Go MIN, bro!! He deciphered my moms usual COLD oat milk shaken expresso with brown sugar and broke it down into a HOT grande latte, oat milk, sugar pumps on the side. (Because it’s cold and she’s very picky about her coffee, highly recommend that order). These peeps NEVER miss with the way they make your order. Cheers. She put a thumbs up mid-sip.
The service is good, the coffee is good, but just dropped in on a Sunday and they chose to allow a song to play that repeated the word hell. Be more respectful and conscious of what you are playing and what day it is. Also there were kids and this is in appropriate to allow.
Quick service and lots of space inside for people to space out.
Drinks with no taste even when you add extra pumps to it, Starbucks is way to expensive to have a bad service like that, convenient location but bad service
They call themselves the Starbucks of Whitestone but even on here, their address say College Point. Mmmmm. Okay.. but either way, I love the music they play, lots of variety. During my stay, it went from salsa to Sam Smith to some other genre! I loved it and my drink was decent too.
I stopped to get some drinks before work and this was the worst drinks I have ever gotten from Starbucks.. The drinks were watered down and the coffee tasted burnt.. I got ice tea and the tea tasted like a burnt ash tray. was so disappointed. Being pregnant and really wanting a drink from there it was very upsetting
I love this store I came here more than 2x. I enjoyed the experience. they served me well. they are very sweet people . My family and me love it. ❤️
Busy but by far the best Starbucks I have visited. Ordered a mocha and this had more flavor than the other Starbucks I have visited. The crew was swamped but kept up the tempo by being fun and friendly to each other and the customers. Will definitely visit this place more.

Interesting that Google thinks that Ive been here recently. I have absolutely no recollection of visiting this, nor any other Starbucks, in the past year or two. However, Ill check my credit card for false charges.Im going with one star since zero stars is not possible. You might want to also check your credit card for false charges from Starbucks.
Mobile order! Drink was definitely ready within minutes of placing it. When a Starbucks can execute that, their up to par with customer service. That’s just my personal opinion as I’ve been to other stores where I’ve taken 15 minutes to get to and they haven’t even placed the sticker on my beverage cup. Plus there was no line upon arriving.
So I was recently at this location, I was taken care by a very rude lady her name is Lucy. After placing an order I got distracted on the phone I unknowingly sat at one the chair and this lady started screaming at me like I’m a child not to seat on the chair . Which I understood because I know I seat on the chair something that is not allow. However what I did not appreciate was that she started screaming in front of a lot of costumers like I killed someone or something. I felt very embarrassed I feel like this situation could of been address differently . One thing I suggest is for you guys to remove all seating so this doesn’t occur im pretty sure other people will also do this. Don’t come to this location, and if you do Lucy take care of you. Don’t deal with Lucy go somewhere else.

Friendly staff, good service. Its only downfall is cleanliness and empty frozen food selection *at least at that time*. I can only recommend an extra staff member to tend to these issues. But overall not a bad experience, I would still comeback for future orders
Great place to take a rest. The drink and food taste good. All staff are nice and friendly. I like to do my homework there. But the bathroom didn’t work last time.
Tried to come in to study and the music was blasting the whole time super loud asked if they could turn it lower and they did not, I couldn’t even enjoy my time eating and having a coffee while studying due to the music. Have some respect
The worker got upset because I grabbed my mobile order off the table. I did so because he was NOT wearing gloves. Even if there wasnt a COVID-19 outbreak I dont want anyone not wearing gloves touching my food.
Personally, I hate the smell because I hate coffee, there food is great for an on the run snack or dining in for breakfast or lunch.
I will never ever go back to this location or the McDonald’s it’s not handicapped and on Memorial Day my aunt and I wanted lunch at McDonald’s my aunt who is in a scooter couldn’t get up the ramp and fell over against a moving car and shattered her shoulder and now she needs shoulder replacement surgery so thank you (NOT)

Ordered a venti drink with my Birthday reward and the Barista gave me a half of cup of the latte with so much foam and whipped cream. I didn’t want to say anything because I was in a rush, but I will not be visiting this site ever again Starbucks.
The best thing about Starbucks is that you can order a $2 coffee and sit and do your work all day in there. Seriously, I love that. I usually get hot chocolate, sit in a corner and do a bunch of computer work, all the while smelling the air of a coffee shop.The reason for 4 stars is the hot chocolate was a bit bland haha.
Great people working there. Super friendly. Line moves quickly, lots of parking. Almost always have what I need without running out. Very conveniently placed near a shopping center and the Whitestone expressway.
What can you say about a Starbucks. Its good. Has tables you can hang out at. Carries a variety f the new products and breakfast /snack items. they usually get your order right, except the new girl. I wanted a Tall and she charges me for a Grande.
HORRIBLE. The wait is long, rude cashier and to top that off my usual order is a grande passion fruit iced tea with lemonade( extra ice so I tell them to put it in a venti cup) which is usually great but not today. Since I tell them extra ice and if they can put it in a venti cup so I don’t get riggged, when I got my drink it was SO watered down and after literally 5 sips i was done and I looked at the cup and the ice was 95% full In the cup. Horrible, go to the Dunkin’ Donuts 2 minuets away, the wait is short, they’re really cheap and extremely nice.

This location (other than the mini starbucks in target) is the only starbucks within this residential community surrounded by dunkin donuts and they do NOT uphold the starbucks quality that can be found in any other location with an actual beverage competitor. I should not have to sip down my unshaken fishy powder chunk matcha green tea.

Out of all the Starbucks I have been to, this one has to be the dirtiest. The bathrooms are filthy and it seems like no one even sweeps the floors. You cant even find a place to sit because you have people in there that dont purchase anything and sit for hours eating food from the outside or there. The manager is not doing his job.
Starbucks Coffee....good food choices, lots of coffee drinks to choose from as well as other drink options. Ample free parking. Drawback is not a lot of seating and can get crowded at times.

Fast & courteous service, in addition to great coffee. The only issue is too many people allowed to just sit around long after theyre done with their coffee, which isnt fair to those who are just coming in. Go to a library!!!

This Starbucks is conveniently located near my sons school. It gives me somewhere to get a little work done without having to drive all the way back home. It is a small location but the staff is friendly. Right next door is a McDonalds if you need a larger food menu. It is also across from multiple stores in the Whitestone Shopping Plaza.
Girl with the gauges has a very nasty atitude and they closed the seats at 8:30PM and the store shuts down at 10PM, i dont get the hour and a half gap may half an hour or 1 but no where to sit and cold coffee, no good.
Freeze out! Cold air blowing! But the rest is good. Same ol Starbucks. Service was great, and with a smile. You dont always get that in NYC.
Coffee is very good as always, this time very dissatisfied with the staff service, Lissete was with very bad attitude, I asked for a sandwich and she give me that face and rolling eyes, so bad, Starbucks keep training your stafff

Ive spent a lot of time here and know some baristas by name. Its hard to grab a seat in the middle of the afternoon but otherwise its quiet and the staff is awesome.

I use this as my waiting place for LGA incoming flights. Its 10 minutes from the airport. Its a typical Starbucks, nothing extraordinary besides the attached McDonalds if youre so inclined.

2021-10-05WORST Starbucks ever, one of the staff is unbelievably HORRIBLE. She never, ever makes the drink that you request via the online order-ahead app. For example, I oder a drink without ice, and it always turns out to be a drink with full cup of ice!!…and super sweet, even though I customized it with less sweetness.. it happens not only ONE TIME…I decided to just throw it away after a few sip, though the drink costs me almost $7, very sad and unprofessional! Do not go there..you will just be so disappointed with the service

2022-07-04What disappointment I was when I came to this place I never got no problem with Starbucks but at this location has no respect for customers And the cashier was nasty (Fernando) rude after i asked him why take so long to make a drink, more than 20 minutes in the nasty way he answered me, you have to wait or I give you your money back plus he said he was the Manager..? feel sorry for this place has a manager like this men with no respect for customers and treating like that, Ill never come back to this place. Starbucks should train better his people and teach them customer services skills, plus he looked very weird under some substance. ( u dont treat customers like that so accelerated)

2021-10-27I enjoy this place. They make better Americano than other locations. Staffs are friendly, some are green, but helpful and friendly. They will check your vaccine card if you stay in.

2019-11-15Great place quiet, not that many chairs/places to sit but if its to go in and out its great. Late nights are good for a quick meeting. Ive been here a few times and its been a good experience. The staff are friendly and take their time to help the customer out and explain things in a calm way.

2022-02-18Worst Starbucks place! I ordered my drink with oatmilk but they used soy. When I requested to make it again with oatmilk, the employee talked rudely (but made it again). However, someone must have spitted in, as right after I drank it I started to feel vomiting & ended up having a freaking food poisoning from the coffee (as I clearly know symptoms of food poisoning and how to cure it). I could have filed a lawsuit! I usually don’t go this place and this basically assures that I will never, ever go to this place!

2021-12-12I am extremely displeased at the service provided at this location. I am a frequent customer of this establishment and I find very hard to believe that I have serviced in such a way. Starbucks coffee is the fuel that drives me after a long day of work to begin my home routine. I visited the Starbucks at the 20th avenue location in college point queens and I was looking forward to order my normal flavored latte and drink it on the drive home. I got the grande praline latte and went on my way home. I opened the cup and what I got was a short latte. Half the beverage was gone and the rest was whipped cream. I’m extremely disappointed and would caution those who do not check their beverages before leaving the store to ensure they got what they paid for.
