Great customer service and employees. I went in last week to buy a car and the guys there were all very accommodating. They showed me all the options within my budget and worked with me to make sure I was happy. Just purchased my first car from Status Auto Group. First I would like to say this has been such a hassle free experience that I was caught off guard. I want to thank Tommy and the entire staff for such a great experience. I called Status about a week ago and expressed interest in a 2019 BMW X2. In less than 10 minutes I was quoted a price which blew me away. In less than an hour I was approved for the car emailed over a few documents and that was it. The car was delivered to my house in excellent condition I signed a few papers and that was it. The people at Status we’re amazing and incredibly helpful especially Faisal who I worked with from the beginning for my purchase of a Mercedes Benz GLC 350 for my wife. What a great experience my husband and I had getting our car with Ali! He beat the price of the dealership and all of the other leasing companies we were speaking to, got the exact car we wanted in 48 hours and delivered it to our front door. I dealt with Matt while using status auto group. I had never leased a car from a leasing company before, he made the entire process very smooth and easy. Absolutely the best car transaction we ever experienced. Sal handled our deal with great care and delivered the car to our door in the city!! The transaction was quick! I avoided the pain of going into a traditional dealership spending hours of haggling. The whole deal was done over text messages and 2 quick phone calls and a credit application online. I still cant believe the lease deal we got on a 45k car. From now on the Status Team will be handling our family.

These guys started off great , attentive , answered their phones and promised good pricing . . So i thought... after i agreed to one price they said they were sorry that they made a mistake and it would be 40 dollars more a month . i trusted eden very much and took the deal like an as*hole and found out later i was ripped off .. he also promised me mats for my car , and like the lying snake that he is , he stopped answering my calls and text messages .. he got his commission and disappeared .. do yourselves a favor and stay away from these deceptive savages !!

My experience with Status leasing was highly satisfying each time. Coming from buying cars, this is my fourth leased car from Sal. Its been a pleasure each time and who doesnt like the smell of new leather. We spoke about the packages, pricing around 8pm and I was in my new car before 8pm next day. Each car was delievered to my house exactly the way it was promised. I honestly feel bad when I hear what some friends pay for their cars. I had an excellent experience. I tried getting quotes from other leasing companies on the island before coming here. The deals here cant be beat! Ali was direct and to the point. The whole process was complete within 24 hours. We are now driving a Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn crew cab. He was even able to accommodate our special color request. Status Auto Group is a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new lease. My old lease was coming to an end in a couple of weeks and I got in touch with my salesman Deniz. Immediately I was offered a great deal with the vehicle of my interest. On the day of picking up my new truck, I drove there with my recent leased vehicle and drove off with my new one. Deniz handled the lease return for me. I was in and out within half an hour. Overall it was great customer service and I will definitely be doing business there again.

I never had such an easy, hassle free purchase of a car. I saved a lot of time shopping for the best deal,SStaus did it for me. I didnt have to deal with any car salesman trying to sell me things I dont need. AVOID...Used Sal as the Agent at Status. We agreed that the payments from my existing lease return were going to be split... BATE and SWITCH.... Cost me over $1100 to rectify his Misunderstanding. Get everything in writing!!! I would avoid. I called him to discuss several times and no returned calls. Poor Sales and Service!

Dealt with Ali. Great service, very quick responses.I asked for a very specific car that another place said they couldnt find. After speaking to Ali, 15 mins later I received a call back with the exact car I was looking for, For the lowest price of the 3 other places I went to before him. After filling out the credit application, my girlfriend changed her mind on the color. I felt bad asking Ali to change that very specific car, But without much hesitation, Ali got me the car! Very bad customer service and rude employees. I came in to buy a car and negotiate prices, the worker was not professional and was always on the phone and not discussing anything about the car. Finally we finished the conversation not even talking about the price and even the color of the car. Terrible customer service.
They have good Reviews however my experience was cut short due to it was a new month And they needed time for new Discounts and rebates to be posted in order for them to find me a deal however I did go to another leasing company who immediately with no excuses found me a deal

2019-06-062019 Update (3 years later): Came right back to Sal like I said I would. He found a difficult exterior/interior color combo for me and still managed to get it within the Memorial Day Sale window on the last day. These guys work hard until they find the match youre looking for and they care about your out-of-pocket costs, not just the monthly hit. Still 5 stars all the way around. No reason to go anywhere else.2016 review below:5 stars all the way around. Had the pleasure of doing business with Sal and he was able to come through on a better deal than the dealerships, even during their holiday promotions. And he worked late to secure the exact color combo I wanted. His communication was consistent and he made the process smooth and simple, while explaining every detail of the deal to eliminate any surprises. My days at the dealerships are done after doing business with Sal...Ill be back when my lease is up!

2019-06-13Going with Status will keep your mind at ease. I decided to go with Matt at Status after having many bad experiences with other leasing companies. Matt seems passionate about what he does and just wants to see you happy while finding the car that is perfect for you. I have been to different places that get the wrong car, lie to you, rush you and just overall seem unpleasant. But with Status, I always felt welcomed, they took their time with me, no matter how picky I can be. He always kept in touch with me. He took care of bringing my old car back, calling my insurance company and taking care of my registration. It was a nice, easy, pleasant, exciting process working with Status. I will absolutely go back when my lease is over.

2020-09-14It was definitely a pleasure working with Edan from status auto. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the exact car that I initially wanted, but Edan was able to get me into something very much similar and it’s perfect!!! The only thing different from what I wanted is the color of the interior and I’m still very happy with my 2020 Lexus RX 450H. The entire transaction was completed from the comfort of my own home and the car was delivered to me in less than a week! I’d surely recommend them.

2018-06-17Status Autogroup is wonderful! I will never waste my time and day sitting in a car dealership again. I dealt with Matt and he was very professional, kind, and extremely patient. Everything was worked out over the phone via text message/phone call. I got a great deal, very happy. He had my car ready for me in a couple days and all I had to do was sign the paperwork. They even inspected the car for me which I never had done in any of my three previous leases from various dealers. Very seamless, he even took back my old lease from me. 2020-06-16I just received the car I leased for my sons graduation gift and it has been by far the most easiest and most convenient experience I have had. James was able to accommodate my every need as far as what I was looking for in a car. We handled everything over the phone and he personally delivered it to my house on the date as promised all the while keeping it a surprise for my son.
