I ordered dragon drink, Evolution Fresh Organic Defense Up, and two cookies at Goldern Horseshoe (1170 Wilmer Road, New Rochelle). The dragon drink had no dragon fruit as I requested, and they did not pack my organic juice. Needless to say someone picked up my order and didn’t check the photo of the order I sent so I was short changed. Short story, the drink tasted like milk with glucose, so I threw it out. First time ordering from Wilmer Road, and Bad experience, I would not order there again. All the other Starbucks has been a very good experience. Thanks.

First, the staff is excellent.. extremely nice and polite. The 1 star goes to the amount of time spent here. I’m guessing they are VERY short staffed and this goes for also before the pandemic. I only continue to go here because it’s convenient but honestly I think today might be my last trip. It literally takes 20 minutes almost every time and that is ridiculous: I only get at most 2 items so idc if they’re doing online orders but that’s still not acceptable. I shouldn’t be late to work because I want breakfast.

It takes between 15-30 minutes in the drive-thru. This is completely dysfunctional. And this is the seventh time this has happened. I am embarrased for the managment team that they cant come up with a more efficient system to avoid such a wait. So, unless I have a half hour to kill sitting in line, I cant go back to this location. An utter shame.
WORST STARBUCKS - Extremely disappointed with the service and speed of this Starbucks. Ive been to multiple and have never had problems with my mobile orders. In short, this is the second time Ive had to wait 25 minutes for my mobile order (which they lost) without any employee asking me why Ive been standing around for so long.1. 2nd time within the month that they lost my order - only my orders always come when the machine is down.” I ordered $12 worth of food+drink too so not that small2. Im literally standing next to the mobile order counter for 20 minutes continuously checking the drinks there, and no employee thinks to ask me if they could assist me in any way. Im the only one at the mobile counter too.3. I have to flag someone down to ask about my drinks and they werent courteous nor did they offer any apology.
Today 5/10/20 at 10:50AM a Starbucks employee walking past outside customers wantonly deep-rapid coughes non-stop with NO mask on and covering her mouth with gloveless hands. She is likely a food server in her 20s white 51 approx brown hair. We tried informing the outside liaison handing orders to customers but she did not ask for more info and was preoccupied with orders. Since we cannot inform a manager or anyone by going outside Im hoping there is outdoor video and for Starbucks to please please take action. if NOT for the sake of CLIENTS but for their own STAFF.
I really love this Starbucks. The staff are all nice and the location is very clean all the time. Around 3 on Friday and some other weekdays students from the local middle school tend to overrun the location. If you need to get a drink I’d recommend going before 2:30 or after 4. Otherwise your order will get stuck behind 20 Frappuccinos. I recommend the iced matcha green tea latte with light ice and 8 scoops of matcha powder. It’s been my favorite for months.
I love this Starbucks location in Scarsdale, NY! They have friendly staff, especially Luis and his manager, and their coffees are made amazingly well. I will be sure to come back here to do my graduate schoolwork (or just to relax and grab a coffee)! Thanks guys.
There was only one car ahead of me at the drivethru on Saturday May, 4 at 7:20am. ONE CAR ahead of me and I sat in that line for 13 mins. It took them 13 mins to fulfill two orders. Can’t trust going there if it will risk me being late for work. No reason it should take that long and then the girl handed me my two drinks without straws. Not happy with the service.

Overall, this is a pretty good Starbucks. They can definitely get busy, but the employees know what they are doing, allowing them to get your order completely correctly and promptly.
Nice new, clean Starbucks with outdoor tables and the drive-thru.Im not a big fan of dark roast but I really like Starbucks Sumatra and Costa Rican blends. Pastries are too pricey for my taste. You can walk across the parking lot and get really good bagels at Bagel Power.
VERY disappointed in this starbucks location!!! The barista Rachel messed up my order not once, but TWICE while I was in a rush!! completely unprofessional.
This particular Starbucks is excellent. Exceptionally friendly staff, fresh coffee, clean. I dont go to any very often, but this is my favorite Starbucks.
Fun new location with a drive thru. Exactly like every other smallish Starbucks but shiny.Right on the Scarsdale/New Rochelle border in the Golden Horseshoe. Seems a little small on the inside. Destined to be potentially the most busy non-school, non-train station location in greater Scarsdale.
Fair starbucks location. Lots of staff standing around and chatting with only one or two actually helping customers. All young adults focused more on chatting and flirting than helping customers.

Probably not the best place for a cup and a snack just because the service is lacking and the coffee is starting to taste generic and bland Ill try another place next time.

2022-01-30Starbucks has become absolute trash in recent years. Im not going to hate on the underpaid workers - this isnt their fault. The entire franchise/company is the problem. Starbucks is constantly out of ingredients no matter where you go and then they have the audacity to charge you $8-10 for a coffee that tastes so bad that you have to throw it out.

2021-08-25I can’t express how angry I am about HOW LONG the drive thru takes!!! Today was definitely by far the longest I’ve had to wait for 2 pink drinks as well as bacon gruyere egg bites. I left at like 10:50 AM and just got home now at 11:59 AM. The line goes almost out of the Golden Horseshoe. It’s ridiculous!!!! I have extremely low patience and I hate things that take forever at the pace of a snail. It should just be order, pick up, boom. Not sitting in line for 20 minutes to an hour. No. The baristas even gave me a refund card. If there’s a way to make this service faster, please do so. I’m sorry if I sound rude, I’m just very frustrated. The slowness is just BS, and defeats the purpose of a drive thru!

2022-06-12Awful service. Shame on you Scarsdale for having such horrible employees. I went through the drive thru for quick service and wound up waiting 30 minutes for an ice coffee which they gave me the wrong order and forgot my chocolate croissant and had to get out of my car anyway to go inside to get. Totally defeated my purpose. Upon entering the store not one person asked to help me the employee was texting on his phone and didnt even stop to look up at me. Never will I go here again.Still no one answers the phone after all this time

2021-07-16If you want “regular or straight up” coffee, great. However, if you want something other than that, the baristas have a difficult time making it. I’m not sure if this is lack of training, but every time I order a frappuccino, I do not taste any coffee and all I taste is frothy milk with whipped cream. I have never tasted a “frappuccino” from here ever! I will continue to come here for regular iced coffee, but never again order anything beyond that. Learned my lesson, finally.

2021-08-24Not a bad place but need more stuff doing lunch time. I waited for over 20 mins for two refreshers to be made. People who came after me received their orders before me. I had to go back to work and waiting cut my lunchtime and I was not acknowledged or received an apology for the wait. Bad experience

2020-10-22Everyone here is so friendly! I never have a bad experience while waiting for my drink. Sometimes the drive thru can get a little backed up but that’s not their fault! They do an amazing job no matter what the circumstance is, and they keep the line moving as fast as they can :) I’ve never been disappointed with my drinks here either. Their baristas are always on point!
