Disgusting racket this place has going on. They are quick to bill your insurance but God forbid if these quacks actually provide patient care. The “aftercare” is a joke and just as useless. You’re better off going to CVS and asking for a suggestion then going to this human puppy mill. Not sure why the insurance companies and attorney general hasn’t investigated this place for fraud and medical malpractice. Seems like everyone has a bad experience or has encountered some kind of malpractice at this portal to hell.

Not Stat or Urgent at all. I hate these places to begin with, but wanted to take my son there for reasons unimportant to this topic. As I approached the door, a security guard came out and said Did you get a text? I said no I wasnt aware of the process. He said come back tomorrow between 5-6 pm and wait in line to make an appointment. Then they will text you your appointment time for the NEXT day after. So, a 2 day wait to be seen for a walk-in clinic. At the least, the website should explain the process so you know what to do and what to expect. Ill stick with my habit of avoiding these factories and will not attempt to go here again.

It has a stupid system. Every time, you need to register in front of an iPad that asks for name, address,insurance, emergency contact… It is a tedious process especially if you are sick. The problem is, it doesn’t remember. So you do this all the time.
