Hello,I am a first time homeowner and I asked Zam to re-construct my driveway and the surrounding area with concrete. Zams crew did a decent job with the backyard and driveway, the issue was with the side path that required sloping so the water would run the away from my home. After 2 months of completed work we noticed molding and water damage in my basement. I figured out that Zams crew pitched the ground towards my basement windows instead of away from my house as we agreed upon. I called him to explain that water was coming into my house due to his companys work and his response was to lay additional break around my basement windows to make a conduit so the water wouldnt come in. He said he would come early last week and we have not heard from him since. Now, I am stuck with thousands of dollars of water damage and mold removal, he didnt even offer any remedial help with my basement. He didnt even admit that this was a mistake and he didnt have the urgency to fix it. He will keep making excuses as to why he didnt show up, once his company has your final payment say good bye.A few things that we noticed when he came to our property.- He pleaded to us to give him two 5 star reviews from both me and fiancé on the same work his company completed.- When we first met him, the 2nd sentence that came out of this guys mouth was that we needed additional work on our houses brick, repointing.- Rushed us with the payments- Decided to do backyard demolition prior to it raining causing ground water to enter my basement- Attention to detail is severely lacking,- He doesnt double check his crews work. (If he did, I wouldnt of had mold/water damage in my basement)

I would definitely work with this company again! We closed on our house when I was 8 months pregnant, obviously we were in a rush to complete the remodeling and the main decision making point besides cost was speed. Zam was extremely responsive, he not only informed me of the progress but also brought up issues on time, with several options for solutions. Lastly when we spotted an issue with any of the projects, the team was quick on fixing it.They replaced flooring, remodeled bathrooms, painted the entire house, remodeled the basement and modified our main room (created walk-in closet) as I asked for it.My only recommendation when working with this team is to discuss and agree upon everything at the beginning to avoid misunderstandings.

2021-05-29Omg 😍 I love my new kitchen it is so beautiful. Zam the owner of the company was such a nice guy, professional, amazing and punctual of the many services he provides for my home . I normally do not do google reviews , however he deserves all 5 stars for this amazing remodeling.He provided the materials and all I had to purchase was the appliances for my new kitchen . He helped with the amazing blueprint and great color scheme. My home finally feels like a home I can truly enjoy. I even hired him to design my laundry room. I recommend him for all of your home improvement services and ideas .

2021-06-09Hired Stenco Construction to do my kitchen and bathroom. There are no words to describe how good the outcome is. The tiling is amazing! My bathroom looks opulent and my kitchen tedious. The owner, Zam, is a really nice and calm guy. He completes his tasks and thoroughly explains the processes. Stenco is trustworthy, neat, and gets the work done quickly, I recommend them 100%!
