I asked for a napkin and was told sorry we are out of those. A napkin. Then I asked for a receipt amd was told sorry I cant find it... ans there is nothing seriously that can be done about it. 3-31-22. 7:20am
The employees here are great - it seems like every time I go theres an insane line of cars, but I end up getting through the line in just a few minutes. Theyve also never messed up an order of mine - so five stars for the employees. At the same time, its a Starbucks, so youre not getting the best of the best coffee. Its definitely best Starbucks location in the area though.
The employees here do not get enough credit as they should! Whenever I go here the line is insane and the orders are flowing in from mobile orders. When I go in and when I see how crazy it is they are all calm and banging out orders left and right! The employees here do such an amazing job! I do wish sometimes there were another Starbucks in the area to lighten up the work for them sometimes and just for the fact that sometimes the wait time can be a lot but you really have to give it too all the employees who do such an amazing job! Great job Troy crew you all kill it everyday!
Whoever manages this place needs to be fired . They’re always Closing at random times of the day. Sometimes 2 sometimes 3 sometimes 5. So never plan your schedule around getting your coffee from this place. And Always out of important ingredients.
Typical Starbucks. During busy hours the drive thru line can get quite long, such that its difficult to get into the parking lot, but this doesnt happen frequently. They are always under lots of orders and the staff seem to be quite capable of keeping up with them. I order through the mobile app, and usually my order is ready before the app says it will be. The only complaint I have is they appear to be fighting a wasp issue. It may be solved by now, but in the past theyve had a wasp infestation inside the building and behind the counter. They went away for a while (6 months or so), and then came back. I havent seem them since (its been a few months). Rest assured, if the wasps do return, the staff are more than capable of getting orders out on time. They are not phased.
Comfortable seating. Friendly servers to brew coffee to your specifications. Ample parking.
Nice store with excellent service. The baristas know their business and make great hot and cold drinks. Good food. Slight backup at drive-through at times. Worth the wait generally. Inside there is a good range of bagged ground coffee and Starbucks swag.
Welcome and ordering superior. Slow in barista section. Yet, friendly. My mint tea was beyond sweet...and I love sweet..but mix was sweet...to drink three forth water to a quarter if the tea. Flavor great..just sweet. This is a drive through, too. Can be very crowded.
I love this Starbucks location! Everyone is always so kind and makes a point to ask how you’re doing. There’s this one guy who remembered me from two weeks ago. Stopped here to get a cold coffee on a hot day and work for a bit on a Friday afternoon. It wasnt too busy and made for a good spot to work. The coffee was good. The music was good. The people were good!

Its location makes it a little difficult to get to since its on hoosick street. But the staff are friendly and nice. They always get my order right and the atmosphere is wonderful.

Not sorry that I love Starbucks coffee and everything else they sell. Im a gold member and I appreciate the rewards. I only wish that the Starbucks in Price Chopper would honor my rewards and participate in all specials, etc. that stand-alone Starbucks do.
Wonderful customer service, and surprisingly fast considering they deal with the drive through and inside counter customers. And I accidently spilled my drink all over their floor and they were so sweet about it and I tried the dragon drink that Jesse recommended. And this sweet girl Maria cleaned up the mess and my order was taken by jessika was so kind and it was a very nice customer service. The 3 employees I dealt with were the epitome of top notch customer service.
Way to update people about your new hours. The employees there were rude instead of allowing someone to sit at the drive thru waiting for someone to speak they sat and ate at the register, so I drove up to the window to figure out how come nobody was was attending to me and it was because they were talking and eating at the window by the register SAD. Used to be my favorite place to go.
I come to this Starbucks as often as I can. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm and the music is always nice to listen to. The baristas are more than friendly and I would like to think they know me by name now...if not thats fine! I enjoy coming here to write and escape from the real world. The drinks are lovely and the personalities even more so. And dont forget: toss a coin to your barista!
Friendly staff who works very efficiently. I keep my order very simple with my black coffee but I sometimes include a breakfast sandwich. The store is clean, the staff is smiling and the order is correct. Cant ask for much more than that.
My daughter loves the drinks, I like them as well as the treats, but i feel the drinks are extremely overpriced. I ordered a ice tea which was over $4, although it was good, it is over filled with ice, and the amount of ice tea you are getting is minimal. As you can see from her smile it was worth the extra. But i generally dont visit by myself for that reason.
Ordered by app. Drink prepared and accurately on on time promised despite being extremely busy. Only reason not 5 was app froze and had to be restarted and no one at Starbucks seems to care when app is faulty
This is my neighborhood Starbucks and its wonderful to have, but the level of service and quality of the drinks varies significantly day to day. Yesterday, the latte tasted burnt and today, I discovered my latte was someone elses order and far off from my actual order. No big deal unless youve already gotten to the business you run on little sleep with a long day ahead and no time to circle back. This is the little thing I do to spoil myself and its really disappointing to waste money on inconsistent customer service.

Happy to have a Starbucks in Troy, service has been awesome for me. I wish they were open until 11 like the Latham Starbucks but 10 pm is still a vast improvement on the other coffee shops in Troy. I dont go to Starbucks expecting amazing coffee, I save that for the locally owned coffee shops. But for a decent coffee, good customer service, and a comfy place to relax and read after work Starbucks is the place go go

I generally like the place but I find the lines long. I overheard this conversation between staff member and a customer. The customer asked about signage and answer was corporate wants us to engage the customer and talk with them about the product . This is a fine philosophy in theory, but not when 6 people are in line and we have to listen to friendly banter between staff and customer.It is like the time all the wall menus were replaced by promotional posters. I was told that corporate wanted staff to engage the customer. Big waste of time when. I am looking for a basic brew. If you are hoping I will opt for the more expensive thing,forget it, you are only annoying me.
I like the brand, the reliability of service, the consistency of constancy from shop to shop across the country and countries. Theres something very positive about a chain of franchises being able to keep up to good clean, healthy, well mannered standards. Seems to be a company with good ethics for its workers and for their customers. Creative and active with artists, advertising/marketing games, products and probably more than what I know about. Like their support for green, sustainable coffee crops, recycling daily coffee grounds, community bulletin board... More! Wish I get to try one of their salads soon. So fresh and so few equals sold out.
If there was a no star option, you would receive it. Do your job and mark something you dont have as so. Dont have your people waiting on customers talk behind their backs as they walk out the door disappointed. I will never be back to this location and will also spread the word for anyone else to go there either. Love Starbucks but very disappointed about this particular location.
Securing the cup lid before handing coffee to customers will be great. fortunately it was cold brew so only mess with the problem not getting burned.
Its a Starbucks. Thats whats great and awful about chains, nothing new, nothing different, but you know exactly what you are getting. A 5 dollar cup of coffee and if you like Starbucks its worth it. Never had a bad experience with the people here. Enjoy.
They have to let the customers know about their return policy on items we cant return when we purchase an item so that we wont be stock with an item that doesnt fit us.

We have been at this Starbucks many times and have always enjoyed the drinks. Staff is always friendly and efficient. It can be crowded at times, since it is close to a college, but staff is always efficient.
My husband and I were there at the loading area. Not to long ago. I love the insights of troy and its rebuilding. For as people in such places that work for a corporation, I leave on 6th. Unity House knows very well.
The flavor of Starbucks coffee always seems a little bit off, and although everything on their menus very much overpriced, I continue to go :/
Kind of disappointing this time. My blonde coffee was very strong and not hot. I will say though that they replace it right away with another cup. Not really looking forward to going back.
It is rather exciting to have a Starbucks come to Troy, as the area (apart from Downtown Troy) has typically been devoid of an sort of nice coffee shops or cafes; so this arrival was greatly welcomed. This is a standard run of the mill Starbucks, equipped with a drive through. The only thing I wish it had was a lounge area (i.e. with a couch and a coffee table). At the moment the seating is rather upright and discourages drinking in.
People are helpful and polite. Servers (people working there) are polite, helpful and very friendly. I have been going here since they opened the first day and go about every day 1 or 2 times a day. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Clean store. Very busy. Could not get my simple order correct. Just wanted iced coffee with creme and sugar. Ended up with Carmel flavoring.
Staff is great. My wife is a regular and they treat her like family. All the staff is friendly and helpful. These young people take pride in their work and it shows.

Just got a coffee paid over $6. Half done found a cap in cup. Called store and Corporate it took long time to reach someone who knows what they are talking about.
Latte I had was much better at other Starbucks. If paying such a premium for a beverage I expect more consistency. I would recommend avoiding this Starbucks.

I normally go the this Starbucks everyday so today I ordered a tea some where along the lines of ordering the hot tea I received a cold one which is ok but my throat was sore I asked the young lady for a hot tea instead she told me go back to the cashier for a refund I didnt want the refund just the tea she practically dismissed me after I said which tea I wanted so I just gave the cold tea back and still didnt want a refund I just wont return to this location anymore completely ruined my day

2022-06-04I ordered online, and I get there, they tell me they aren’t open. So I ask how can I get my money back, she told me to go to another store. But to top it off, I ordered ONLINE, the signs on the door say 5:30, so why is it possible to order if you aren’t open? I spend 20 bucks and it’s now down the drain because I couldn’t get my money back .

2019-02-20Officially my new study spot. Great staff. They’re always finding time to keep the place clean and orderly. Though busy, you’re always guaranteed a place to sit and get work done. The drinks are great too. Definitely recommend!
