Order the London Fog! They make it so amazing and my corgi love how friendly drive up is!
Never been there and never will. Cant see paying that much for a cup of coffee. I can make my own for a lot less.
Everyone here is so kind! They work very hard and I’ve never received a wrong order. They’re even so kind as to exchange my drink if I don’t like what I did order. It’s a very nice place to visit and they work quickly and accurately for you.
It was a lovely experience. There is a girl named Victoria there that helped my 10 yr old daughter get her drink and was patient with her. Victoria was very sweet and I Highly recommend going there.

Most of the staff is very kind and pleasant to interact with, but theres also a couple bad eggs. Biggest problem with the bad eggs is they dont fill up the cup all the way.
I always order a drink when I go to Target, I ordered a large dragon drink and a cake pop and it came up to $7.78. I took a bite of the cake pop and it had a disgusting after taste. Then I dumped out my drink without drinking any and there was less than 1 cup in there. I WONT be going back. 😕

I prefer this location than the corporate location by IHOP. Both friendly but Target location is MUCH quicker. They know how to work as a team and move the line along quickly.
Waited 40 minutes for 4 drinks. They don’t prioritize orders properly and need more people working.

2021-09-11On August 28 at 15:21, I went to this Starbucks location to order a drink. I noticed that there were flys in the display case were food was held. I asked the cashier why there’s a lot of bugs and flies on the food.She told me not to worry about it because it’s only the “display”. I don’t understand why they would chose to display bugs and insect in the food like it’s an Insectarium. The Starbucks on Fort Drum and the one at Watertown doesn’t have bugs in their display. Perhaps a health inspection is much needed.I went back on September 10 at 20:00.I ordered a pink drink and the added strawberries tasted expired. I immediately went back to Starbucks and l told them the drink I was served tastes expired. The cashier said ,“Oh we don’t cut these strawberries it’s from the bag. And that’s weird.” She didn’t apologize or anything. I told her I always order the pink drink from other Starbucks and I know what’s expired or and what’s not. She looked at me like I was from another plant. They served a new drink and it tasted so nasty. I decided to just throw it away after a few sips. Later that night, I got a stomach ache and had diarrhea from this Starbucks drink. I’ve had starbucks in 12 different countries and multiple states within the U.S., but this is the by far WORST one. CLEAN YOUR STORE!!!!

2021-07-17This Starbucks location is fine, I think every Starbucks Ive ever been to is just super busy and the employees seem a little frazzled (I would be too!). But overall Ive had a good experience at this one, sometime special drinks are sold out but thats how it is sometimes. No complaints from me!

2021-01-06I know the drive thru is easier but walking into to this one is worth it. Liz is outstanding. If she isnt a manager, she needs to be. If she is, she needs a raise. She truly goes above and beyond to make your experience the best. She is the reason I will forever choose this store over arsenal.

2021-04-23If you’re in watertown screw going to the Starbucks in watertown go to the one in target! They are so much nicer! They make coffee great! Oh and they don’t close their store 10min and tell you they are tired of making coffee for the day. I always much prefer here! I always leave with a smile! Thank y’all so much!

2021-06-23I have been to many Starbucks around the country and the world (being a Military member) and this Starbucks is by far the slowest service I have ever seen/received. I visited a couple of times just in case it was a one time deal but no, every occasion I waited 30min plus… just go to Target.

2020-08-16The service here is mediocre. However, they recently hired an employee from the arsenal starbucks, whom is the rudest person Ive experienced at any starbucks. Beware she will take pictures of the workplace and leave a negative review. Also, watch out for your belongings, she has no sense of privacy abd likes to go through other individuals personal belongings. She is stuck up, nosey, and quite frankly has no sense of customer service.
