I have been with Dr. Buck for over 16 years. I love this office, I feel welcome by everyone, and have full confidence in their abilities. My questions and concerns are addressed with satisfaction. I cannot even think of going to another doctor! The doctor is out of network for me, but I dont mind that at all, Id rather have piece of mind.
My wife has been going to Dr. Buck-Haskin for 20 years and she delivered my three high-risk babies. She is extremely professional and genuinely concerned for her patients and their health. She goes above and beyond to find all your options and researches any other medical issues and other doctors that could assist in you health. Her office hours are extremely convent and very accessible. I recommend her to everyone in need of a physician in her medical field.
This Doctor does not care for her patients. I got a few tests done over a month ago, I my self had to go to the lab place and to the diagnostic place to obtain the results (which came back with a few issues)because this Doctor’s office hasn’t even bother to call me to discuss the results and to discuss what is next. I have also left several messages and have not received a call back. Avoid going there specially if you are a new patient
Please read zoc doc and yelp recent reviews to see for your self in 2021 she has been getting a bad rap she is a very cold doctor many woman have said this . No bedside manners, very cold and incompetent when it comes to explaining anything, also never gives you the results of any test and wants you to keep coming back in for more test with no results given on previous test. Staff was rude and technician was unprofessional. Rego park office not so clean.
If I could give this place negative starts I Would. The customer service is horrific. They never return calls, or give results for tests. I went to two different appointments and NOTHING was ever done for me. I then received a bill fo 275$ when all I did was hang out I the waiting room for an hour to be told to come back. When I called to dispute the charge I was yelled at and called a liar by the receptionist who wasnt even in the room when the doctor told me he didnt have results for me. Do not visit this very unprofessional establishment.
It took me a few tries to find a gynecologist who could handle my complicated medical issues with a multi-disciplinary approach, and it was worth the effort. I am treated with dignity by both Dr. Buck-Haskin and her incredible staff. Shes knowledgable, thorough, and empathetic, which has been a life-changer when it comes to managing my endometriosis and coexisting frustrations. Shes definitely the kind of doctor who went into the field for the right reasons -- she respects my decisions as a patient, and actively works with me to find solutions that are reasonable. She and I even chat about recent research and interesting studies while she sets up tests or takes a quick note. :) Shes truly invested in her patients quality of life and keeps up to date. I highly recommend her!
I started seeing Dr. Buck-Haskin since I was pregnant with my daughter, who is now a very healthy 10 years old. Dr. Haskin has ALWAYS been professional, respectful, and thorough. I had a somewhat risky pregnancy and she took great care of me and my baby. The new location is super clean, bright and airy. Maria and the other desk staff are always a pleasure.
If I could give her zero stars I would. Stephanie Buck-Haskin is an absolutely terrible doctor in every way possible. She has a disgusting attitude and I cannot say much about her professional expertise either and this is coming from someone who just gave birth. She exaggerates problems that do not exist, does not explain anything properly and she even REFUSED to give my medical records when I, as the patient, should have rights to my obtain my medical records. This is will be one of many complaints because I do not wish any patient the misfortune of having her as a doctor.PS when bringing up points to her she thinks raising her voice will make her more heard. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Very Unprofessional staffs, always talking loud. No regards or respect for patient. upon entering with apt still have to 30 mins to be called. Took off from work today because they cant give the results over the phone and when I went in they said the results are not In yet, so I asked why wasnt I informed ? they staff said its not our job!Dr Haaskin should FIRE these INEPT employees, its bad for her practice!
DO not put your health in the hands of the office personal in Elmhurst! the most unprofessional team ever ,will not allow you to contact the Doctor in any situation if the doctor is not at that specific location for that day..so lets say you are having a major issue form medication or want a important Result for a Sonogram that Doctor prescribed to you in Elmhurst on either a Tuesday or Thursday when she is at that Location you have to wait for the following Tues or thursday to even speak or to get any info from her..the office personal refuse to help and make u wait in pain and discomfort till she is at the specific location you visited ,so ladies lets hope u give birth or have a emergency on a Tues or a Thursday in Elmhurst rest of week your on your own..I thought a DR is on call 24 /7 and itas against the Law to deny medical help by a Doctor or Office personal ..I will file a complaint To United Healthcare with a attorney!
One of the most unfriendly and unprofessional doctors I have ever seen. Stay away she doesnt care, will not show up to the hospital when you deliver or call to see how you ar doing. Will always end up pushing for a c section. Disgusting and unprofessional.
As a new patient my appointment went very well. Dr.Haskin is very informative and professional. She did my yearly wellcare exam and gave me great feedback.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a good experience with this gynecologist and office. I had a procedure with doctor Buck-Haskin that left me scars after my skin got burned from a medical device.
Dr.Buck-Haskin is a fantastic doctor.She has been my Doctor for over 10 years .She provides excellent care.She works at Northwell hospitals in Long Island and Queens .Dr.Buck-Haskin is excellent at diagnosis and treatment.The Doctor really listens with more difficult cases and I have refeered many friends who can attest to that..Procedures can be done in office if needed with Anesthesia Doctor group she works with if you are apprehensive about pain.All around a perfect ten as a doctor.Worth the visit.
One of the best doctors I have ever seen for my wife and the best thing about her she really care about her patients.

2022-04-21I don’t recommend this clinic. I was waiting for more than 3 hours for a treatment and they don’t allow my fiend come with me even what I’ll received general anesthesia and when they tall me to I’m next and have to be somebody with me literally was even lest that one minute she call someone that just got there that’s incredible! Customer service is very horrible especially MARIA who is being unprofessional and being nasty!!!! She should not be working in the reception area. They will not release my medical records and she will treated you like an animal. She’s the worst!!!! When i checked the previous reviews with other patients, we had a same experience with Maria the manager or whatever her title is. So, it is not her first time to deal this kind of rudeness. that is her trademark. We are patients and I’m going never back but if you have the chance to never go please do that favor for yourself!

2022-09-15I DONT recommend this place I am here now, one they are very rude two they denied me service due to the color of my skin. They are very unpleasant and unprofessional. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. I have 3 health insurances and I am a military dependent. Its sad because I came here for my health issue that I am simply just seeking answers for and I was turned away. Yes I spoke with Maria.

2021-05-11I don’t recommend this clinic. Customer service is very horrible especially MARIA who is being unprofessional and being nasty!!!! She should not be working in the reception area, instead in the WAREHOUSE. They will not release my medical records and she will treated you like an animal. She’s the worst!!!! I hope I will never see her again!!!! When i checked the previous reviews with other patients, we had a same experience with Maria the manager or whatever her title is. So, it is not her first time to deal this kind of rudeness. that is her trademark.

2021-05-11They never answer calls. had to go there by myself to just ask few questions when they could’ve just answer calls so that I won’t waste my time going there in person considering I’m pregnant . They never give test results for something that I have paid for each visit. Most importantly, service is very poor especially their front desk MARIA. pft! I would’ve considered if she’s not being friendly or accommodating, but she even doesn’t do her job well and yells back at pregnant customer like me. Felt like she being rude is intentional! Not going back to this place ever again. When you see this place, run!

2020-09-14The blonde secretary is extremely rude and always trying to correct you on any information she’s being told! After waiting an hour or so you’ll finally get to see the doctor for about 5 minutes! The visit is rushed and she hardly explains any issues you’re having in depth. I was given a Wed MD printed out packet to explain to me what cervical dysplasia when I asked her to explain it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone woman to come here for GYN services.

2021-02-05Please read all the negative reviews because there is a bad pattern with this Dr. Buck- Haskin and her staff. She is very cold and won’t look you in the eye to explain anything. She keeps having me come back to give procedures but never gives a proper explanation on my results let alone even give your results. This woman has no bed side manners.This was a bad experience not to mention that the doctor her self called me to yell and scream at me for being rude to her staff when in fact they were rude to me she even asked why did I wait almost a week to call and have questions PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS and I was calling to speak to someone to explain what I feeling about my visit and how I was confused and if the staff can relay message to doctor for me both Jennifer and Marie (Staff) has absolutely no compassion for me basically end up making fun of me. The doctor called me and told me I had 5 mins and proceeded to lose her cool and never gave a minutes to speak and yell at me and told she heard me and heard me talk to her staff and asked what is it that I want from her. She even went as far to tell me why she was yelling at me I told her I didn’t appreciate her unprofessional behavior and she told me that is not what she wants to hear Please read the reviews because this woman comes across so cold as if she has no soul and I’m not the first to say how cold she is.

2021-02-05I was treated very poorly I was not given my results by the doctor the technician told me I had fibroids and the doctors never told me when I mention to the technician that Dr Buck - Haskin didn’t mention fibroids she said to me “ oops I didn’t see nothing” I was prescribed 3 medications after doctor told me I had a bacteria infection but she didn’t know which one I left there very confused from my second visit she never gave me results for my pap smear when I called back almost a week later upset and frustrated the receptionist was rude to me. I called back to cancel my third appointment and the basically was told that the technician claims she at no moment told me I had fibroids. The following day the doctor called and told me she was standing there listening to me talk to the receptionist and asked what do I want from her and I only have 5 min (yelling and losing her cool ) when I was upset and explaining to her receptionist why I was frustrated and confused and she told she heard everything I said and all she did was yell at me because she said I yelled at her staff and she lied to me about giving me my results which o never received in letter or a the portal when I asked her why is she not letting me speak after I listed to what she had to say she kept yelling at me I had to record the conversation because it so unreal how I was being verbally abused for calling her out in her unprofessional manner. I called my insurance to complain and I will contact the board of ethics as well as Medicaid.Please don’t waste your time in this office her desk was filthy and cluttered she does not look you in the eye and the exam rooms was not that clean.The worst part is when the receptionist told me that they told the dr about the technician telling me I had fibroids and that the tech said she never said that. When I told the doctor what tech said she told that is why called me to come in to speak about it but when I said down with here she never mentioned anything.When the doctor called me to yell at me she told she could not understand why I waited a week to call.I called other Gyn offices and they told me I was suppose to get me results. How can this dr basically yell at me for doing my research.Pleas stay away from this office you will not be satisfied and I from some of the most recent reviews I’m not alone

2020-06-16AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This place is the most unprofessional and I don’t even understand how they still exist!I went there one time only and had tests done at first visit. I have tried to call for two weeks and get my results but they NEVER answer the phone. With two small children under 2 yo I had to find time to go to get my results and person ( if you can call her a human being) MARIYA, who is unfortunately a “manager” also, REFUSED TO GIVE ME RESULTS. I spent there one hour nicely trying to get Hippa form from other office (they sent it 3 times and received FAX confirmation) while this office said they didn’t receive it. Then, I asked her to sign the form on the spot ( which legally, I have a full right of) and she told me that she doesn’t have this form which is the lie! Then, I tried more times reaching other office and getting this form over and they sent it again. But then she started to tell me to leave because she has other patients and the fact that IM ALSO A PATIENT played no role to her! She started to ask me to leave and THREAT ME WITH POLICE ! ARE YOU SERIOUSLY WILL CALL POLICE ON A PREGNANT PATIENT ASKING TO PRINT OUT HER MEDICAL RECORDS ???!!!!! She is not a human being, she is the most nasty and unprofessional woman I’ve ever met in my life! I had not a one word that offended or humiliated her in ANY WAY! But on the other side I was brutally humiliated, disrespected, threaten and disregarded as a patient and a human being! She finally gave my results (faxed it back with form that she said she “didn’t receive right away) when my husband and my Lawyer came in! They threaten them with a police as well!I should have read reviews about this MARIYA because all bad reviews about her and doctor! Doctor btw also threaten with police! If she is allowing people like this work at her place she is not better!PLEASE IF YOU PREGNANT STAY AWAY! This place is a danger for baby that is just so small and developing! Don’t spent your nerves and time on this reckless place!

2019-04-05Ive been a patient for about 15 years. So many patients, but Dr Buck-Haskins Staff are Professionals at what they do! Always personable with the highest level of confidentiality and respect. Dr Stephanie, is so patient and promises to get a resolution and to the root of your personal issue. Without reservation I recommended her, because Im comfortable with her and the loving environment she establishes.
