Never do a appoinment here! I was not able to go on time to the appoinment because they change my location from french rd to union rd for that reason they cancel me . My son no was go to school because the appoinmen. If it were free ,but i was going to pay . 🖕Your guys lost me. I cannot imagime another story with this people , probably another bad experience of too many
I would NOT recommend this place at all . My family and I have been going to this dental for years and I’ve recommended all my friends to go there too but I canceled all my next appointment for my whole family today. They literally don’t know what they are doing but they do know how to be rude in your face (they almost eat my face). The doctor with the curly hair, blue or green eyes (I don’t remember her name)and her assistant they should’ve working for Murray show instead of being doctor there…. I’ll go elsewhere for my family and never go back to this place ever again …… and there’s more problems with calling to make appointments also…. If you need an appointment call them before 6 months or a year because they always unavailable … sucks , sucks , sucks and disappointed ..
I do NOT recommend Stellar Dental on Union Rd. I am a new patient and went in for a filling today for the first time. They checked me in, called my name, and took me back to the chair. They then proceeded to do three filings on three teeth. All went well but when I was done the dentist told me that my wisdom teeth are impacted. That’s strange since I had my wisdom teeth removed a month ago and the only x-rays Stellar Dental has on file are post-wisdom teeth removal. I brushed it off and left. When I got to my car I had two missed voicemails from the dentist I had just left. They were asking me where I was. I walked back in and explained that I had just left, starting to freak out because between the voicemails and the dentist not seeing that my x-rays show empty wisdom teeth sockets, maybe they thought I was a different patient?! After waiting 20 more minutes and being told that I would be able to speak to the manager, the receptionist “reassured me” that I had received the correct work and told me I could leave. I am not convinced and I think they are trying to save themselves from getting in trouble, and I will not be returning to this dentist or any of their offices.
I havent been to the dentist in at least 10 years and Im happy I decided to go to this location. VERY clean and the staff is so welcoming. I forgot the name of my hygienist, but she was the SWEETEST thing Ive ever met and I hope I have her again when I go back in 6 months 😊
As a person who has a strong fear of the dentist, my experience at both the French Road and McKinley locations has been wonderful. I normally have a hard time being relaxed for even a cleaning - let alone an extraction with a dentist that I have never met before ... but from checking into the front desk all the way to leaving after my appointment was a pleasant interaction with everyone involved - despite the circumstances. The dentist who performed the procedure was very patient and kind and thoroughly explained everything he was about to do and attempted to make it as relaxing as possible for someone who was noticeably tense.
There are many things that went wrong with my experience and many things I can forgive. What I cannot forgive is the dental hygienist lying to my face about what I said. I asked for a female chaperone to accompany me in the back(as I can’t be alone with two men in a back room) and was told I couldn’t and would have to reschedule. Even though I missed work and class to come that is understandable reason to have to reschedule. But how dare he gas light me in front of the receptionist and my chaperone saying that I never asked to have the chaperone in the room. And then to claim it was to late anyway even though I arrived to my appointment early and they made me wait a half hour. I don’t expect to be brought back right away but how dare you blame me for not having enough time when I shows up 10 minutes early. I’m glad I had to reschedule because I wouldn’t want such a person to be working on my teeth.
I was nervous when my regular dentist left. I needed a filling and kept putting it off but the doctor who took over was SO nice and patient with me and clear every step of the way about what was being done, what to expect, and how to deal with any discomfort after I left. The staff at Stellar is always outstanding as well.
I had trouble with my one tooth (#14) since end of April 2021, I thought it was a tooth abscess. Finally was able to be seen 4/21/21 where the Dr. said it was a canker sore & if it became problematic to come back. It did in June 2021. Took me 2 weeks to get an appt. Saw Dr. Kim who was very arrogant & disrespectful when she took off the crown to perform the root canal. I had hoped to save the crown as it wasnt going to be covered as 5 years had not passed. She said it couldnt be saved & I would need a new one. I explained the cost would be too great right now, Dr. Kim interrupted me and stated that her time was valuable & if the root canal couldnt be done it would need to be extracted. She was very abrupt & mean. She kept going back and forth between myself & another patient. Was not professional in my opinion. This isnt the first time she has treated me this way. She also is not very nice with the staff as well. I will definitely think twice the next time I need dental work done, will most likely choose another doctor to perform the services.
Would of been five stars as Magda who always cleans my teeth is the most knowledgeable about my teeth and always has great advice and is super friendly.. makes me feel at home Everytime. However Everytime Im there theyve moved my appointment times to suit them without contacting me ahead of time then I get there and theyre like oh we moved you back an hour ... This has happened 3 of the 4 times Ive been there
So apparently when they call and cancel your appointment twice in a row, you get penalized! I’ve always made me and my daughters appointments together, and for some reason She’s kicked out for “no call no show” BUT THEY CANCELED IT… TWICE!! And when trying to call to ask for a supervisors name and number the lady at the front desk (Holly) was really rude, huffing and puffing, and put me on hold for a very long time just to get on the phone to ask for my number so that I can be contacted by someone…. Bet I won’t hear from anyone!
I had a horrible experience at last dentist I went too..But. Today I went to Stellar?.Absolutely GREAT experience!!Nurse/ Dentist etc were Exceptionally outstanding.. very professional. Very nice. And for having to get a tooth extracted?Best ever...I was panicky after last extraction with different dentist.Stellar. Is a great Dental practice!! Highly recommended..
I had such an incredible first visit at Stellar Dental Care and would recommend them to anyone. I had a horrible experience at my previous dentist so wanted to switch and try this office. They were nothing but friendly and knowledgeable. My permanent retainer had started to come off a month ago which was very painful when eating and talking and they were able to cement it back down during that visit which was so greatly appreciated since my last office tried to have me come another time since they were too busy. I greatly appreciated how they were able create a soothing environment since going to the dentist can be so stressful. I am actually looking forward to my next visit with them
Miss guided information bad customer service dont care for you unless your paying cash and even when thats possibly they quickly change up the price after paying in the full the first time and act like its your fault because you do not want to pay the remainder of the balance even though its ben paid in full. They say they will call you back, never happens and to top it off they keep changing the appointment date back-and-forth. To sum it up I felt as though I was dealing with a con artist. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
Started coming here after this location opened as it is closer to my home, but Ive been visiting Stellar well before that and their services have always been second to none. As a non smoker with relatively good teeth, Ive only ever really had my regular cleaning done here and the staff has always been exceptional. Theyre quick and definitely skilled in what they do. Theyll pick up when youre regularly brushing/flossing and when youre not so stick to whatever advice they give you and hopefully cleaning is all youll need to be coming here for.
Very poor skill in dentures. I was there 3 times, one time the lab tech was there, they just cant get it right. The bite was terrible, speech was affected. They want to make an impression over the temporary partial denture as per lab recommendation and I told them it wont fix the problem because the bite is not right. The new dentist was too in a hurry, dropped her instrument on my cheek, the dental technician does the impression (credit to dr. Choi though who left the practice and did the impression of my first temporary partial, at least she did it right). Manager came to me and told me to look for another clinic since I am not happy with them. Who will be happy when the denture s bite is not right, the teeth are crooked, and the speech is affected (couldnt pronounce the word s right). The dentist had a very poor disposition, since it was her technician who did the impression and she even said its crooked, she should have done it herself. She even disappeared and did nothing to solve the problem and left it all to a dental tech. The manager told me to look for another clinic since i am not happy with them. How can one be happy when your bite is not right, your speech became defective, and you have crooked teeth???? Manager got mad when I told her their incompetence and false advertisement. How could you just tell a patient to look for another clinic????? I would have been less disgusted if they owned their incompetence and referred me to their other facilities that can fix the problem. I have been in so many dentists before, here and abroad and I never had an experience like this. The dentists that handled me were experienced and skillful. The problem here is when the 2ND impression was made it was only the technician and the lab tech who were there. The technician was talking while doing the impression and felt her hand was moving while she was talking and had the feeling that it wont turn out right, my guess was right. I was expecting that they would refer me to a more experienced dentist and since my case is not an easy one, they shouldnt have let an inexperienced lab tech handle the case. I wouldnt mind going to another clinic but you cannot repay the time Ive wasted going back and forth and the inconvenience of starting all over again with a new dental clinic!!!!
Had an absolute wonderful experience at Stellar Dental Care today!!!! Havent seen or been worked on by a hygienist/dentist since I had my wisdom teeth removed 4 years ago. Had 1 cavity that they fixed right then and there, instead of making me come back another day....well not right then, I had to wait 5 mins. Then was greeted by just the nicest guy and Im mad I cant remember his name...started with an N. The dentist was nice and fast and gentle!!! All things you want a dentist to be!!! Will be recommending to my wife and others.
Specifically went here because I had called and expressed my concern for my daughter who needed a crown they saw us quickly and said they’d be able to do the dental work before the date her actual dentist could and that they did offer using the papoose board for difficult kids. I specifically asked these questions due to not wanting my child to wait months for it and for a peace of mind that she’d get the work done no matter what. Guess what we still walked out with maybe one tooth done. I’m not sure. They did not inform me if they completed anything just that she still needed more done and referred us somewhere else. What a waste of time. By the end of whatever they did my daughter in fact DID calm down but for some reason she (the dentist) wanted to stop. Maybe it was because when she overstepped I did kindly inform the dentist that she was doing well and being so good and patient with my child until that moment and to please not as it is a stressful situation for both my child and I. That was it. The end. Nothing else got done aside from whatever they did and I’m extremely disappointed. She finally calmed down and you stop? Thank you. For nothing. Will not recommend and will never take my family to any stellar dental offices. If you’re child has a huge fear of getting work done to their teeth than look elsewhere. Or you’ll walk out disappointed.Let me add the assistants are wonderful. Very nice to the children! One had my other child who is 2 laughing away.
UNSUPPORTIVE OF PARENTS AND WILL RUIN YOUR TEETH!Ended up losing a molar and being dropped. I went in for a filling and one of their doctors ruined my molar that wasn’t causing any problems other than a cavity. After several visits, it ended up needing to be removed. My next cleaning comes around a couple weeks later and I rescheduled it to Wednesday from Monday since my shift changed unexpectedly. Ended up needing to cancel so I called and told them my son was running a nasty fever. They sent me a letter saying that I missed 3 appointments (it was only 2) and they are dropping me. NO PROBLEM! I’d like to keep my teeth and will always take care of my children.
Atrocious dental office. Feels like you’re at a welfare clinic. No dental hygienists; instead you get non English speaking dental assistants who can’t figure out how to floss your teeth. Went there for a bridge procedure and spent $2500, and 3 months later, the teeth are still in excruciating pain. I’ve made return visits, asked for x-rays, asked for infection medication, etc... all to be blown off. Not to mention, have you ever heard of a dentist who does multiple dental procedures at the same time? One minute she’s in your mouth, the next she’s in the room next door, then the next she’s in the room next to that one, then she’s back to you! Just a horrible experience and I write this while my mouth is in excruciating pain. Thanks Stellar!
I went to this location for about 6 years. The first few years were fine. Convenient location, later hours for after work appointments. The last two years things have greatly gone down hill. Zero consistency in anything the dentist tell you, I use to not mind seeing a different dentist every visit until they all start telling you conflicting things. I had x-rays done in august and was told I needed fillings. When getting those fillings I was told I only needed 1 and not 3. Fast forward 6 months to my next cleaning and am told I need x-rays again which I said I had 6 months ago (tried to tell me I did not until I said I know I did because I just had my filling a month ago because of that x-ray) They then explained to me that 6 month ago x-rays were for the front/back of my teeth this new x-ray is for in between my teeth. I was then told I needed 3 more fillings. 2 of which I was told didnt need fillings while getting my last filling. They are just looking to bill for fillings even if you do not need them.
Took my daughter for her first dental visit today. We were recommended to Stellar by friends. Stellar was... well stellar! Their pediatric hygienists are amazing. My daughter was so comfortable and calm and loved every minute there. We were worried she would not be happy about the cleaning but she was more excited for all of the neat tools they use and showing her teeth than the prize afterwards. I plan to recommend them over and over. A++ for their pediatric dentistry group.
Well... how do I start? I first went to the Stellar Dental Care on Sheridan. It was fine. Got an x-ray. It showed that I cracked my front tooth and I had to get an implant for it. They referred me to the one on Union. Now lets start this review.I went in early for my appointment at 12pm. I checked in and was told that the dentist will be ready for me shortly. It took more than 30 minutes for me to see the assistant. The assistant put me on the chair, it took another 20 minutes for the dentist to see me. He took a look at the X-Ray and told me exactly what I heard at the other Stellar location. Then he checked out my teeth physically. The way he handled it was rougher than most dentists. My tooth was obviously fractured and I moved a few times and he moved it in a way that I didnt feel comfortable at all. I swore he was about to just pull out my tooth.After that painful examination, he starts talking about possible damages to the mouth. He suggested me to get a CT scan and then he can work on it. Insisted is a better word. I look around and I realize that I was surrounded by 1 dentist, 2 nurses, and 1 receptionist. Not that I care about privacy about my tooth, but I just found it off that I had 4 people in a tiny room.They didnt do anything to me. I asked a few questions about what is going to happen to me or when can I do a procedure. He tells me that he cant do anything to me until after the CT scan. Thats the only answer he tells me until I give up on the questions.I leave the tiny room to go with the receptionist to call a DIFFERENT Stellar Dental Care for a CT scan. I ask for the price and she says about 400. I say I cant do that. She calls another place and asks me if I could do 200. And I say no. I tell her I dont want the CT scan, can I ask the dentist if I could just do something without the CT scan. She calls the dentist over.The dentist comes over. She tells the dentist that I cannot afford the CT scan. THE NEXT THING HE SAID IS THE THING THAT GOT ME TO WRITE THIS ONE STAR REVIEW. WORD AFTER WORD.You can pay for an implant which costs 1.5 grand, but you cant afford to pay for a 400 dollar CT scan?- Unprofessional DentistI left.I went to a different dental clinic and I found out I had to be on anti-biotics and my tooth needed to come off immediately before it kills off my other root canals. Thats what I needed to hear.Overall, my experience here was a waste of time and gas money. Never will I ever come here again or even think about coming here. it was my fault though. I already saw that it has 2-3 stars, but gave it a chance because my insurance was accepted and it was an emergency. But nah. Never again.
They dont know what they are doing at the front desk.. Also dont know what to do with a cleaning. My husband and j were told we both have many cavities and they couldnt take care of them all at once and are trying to make him for back 5 times for cavities. They are in a hurry and the actual dentist hardly even looks at your teeth or addresses and concerns you had. She just came in and left quickly. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here!
The dentist who is doing my implant is wonderful and terrific couldnt ask for a better doctor. However my general dentist who I asked to take care of two fillings that he did that are rough barely cared for 1. I asked he looked at one for about 30 seconds ignore the other one and didnt answer any of my other questions and was like well I guess Im done for the day. I moved here from another dentist office because this place was supposed to be better so far besides the implant specialist its substandard.
They make you waste time, they change the hours of appointments at the last minute. once they told me that they accepted my dental plan after they checked me out they charged me $$$because my dental plan did not accept it and it was after they finished. they scam people and play game for take you money lying to you
After considering my 1st review I had to change my rhetoric-there was a mix up of insurance coverage as it related to prior Authorization …Stellar Dental followed the proper guidelines-Insurance coverage can be incomprehensible at times but never the less-They tried to fix the problem to the best of their ability, as it was my fault for the misunderstanding. I would recommend them-their staff is very patient.
I had broken one of my front teeth over Christmas and when the dentist was done with the repair it was impossible to tell that it wasnt my own tooth!!I am THRILLED!!I would recommend Stellar Dental for anyone who askes...I have always had a great experience with this group!!
For a simple question I had to pay $50. My bridge came out, and I ask them that its possible to put it back. They said they will clean my teeth and then examine it. After they clean my teeth the doctor just look at my bridge and she said she cant put it back. She could tell me that from beginning but i had to pay them. Then I went to another dentist, and they fixed within half hour. Ill never go back there.
My experience was absolutely unacceptable. Im a young man but I have many problems with my teeth. I need a lot of work done but I finally got insurance through Medicaid. Today was my first appointment at stellar, and my first dentist appointment in years. The hygenist was nice and took X-rays, then had the doctor come in. I dont know which one, she was a female doctor. She looked at my teeth and then for 5 minutes she shamed me for the state theyre in earshot of the hygenist and anyone else within 100 feet. She blamed me for all the issues with my teeth, loudly said you have the teeth of a 78 year old man, among many other extremely hurtful things, and then told me they could do nothing for me, that the insurance wasnt going to cover any of it unless I decided to get all of my teeth pulled and got dentures. My teeth have been my biggest insecurity my whole life. And I fully understand that theyre bad. And being straightforward is one thing, but she chose to berate and belittle me for 5 straight minutes as if I was totally unaware that they were bad. Im almost a 30 year old man. I dont cry often. Today I cried in a in a semi-private room at a dentists office. I understand that my teeth are bad but THATS WHY IM AT THE DENTIST. Would you berate and belittle an overweight person at the gym? Yes I have a problem, thats why Im coming to you for help. It was absolutely disgusting. The hygenist saw me wiping away tears and tried to make me feel better because even he knew she was dead wrong. He told me insurance would likely cover most of my front teeth but not the back ones because they usually dont after 18. He took me to the receptionist, still visibly upset, and she told me the same trying to make me feel better. Theyre sending all of the information to the insurance company, and all they could do to help me was set up for a cleaning, and then another date for filling 1 tooth. I dont know of many other dentists that accept fidelis through Medicaid, but I will never set foot in that building again, and I suggest that if youre considering going there dont. Im came to them asking for help and what I got was an extended shaming littered with insults, only for her to say they cant help me despite the fact that the information wasnt even sent to the insurance company, and despite the fact that it was my FIRST day there. Some first impression. I will tell everyone I know and anyone that will listen that this office and this doctor dont deserve a cent of your money, and that if anyone should be ashamed, its the heartless doctor. Please find somewhere, anywhere else to go.
Inexperienced and painful! After my cleaning, which was terrible and painful, the doctor came in all for about 2 minutes and rushed off, didnt answer any questions I had. The team seemed eager to push me out the door and when I was asking questions they kept answering with I dont know ...and sometimes these things just happen. I will be looking for a new dentist! Not to mention the parking fits all of about 7 cars .
Ok I hate dentists in general butler of all of the ones I’ve been through this is the most painful. I went for my cleaning and it’s been close to one of the most painful things I’ve had to sit through. Literally 2 hrs after my appointment my mouth is still throbbing in pain. Idk what she was digging for but I’ve never had a more painful cleaning. I still can’t really eat bc my teeth and mouth are still in pain. 800mlg of ibuprofen later I’d rather go back to Afghanistan and get shot then go through another hour of cleaning there.That being said everyone is super nice just bit heavy handed.
Husband went to get a tooth looked at...was told he needed 16 cavities filled...went and got some work done but would come home in agony because they stuck the Nova cane needle too deep and he would be sore in his gums and jaw for days. So he was scheduled for an appointment called to find out his doctor dismissed his case and will no longer see him...guess they got enough money from his insurance and didnt feel they needed to finish the job. I also recall going for a cleaning and I was told I had 16 cavities that I couldnt see because they were in between my teeth. Needless to say I never went back. Do yourself the favor and take the extra time to look for a private pratice.
The most horrible experience ever. First off Im petrified of the dentist lets just put that out there. Since 2 years , we used to go there, day by day their service and customer services are being worse. we (5 family members with 2 kids) went in today to clean up teeth. but we had to come out without cleaning because of their fault. not thinking to go again...
Worst place ever for dentistry! Had to wait over an hour in the waiting room to be called, just to be completely forgotten about! Ended up rescheduling my appointment because I was in the waiting room for over an hour and they forgot! And to make matters worst, I make the rescheduled appointment weeks later, just for them cancel my appointment because they had the wrong time down different from the card they gave! STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE OF BUSINESS!!!
The orthodontist service is the worst. They can’t tell the difference between open and closed brackets. They also have a low experienced intern work on my teeth by themselves. I requested an experienced orthodontist but the request was “never there.” My suggestion is to just be on a year waiting list for a good ortho organization than this orthodontist service.
The most horrible experience ever. First off Im petrified of the dentist lets just put that out there. I went in today to get 4 teeth pulled. I was told I was guna be sedated. I got hooked up to the IV they put the medicine in me but I wasnt out. The started working on my mouth and I could feel everything. So instead of giving me more medicine so that I dont feel it, the doctor said I cant do this shes guna have to go somewhere else. And the whole time hes yelling at me to open my mouth. I was semi numb so I thought my mouth was open. So they only pulled one tooth
If I could give no stars I would. In one visit they ruined someone. They lie. They will make you believe one thing, and do the opposite. They don’t listen to anything a patient has to say. They would rather cause more harm and pain then help someone. And they will do all they can to rack up your insurance. Trust me, do not waste your time, pain or mental and emotional time with this place. Awful, awful, awful!
Such as rude and non helpful customer service. Im so glad that I switched my kids dentist and I would never recommend this place for anyone else. I called to make an appointment for my child but the rude lady was so unprofessional, she hanged up the phone on me and she was talking with rage . Rude lady- leave your anger behind, at your home when you show up for work.
Had an amazing experience here. I previously was severely afraid of the dentist because of a bad experience I had years ago.After years of not going I broke a tooth and needed to go so after a few friends recommend stellar, I called. Long story shortI needed 6 teeth pulled. OMG....I thought I was going to die lol.BEST DOCTOR EVER!! I WAS NOT SWOLLEN. BARELY BLED. LEFT WITH MY PARTIAL IN PLACE AND A SMILE.!!!! THIS MAN IS A TOTAL ROCKSTAR, THE BEST EVER, HANDS DOWN, THE MAN!!!NO MORE DENTIST FEAR AND IN HAPPY AND SMILING AGAUN. THANK YOU!!!!
ABSOLUTELY NOT HAPPY!!! Had an 8:30 appt. tried calling to let them know I was 5mins late due to kids bus running late and NO ANSWER though they open at 8 a.m arrived at 8:35 and they told me they can’t see me after paying for a ride there. They didn’t CARE WHY they just turned me away. No courtesy
I been going there for a little while now and Im 60;this is the best place I ever been to my dental insurance got screwed up and they help me to get it fixed they never rushed me out if anyone needs a dentist appt go there you wont be sorry I go to Union road office I had dentures made top and bottom I know someone that had some made they told me something so I talked to my dentist and she said the same thing make it a tad bigger and let her sand them down to a perfect fit I felt bad for her but she was great took 3 times and what a great fit thank you so much
They were talking while preparing to remote roots that were left in my gums after I had teeth remove, and the dr and his assistant were talking about other workers there. lol I have been without my teeth your months now and I still WAIT AND WAIT... THEY TOLD ME OK WELL CALL YOU, AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM!!! Z😜😁
Had one of the nicest and smoothest dental experiences here. Nobody enjoys going to the dentist, but my experience at Stellar Dental changed that narrative completely. The office was nicely designed and the staff were all super friendly! Diana Melman, the dentist who performed my dental work, is incredibly talented and kind. She helped fix my cavities with zero pain, zero hassle and zero time wasted. I was in and out of the office in a very short amount of time and had an incredible experience at Stellar Dental. Would absolutely recommend this dental practice and Diana Melman for all of your dental needs.

2022-03-26This office is the best one I have been to. They were all so nice and welcoming and non judgmental. They were very thorough and got me in and out. Told me my treatment plan and sent me on my way. They all care very much about the patients. The hygienist knew I couldnt hold my mouth open for a cleaning because of my wisdom tooth pain and she didnt make me go through that. She was amazing!! Overall, all the staff was great. I recommend this location.

2022-07-28I’ve had my cleanings and 3 cavities done here and they are great. Very good! They explain things to me and I didn’t feel any pain. They work hard to get you in and easily allow you to reschedule. Even though they are such a big practice I didn’t feel their quality diminished at all. Highly recommend.

2022-07-14My experience with my hygienist was great! She was quick and efficient and super gentle. She could even tell when I was experiencing some sensitivity to cold water. Overall a really great experience at Stellar Dental!

2022-06-03I love this place! They are extremely nice and caring! I always have a good experience every time I go there! They make sure that I’m doing okay or if I need a break during anything they are doing! 100% recommend. Even switching my son to this dentist!

2022-03-29We have used Stellar Dental for as long as I can remember but today I am giving them a 1-star and advising anyone who encounters problems with this office to file a complaint with the NYS Office of the Professions Division of Professional Licensing.I called in today to schedule an emergency appointment for my son in which I was told they will not be scheduling any further appointments because we cancelled our last appointment in August. The lady proceeds to tell me it was a missed appointment but then read my notes how I called in that morning asking to reschedule because I was locked out of my car and had to wait on AAA. So how could I be marked as a no call no show but you CLEARLY see in my file me calling in to advise them we couldnt make it. The receptionist asked if we wanted to reschedule and I advised Id have to call back when I can check my schedule.My son needs an emergency appointment and the practitioners at Stellar Dental are neglecting and abandoning him for no professional reason. I can only assume it is because he has State funded health insurance. I then called back and asked for the name of our practitioner just to be told they will not provide that info and my complaint can just be addressed to Stellar Dental. Very unprofessional, rude, and neglecting their responsibilities.

2022-04-27Stay away from the young lady dentist. Wants to blame everything on something else. I had a chip tooth yesterday after leaving there . today I drove a hour to get a new filing. All I wanted was her to smooth it out!!! She just kept blaming me I grind my tooth#!! Oh yes you grind your tooth. In 56 years I have never grinded my teeth ever! Instead of just doing what I asked she resided not to see me. To do my filling or smooth out my chip!

2022-07-29I have a lot of dental problems due to me not going to the dentist for ten years - my fault but the staff at stellar made me feel comfortable & made sure that I understand my treatment plan. Thanks for making this phase in my life a little easier.

2022-03-23Union road office is terrible its been over a yr trying to get a teeth cleaning. They finally schedule me and when I got there told me they didnt have a hygienist. Rescheduled me another 6 mths out it will be 1 1/2 yrs since calling and scheduling yet no cleaning. Terrible they only got the 1 star because 0 was not a option.

2021-10-25I called today June 16, 2021 at 11:34am and was treated extremely rudely by the woman who answered the phone. I made a request for an emergency appointment and was told I would not be able to come in until NOVEMBER. After explaining the seriousness of my dental issue including several broken teeth, constant excruciating pain and inability to eat, I was told November. 6 MONTHS FROM NOW. Clearly they have no empathy whatsoever and I will look elsewhere. After having to ask if there was a waiting list, I was told they dont have a crystal ball. I cannot say this enough: GO ANYWHERE ELSE. This is not an empathetic or caring place by any means.Follow up: random text saying they scheduled an appt for me comes 5 months later. Great customer service 👏I included photo evidence of their FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
