to add to your coffee I went to actually put my coffee down for a minute and purse to put my money away and it was covered in coffee rings spilled coffee dust it was gross and looking around the other tables that no one was sitting at since I guess theyre not allowing indoor dining they were all filthy and dirty too floral need to be swept as well!!!!
Went through the drive-through waiting for somebody to come over the intercom to take my order nobody comes you think after the first person pulls up they know it’s not working so now I’m sitting behind the car in front of me because they have to place their order at the window and wait and now I’m still waiting to place my order this place is a joke. Oh it wasn’t broken I was just being ignored!!!!
I visited this location a few times. The baristas are consistantly immature and they clown around a lot. I constantly need to repeat my order because they dont care and they dont take their jobs seriously. They dont call out customers names but, rather, they just put the beverages on the side and let customers fend for themselves. They all wear headsets, and one barista giggled when she told me that she couldnt hear my order at the counter. So, I asked her to remove her headset. She didnt like that, but who cares.
Best Starbucks in Nassau County, the staff here is so sweet and really makes the effort to make customers feel special by remembering your name & asking about your day. Reminds me of a small town coffee shop even though it’s a Starbucks. Dan is amazing and so is Roydel (he makes up all sorts of coffee puns that will have you laughing at 7 am). So many others are great too
The staff needs to be taught how to make drinks...every time I go there my drink is wrong...how can you get an iced tea lemonade unsweetened wrong...if it says on the label no liquid cane sugar and you put sugar in there and then saying oh you didn’t want sugar?? Read the label that’s what it’s there for...extremely frustrating especially when the drinks are not cheap!!!

2022-04-30I went to the drive thru at this Starbucks. First I would not advise doing that... The line was very long but there was no parking so I went thru. I got to the speaker to order and they were out of everything I wanted. No cold brew, no iced peach green tea and no ham and Swiss croissants. I ended up having to wait for the people in front of me to get the orders just so I could get out of the drive thru line.

2022-05-01Decided to try this Starbucks today, as I have never been to this location. I got into the drive thru line and waited behind someone at the speaker to get all the way to the window where they serve you which took about 15-20 minutes. I used my 150 stars to get a venti caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. When it was given to me it did look lighter than I’m used too but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. As I drove off trying the Frappuccino it tasted like ALL milk. Not a hint of coffee nor caramel. This is the only drink I get from Starbucks so I know exactly how this should taste! So I turned right around because I was not at all satisfied with this. The drive thru line looked even worse so I went inside. The cashier did apologize for this and let someone else remake the drink. After 5 minutes of waiting I got the drink and tried it, it was still very subpar. I left to the car and as I drank more, it literally tasted the same milky way with a little caramel and not even a bit of coffee flavor plus COCONUT. I wasted so much time in my day I couldn’t even be bothered to go back again. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

2022-07-01Very good service, consistent taste. I have when I go to Starbucks and order my go to drink and the taste is a bit off from the previous time. This Starbucks always gets it right. Very busy location especially the drive thru.

2022-06-09There are three Starbucks stores in this area Lynbrook, Rockville center, and Baldwin. Lynbrook is terrible Rockville center is all right Baldwin never misses. Anytime I order from the Baldwin store on the mobile app the coffee is always ready when I get there unlike Lynbrook where I have to wait an extra 20 minutes every time. Not only is the Baldwin store efficient but also super friendly as every morning when I walk in somebody screams hello from behind the counter. I can’t even imagine how many times they say good morning to people lol but still every day like clockwork I’m greeted and served very quickly. Lynbrook really needs to catch up shout out to the people at the Baldwin store making it happen!!

2022-06-19After the original staff left the new staff.. is extremely slow.. I was on the drive thru line for almost 20min...and when I get to window my drink wasnt even ready yet... they definitely fell off alot they use to be GREAT. WITH SERVICE

2019-05-27Missing a star because people at the drive-thru get priority! 😒. I actually made the effort to get out of the car and go into the store - shouldnt that be the priority... That said I understand because they are busy. The staff was very nice. The place is very neat and clean. Restrooms require a code and they have a high chair and outdoor seating. Nitro cold brew (with cascara foam) also available 👍

2022-01-16I love how the baristas are trained to know exactly what to suggest for you. My granddaughter is one and she told me of all of the training they must have before theyre allowed behind the counter. When I walk into my two favorite Starbucks, they know what I want and fix it immediately upon me entering the store. Its pretty amazing, considering all the people they serve. I love the customer service.

2022-03-25The WORST location imageable !! They are NEVER OPEN !! ONLY drive thru what about the consumers who DON’T have accessibility to a car ! Covid restrictions have been lifted in the state of NY for quite sometime! Why is the location almost never accessible! Just got to Starbucks Rockville Center

2022-03-23I waited 25 minutes for a coffee. They are 4 people working and they only prioritize the drive thru people. I was the only one in store and they ignored me like I dont exist.
