Mango Dragon fruit is my favorite drink from Starbucks. I go in almost everyday for one 😅. At times they run out of ingredients for it because is so popular and so dam good.
Great service fallow covid rules with mask and also request mask thru the drive thru. Quick service and always on point.
The code at this location is never quite hot enough and now they are only brewing blond and pike, in my opinion the 2 worst varieties
The cashier was so rude and the coffee was nothing like coffee.I ordered a regular hot coffee with cream no sugar. The cashier prepared my coffee and he literally poured too much milk from a jug and my coffee tasted like shiiit. Worst yet, he pushed out my cup of coffee on the counter and spitted on the counter. I did not argue with him because so many customers behind me waiting.
I love super nice and friendly only reason I give it a 4 star is because they are always out of something , other then that they are clean and it’s a chilled out relaxing place to hang at.
This location does not give good service. I walked in with my wife and my son today at around 8:45pm and a woman told me I was on the wrong side of the line to order so I moved. As I waited to be attended another man walked in and she immediately asked him what he wanted to order and she completely ignored my family and me. I dont wanna say its a race thing but it sure did feel like it and I would expect Starbucks to have better service than this. My son really enjoys a nice Frappuccino but unfortunately we ended up leaving, which was very upsetting for my son.
Very bad experience. I bought two large cups of hot drinks and four large cups of cold drinks in this store. When they prepared them all for me, when I asked them to take a tray, they said no, I said Then how do I take it away, she said I can only help you get it in the car, I said how can I put it in the car and take it home? She said she couldnt help it, and then I asked her if she had a paper bag, and she replied with a crazy day, did you say it was funny?
Hit the drive thru, fast service, server was masked (respect) and beverages were great. Well worth a 10 minute detour!
They need better straws. These paper ones melt before I even finish half a medium drink. I end up having to ask for 3 straws to get through my drink. How is that environmentally friendly?
Very comfortable location. Top notch tea & coffee (as consistent with just about all Starbucks locations). Appreciate the staff member who advised me that I can get discounted refills while in store; in all my prior Starbucks visits at other locations I was never informed of this.Update 08/2018: Best service, friendliest staff, best Starbucks that Ive been to.
This Starbucks is better than most. The employees constantly replace pastries for fresher ones, the baristas are quick & accurate with making drinks AND they have a decent amount of outlets. Most of the staff are inviting so having one of them makes it worth going.
Disgusting inside - fruit flies flying all around the drink mixes and food. SLOW as molasses - they dont seem to know how to multitask and take care of the drive-up customers drinks first. Stood in line waiting for my drink to be made for about 10 minutes. There was only 1 other inside drink order ahead of mine! Ridiculous.
Go to this place every morning before work for my coffee. I order with the mobile app and its always ready by the time I get there but is always fresh.
The people at this location are always pleasant. Not sure if its because they are all well caffeinated or good management. Whatever it is, keep it up!
Always at Starbucks for that very berry Refresher I enjoyed it a lot I hope they bring it back/ but Ive been having the other drinks as well I enjoy all of them
I just went to this establishment and am highly unsatisfied! I arrived at this location at 8:39 pm and asked for a ham and cheese croissant, and they refused to make it for me due to the fact that they were closing shortly. Closing time is 9:30 pm. Just to clarify all they have to do is put it in the microwave. After that while I waited for my drink they proceeded to make it hot when I clearly asked for it iced. I will not be returning to this establishment.
I really dont appreciate that they had paper straws. Its terrible that trees need to be cut to provide for all these straws.And paper straws are terrible anyway...they stick to your lip and deteriorate as you use them.My drink did taste great though.

Need some training here! Stood in a line and when my turn came, I heard next in line!, I walked up, then The server says excuse me and went on to do something else. I totally wouldnt mind if the server took care of things before calling the next!I wrote an email to the address for the feed back listed in the store. 2 weeks passed by, no reply. I dont think this place really cares for feedback.This experience is throughout various fast food chains I visit. You walk up and they turn their head to do something else. Is it just me who is annoyed by this?
Bought a Crystal Ball Frappuccino today, it was basically a medium cup of water. There was no flavor at all. The candy sprinkles on top of the whipped cream was the only flavor in the cup, even the whipped cream was flavorless. Dont understand the big excitement but it was a disappointment, especially to my daughter who was really looking forward to experiencing what all her friends were bragging about.....what a bust....doesnt even deserve one star...
This location is goodBut as an overall review of Starbucks, here goes:I went bc I received a $5 gift card. A Grande, why I have to use terms that conform to their BS while still being the one spending money is beyond me, cup of chai tea cost $4.86 after tax. Really, it took My Barista 45 seconds to make. Essentially just put foamed milk on top of premade tea =$4.86...It seems Starbucks must have a section of their job application that asks if the applicant thinks that they are fabulously unique in some way that makes them above the money spending customers. This comment is not just regarding this location but for the Starbucks company in general.Just go down the road to 7-11, make your own coffee and pay some person who is just working a job for a paycheck, not some 20yo who tries too hard to seem unique yet half their identity is based on working at Starbucks.Never again, even if someone tries to give me a gift card, will I ever go back.And for the people who want to spend $4 for a small coffee, find me. Ill sell you one for $2 and give you an atitude for free!! 😜
Waited like 7 minutes to get pike regular hot coffe, Was 4 people behind the counter, Pike roast coffe I got dosent taste good, Taste like water I can see the collar after I add the half n half was very light .

Really nice space, roomy and well lit. Only drawback is that they replaced the cushy chairs with wooden ones. They are not nearly as comfortable, but the space is nice and clean.

Good a very very busy place messed up my order what was compensated whats a $4 gift certificate on my next purchase shall I really have no complaints. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

Terrible place. I was there last Sunday at 8:31 and they are closing at 8:30. They took the customer in front of me but they didn’t take my order cuz I was one minute late. And they didn’t even bother to tell me they’re closed.

2022-02-14Personally I prefer 7-11 coffee. Not for nothing. But spending my hard earned money on something not particularly good but super expensive. Not my cup of tea. But who am I too judge. If you like it, and enjoy spending an arm and a leg for a coffee. Thats your choice. But like I said. Im not a gourmet coffee guy. But it must be good. They have over 7000 stores. So they must be doing something Right

2022-01-21Came here since Starbucks throughout the Huntington area was closed. Waited 25minutes and the people helped after me got their orders first. When I asked about my chai tea latte, I ended up having to explain what that was to the other barista. Then the barista behind who overheard(whom forgot about my order) quickly makes it and says my name holding the cup…… it was a show really. And when I finally got my chai, it wasn’t even made correctly. Only a cappuccino has this much foam, it was 1/3 of my drink. Had to go back and get a refund. Waste of my time.

2022-05-23Strawberry Creme Frappuccino that Ive been having for years now is just white colored and tastes like sugar and ice for $7 when i ask for no extra strawberry puree. Disappointment.

2018-11-05Beautiful Starbucks location. Very big, 12 good sized tables with two seats. Super clean, including the bathrooms. Tables are all square, the circular tables at other locations make it hard to lean forearms to type. Big glass walls, beautiful lighting comes in. Friendly staff that are willing to help answer questions. The only con is that the tables next to the glass wall do not have chargers for laptop. Im excited to make this a regular studying spot.

2020-11-27Great customer service. The drive through is pretty busy so I went inside and I feel like I got my drink quicker. Everyone was masked up and they did a great job of social distancing inside. The food and drink is typical Starbucks, so its what you expect. Its the fast service and the friendly nature that made me give them a 5 star rating. Overall very happy with my visit.

2022-02-27Right next to jersey Mikes. Drive thru can be tricky to make you think its jersey Mikes drive thru not Starbucks. Service is great, clean, and they get your order correct.

2021-10-26This is my favorite Starbucks to go to and I live about 25 minutes from it. I have never not had a spectacular drink from this location. Every single employee here is amazing at their job. Friendly and kind are understatements. I started going to Starbucks regularly again because of this store after so many bad experiences with other locations.

2021-11-08Coffee was definitely above average. Dissappointed in that we were told “we have no change in the drawer.” I am a cash buyer so I had to go digging to find exact change. This is not right and I implore Starbucks to fix this problem immediately. It will hurt your business.
