Customer service sucks. They didnt have the ingredients for the drink I ordered but instead of informing me, she just made a whole different drink and slid it across the counter to me as if it was correct and walked to the back. When addressed, they acted like it was no big deal. And instead of it being offered to me, I had to tell them to make me something else. Staff needs some additional training.
Quick service and comfy seats. There werent that many seats but most people were picking up to go orders. It was crowded when I went in but the line moved super fast. They had our order completed in no time. I didnt order any specialty drinks though. Just coffee and a scone. I think if you order specialty drinks it might be a longer wait.
My wife tried four different drinks, all of which they were out of the ingredients to make.I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch, which is displayed on their menu board but apparently those are out of season now?Pretty poor service overall. I’d recommend one of the other 25 locations within walking distance over this one.
Great place to hold business meetings. Plenty of space downstairs and even more upstairs on second floor (most people reviewing here dont know theres a second floor). Plenty of electrical outlets (again, most people dont know the outlets are along the bottom of the long couches) and fast free WiFi. Three customer bathrooms downstairs on first floor. Staff super courteous, patient, and well trained.
I work upstairs so I have been to this store many times. Have to say I was disappointed every time. 1) the store is very inefficient of serving orders very slow and incorrect. For example, I asked for reduced fat turkey bacon with no cheese but ended up got the cheese one. 2) the flavor fall way under standard. My blonde flat white/latte taste like some mixture but just not what I ordered. Avoid by any chance
Lots of seating, a very modern and decadent Starbucks. Service is above adequate but not exceptional. There is a spacious upstairs seating lounge. Close to Westfield, the Millennium Hilton Hotel and the other new World Trade buildings. Not a large selection of charging ports.
Starbucks is always good! I didnt give it a 5 just because they were slow. I get that its busy but the employees seemed like they didnt care if customers waited 15 minutes for a simple coffee. The guy they had running fraps was slow and voiced his opinion about not wanting to be there. Over all a good place. Order ahead on the app if you can.
Disgustingly dirty, very cold inside, absolutely no atmosphere. The public toilet in Bronx was way cleaner than the Starbucks toilet. The tables were sticking with something. Trash all over the place. It seems that in Europe Starbucks is able to keep up some sort of the standard but here in NY the places look really really bad.
Three guys just talking talking talking talking each other. One of them said also something to me, something I did not listen and I did not want to hear (stupid sentences, joking trying to be nice). In the meanwhile, my caramel macchiato was totally forgotten... when I told the girl “what happened to my coffee? I am here waiting 20 minutes now” she suddenly realized she had also a list of hot coffees to serve, not just cold ones...Totally disaster! Me and other clients very upset!Another girl found her name totally wrong (she was not able to understand that the were calling her.Girl before me received a wrong coffee and the employee simply said “I gave yours to a foreigner woman before”.Really crazy!
Huge Starbucks, located in a space that has been beautiful re-purposed!Makes you feel like your sipping coffee in an old school bank.During my visit, the staff is slow, underwhelming and robotic.this is one of those locations that good for groups and just off the beaten path.
The store itself is nice however the staff are unbelievably rude. I wait in line and as Im called up the guy behind the counter starts talking to a girl outside the line and get annoyed that i interrupted them. Afterwards when i walk away he starts saying stuff to the girl. I wait for my drink and they call everyone elses name besides mine. I had to wait as everyone else got their drink and had to ask for mine that was stashed behind the counter.
This is the worst Starbucks ever! We ordered triple caramel frappuccino which Ive had several times before and do know how it should taste like. Those frapps we got here were a disaster: caramel syrup and tons of ice, even hard to sip. If it was my first time of ordering the beverage, I would never go for it again! It was an icy mess not a delicious drink we came for.
Honestly this staff is a joke. I waited 15 minutes in line and there were only 3 people ahead of me to order. They simply joke around behind the bar and have no sense of urgency. Next time Ill walk 8 minutes down the block to the other Starbucks where they actually service their customers.
They do not know what ristretto is (??!), The service is horrible, you wait two queues to get coffee. The restrooms are dirty and moreover, once a guy was in the restroom before me and a girl from the staff knocked on the door and yelled at him that theres a line and he has to hurry - like..really???!
Horrible experience! The cashier had no idea what he was doing. I gave him cash and then he told me he cant take cash and that it has to be cards only. I order a trenta passion tea leamonade, he then never mentioned that at this particular store they NEVER carry leamonade!!!!!! When I went to grab my drink its just tea! There is only one reason why I grab this drink . Because of the leamonade! The brisita was not nice about it at all! She was like, sorry I cant help you!
Saturday, july 7 2018 11:30am Barista does not know what heavy cream is and without asking uses half and half in drinks. When asked for more heavy cream he says we do not have heavy cream. Impossible!! Asked for shift mgr. Asked her if they have heavy cream. She opens fridge and pulls it out 3/4 full container of heavy cream. Meanwhile i am waiting for my plain bantam bagels. I get 2 onion bagels. No! I asked for plain. I got we are out of plain. So this Starbucks is terrible when it comes to customer service from shift mgr to barista... and Barista was training someone. Someone needs to re-train baristas, shift mgr has serious attitude. Made excuses fot lousy barista instead of just apoligizing and walking away.. she also needs to get out of the back and make her presence known. Maybe go get some bagels? It is NOT ok to lie to customers and substitue without asking them. Seems to me you are accustomed to taking advantage.
I tried to order coffee and was told they ran out of it at 09.30 hrs.. I asked how long I had to wait for it and they told me that they did not know.. So If went to spend my money around the corner. I am sure the owner had prefered different, the owner should teach a bit of customer service to the unmotivated emplyees.
Probably the worst Starbucks downtown. It seems like nobody cares and it takes way too long to get my coffee. This store does half 5h3 volume of the Staten Island Malls Starbucks and still cant handle the crowd. Theres 9 employees working right now and its slow as hell.
WHEN I SAID NO ICE, I MEAN NO ICE AT ALL!!! JUST DONT ADD ICE. IF YOU PUT ICE IN AND STIR IT WITH THE DRINK, & COMPLAINT ABOUT ME WASTING YOUR DRINK, THIS IS SO LAME!!! YOU ARE JUST WASTING YOUR TIME. PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!!! PEOPLE WORKING IN THIS BRANCH ARE DUMB & CHEAP AF!!! WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!!! AND GUYS, IF YOU ORDER A DRINK WITH NO ICE IN THIS BRANCH, THEY WILL ONLY FILL UP 50% OF THE CUP, SO MY VENTI DRINK EVENTUALLY BECAME A GRANDE DRINK BC ITS HALF EMPTY!!! AND THAT MEANS WHENEVER YOU ORDER AN ICE DRINK IN SB, HALF THE LIQUID IS MADE OF ICE. ONLY 50% OF THE DRINK CONTAINS THE ACTUAL JUICE/ TEA!!!

2022-03-07While having a one long walk I was really in need for a Coffee break. A local bypassing lady was more than nice to really quickly direct me into this little wonderful location right around the corner from the place I was located at that time. Happily I have moved forward towards that corner and bypassed Golden Starbuck gates. Inside of this cafeteria I was welcomed properly and served really quickly. The leadership is great and makes you feel great. Place is clean and surprisingly from what I believe more explore as there is a 2nd floor which I didnt visit but must be nice, you feel really comfortable sitting there for a while and enjoying the best Coffee in the World. This needs to be underlined as well as it was really good and kept me strong for the rest of the day.. Strongly recommend this place to everyone.

2019-06-12The staff are very nice and polite. They made me feel welcome. Its very busy in here and they try there hardest to serve u fast. The frappe was very great. I got a Carmel frappe with no coffee. Its a pretty decent size could be bigger. You order in one side and pickup in the other size. Not sure if they have bathrooms I went in real quick. It was alil messy they could have someone cleaning in the outside to maintain it in the day. I will come back here I like how they did my frappe.

2018-02-02Very busy. Very slow. Very inefficient. After they take your money you wait for your just okay coffee and then you wait again for your food which inevitably theyre out of.Youd think theyd have some way of telling you they were out of the item youve paid for before making you wait 10 minutes. Now its back to the line to obtain your refund. What a waste of time.For such a huge and popular chain they need to do better!

2019-08-13This is the most dirty Starbucks I have seen. Ironically it’s occupying one of the most iconic places in NY next to World Trade Center.- Took forever to make two drinks.- 1 barista working, 2 machines are not.- Pick Up table is sticky, dirty, and not wiped.- Self service table is dirty and not wiped.- All group tables are sticky and have garbage on them.- Individual tables also have garbage.
