*frequent visitor* I like the home I visit here. I have no experiences with the neighbors but the apartment is nice. Its hard to describe what nice is because its subjective but the neighborhood is not a peaceful ghetto free one, so if you grew up in the city you may be cool with it but if you didnt it may be too loud and/or rowdy for you.

I work in a lot of subsidized housing and Steinmetz apartments are some of the nicest and well maintained I’ve ever encountered.

There is a huge problem with the out-of-modern-day compliance, structure, integrity & old-clay pipes/lines from the 1930s - constant back-ups + odor on the west side of complex for sure

A family member of mine lives in the complex. She witnessed a neighbor vandalize someones car and apartment.It was caught on camera as well,But housing authority is doing nothing about it.

Part of MHA public housing usually you have to be on list to get in apartments, there is a boys and girls club located there plus a family investment center offering some classes.
