Highly recommend, the store itself is unlike any other Starbucks since they have a reserve bar. I come here all the time. I frequent so often that the entire staff knows me and my order. The main reason I frequent so often is because the staff is so friendly and really make the experiencable so enjoyable. This friendly atmosphere makes the drink I always get taste 100 times better from this location than almost any other.
Horrible experience in this location. The cashier Anna overcharge me for a coffee that I regularly buy there. Then made me wait intentionally because I asked her for a receipt. The other two employees where busy and she was just standing there staring at me. Never again I would ever purchase a single cup of coffee. Never again.
Amazing! Ive never written a Starbucks review, and I dont write reviews too often(less than 10), but I was compelled to write this. The seats are amazing, leather, comfortable, and there are plenty of seats. This store felt different than other Starbucks. It felt unique and I had to triple check that I was in a Starbucks. Very elegant, and feels very spacious.10/10 for a Starbucks.
I loved this Starbucks. Unlike most that I have seen, this one has a communal table and a very nice space to work. It also boasts a couple of single comfy-chairs paired up with small tables. As usual the coffee and food are the usual disgusting level youve come to expect from Starbucks, but its a good place to work. Highly recommended!
I was not greeted or acknowledged when I came in. Mike didnt even look at me or let me know that I could start ordering. I just started talking and I didnt even know he was taking my order. No one in this location smiles or seems like they care.Atmosphere is nice though. Place is clean. My drink was made the way I ordered it.
The layout of the store is great and very relaxing. I have mobile ordered here on several occasions, and unfortunately, each time I mobile order, the order seems to take longer every time. This last time I mobile ordered it took over 20 mins to get my drink. I ordered it at 5:41pm and received it at 6:00pm. It seems under staffed .
This used to reserved Starbucks . It was awesome then . They took all awesome employees took them to Chelsea . They left few good ones , Luis , Q and nice two ladies . The new crew not engaged at all and can’t do well the standard drinks such as green tea latte . Welcome to corporate America to takes customers granted .
Genuinely surprised by the quality of this Starbucks! I dont normally care for their coffee, but this branch was the only coffee shop open in this part of the city. The knowledgable staff, the styles of coffee available, and overall vibe made it feel more like an independent coffee shop than a gigantic coffee shop chain.The espresso bar serves excellent coffee, the Wifi is fast and reliable, and the staff were wonderful. Great place to get some work done 👍
Its in a convenient location with lots of nearby things to do and easy access to the M86 SBS, but it is often very crowded and hard to get a seat. The only reason this is a four and not a five is that when I went during a hot spell in June the air conditioner was broken. Besides that, my experiences have generally been good
New Nitro and Marshmallow Wafer Coffee Frappes delighted my friends. My Java Chip Frappe, made me happy. Only one person was making the drinks. But, I watched him multi task by making 3 drinks at a time. So, yes we waited. But, it went quickly, no need to complain. Except, work being done in parking lot. So, finding a parking spot could be challenging, its shared with other businesses and a popular pharmacy.
Horrible experience at this location. I was the only person waiting in line to place my order since the mobile app wasnt working. And the staff completely ignored me. After 15 minutes of waiting and refreshing the app I was finally able to place the order... will not be coming back here and will not be recommending this location.
PSA: Seana made THE BEST Starbucks drink I have ever had!Will be dreaming about that hazelnut almond milk latte until the next time I come back. Might have to add this specific Starbucks into my daily routine, because WOW. The foam was perfect and delicious. It’s hard to make a drink stand out at a chain, but in the 20 years I’ve been consuming Starbucks drinks she made the only one that has ever stood out to me. I dont generally go to Starbucks for coffee. I go for three things: wifi, a bathroom, and an outlet. THIS PLACE HAS ONE OUTLET: IN THE BATHROOM. There is nowhere in this Starbucks where you can charge your phone or laptop for more than 2 minutes. The service was excellent, the coffee was exactly what Ive come to expect from Starbucks, and had I been in the mood, I may have enjoyed the hip atmosphere, but I came here for only one reason: to charge my phone.
They charged me twice, at first they told that my card was declined so I paid cash. But my card was charged. I told it to them but they assured my that I’ll get that money back on my card. I was waiting for like a 3 weeks but never get my money back. I wish I could go back to them and show it but I live in Jersey. Scam!
7/10 maybe 5:50pm I ordered TIE-DYE.But the thing is, its been paid twice.I explained them about the situation and also told them theres no cancellation message so Im sure its been paid twice. But the stupid starbucks staff kept saying the same thing over and over again. Sorry its not approved on my computer. You should call starbucks company or your bank. And today I checked my bank account, Its been paid twice.I dont get it. Why I have to call the company because Its your stupid computer problem and bad customer service.Im really disappointed.
Not a fan of this Starbucks location. I went there one day to order their cold brew. They charged me more than any other store does and ehen I noticed it I said something. The barista said that they are a Reserve location and only serve Reserve beverages. This is not true as I have been to multiple Reserve locations and have never had this issue.
Fancy Starbucks, Meh!No power outlets, too busy. Staff is ok but always too crowded to really help you or be personable. Not a knock on them at all, cause they are great. Just a bit of a tourist trap.Pro tip: Get the Nitro Cold Brew, comes in a cool plastic cup that is diff than the rest.

First your debit mashine doesnt except Canadian debit card issued by TD bank wich is present all over nyc. Your barista said this is happening all the time. So why you guys dont fix a problem if is happening all the time? Every debit mashine has a customer service number on mashine. Try to call it. They will fix it for you. Isnt a nuclear science!Second, yiur WiFi log in doesnt accept two of my emails. Do you need to take my blood to get connected? So stupid!Check Canadian Starbucks log in for WiFi. No answers required. No time waste!

2022-04-28I like Starbucks coffee a lot, but I have to share my experience here.They do not brew DECAF COFFEE!I have been here many times and they instead make a decaf AMERICANO, and fail to ask if they can charge an extra dollar for it.They do that every time and I think it’s wrong.If they don’t brew decaf then they shouldn’t charge more because they choose not to brew.The staff work hard and are friendly as well as professional. They wear masks during the pandemic, but the manager never wears one, so that’s always a bit confusing since she should lead by example.

2021-10-21Ordered in store for a black iced coffee, no sugar/pumps, light ice. Simple order? Nope. Cup was filled with with ice.Its very upsetting to pay $4.08 for a full cup of ice and some coffee. Going to try to avoid this place but my usual sb was temporarily closed for unknown reasons to me.

2018-11-15Funniest Starbucks #citylegend say that woman can find very rich husband there. So it always crowd of any ages woman prepared for . just 2 things 1. Seems to me Mr Rich knew nothing about. 2 when appropriate man arrive it not seats so he take to-go and ...go ))) coffeeexelent. Real expensive coffee in different cup, so everyone knew who is cheap who not. Since billionaires seeking ladies cant afford $6 for coffee place not reserve more from 11/18

2021-06-23Service is slow and disjointed because of confusion of who is filling online orders and in-store orders. Names were not being called out as drinks were finished and pick up orders were being left in the exact same location as in-store orders. So while we were there for example two Marks got each others order backward.

2018-12-08The store was very busy and hard to find seats. There were a lot of loitering and squatters of tourists just camping out, and werent paying customers. I have empathy for these people but nonetheless it was annoying. But my real grievance here is they have a display full of tasty snacks and treats, and they were literally out of 90% of them. Everyone in line was asking for a muffin, or scone, or coffee cake and to their dismay was let down. Quite a disappointment for a chain that serves prepackaged baked goods at a premium.
