The office is everything you would want your insurance company to be for you. They answer questions, understand what youre going through and are professional. You can even hear the smile over the phone. There motto is so true like a good neighbor state farm is there and they always are for our family. Even if it would cost less I will still stay with State Farm
What a wonderful office! They have been nothing but helpful and kind to my family and I. We have never had any issue. If I did I would not blame the office. Becky was great and very helpful. And what office or company calls when you have an issue with the policy, not any of my previous companies. But Becky did as soon as there was an issue with my policy. I love you guys and thank you for being so helpful always!
I have been with Statefarm for a few years now, I just switched from a different agents office to Stephanies office not too long ago and I could not be happier. Becky and Rachael are so kind and helpful and go above and beyond from what you would expect from anywhere else. I will recommend this office to everyone I know, not to mention my prices just went down! 10/10 love this office and these gals!

Stephanie Mahoneys State Farm Insurance Agency is top notch. Ive had nothing but positive experiences with Stephanie and her associates, Becky and Jennifer. My daughter also a client, was instrumental in my decision to switch insurance companies to State Farm. My premiums went down considerably from what I was paying before for the same coverage and everyone in the agency has been so helpful and gracious, always going the extra mile to assist with my insurance needs. I applaud them all.

Not sure what happened to her and this office. I have been a customer for over ten years and service has recently become nonexistent. I received letter stating my rates could increase due to updated garaging location that had changed for my vehicle. WTH? Ive lived at the same address for around 15 years. I called when I got home from work and reached the State Farm answering service who reviewed my account and said no changes had been made so not sure why I received that letter. They emailed Ms Mahoney asking her to contact me the following day. That was last week. Also, I started polling my friends and my rate is around $300 more a year for same coverage with no accidents etc, even with my homeowners policy with them as well. I plan to purchase new car shortly and you can bet Ill be taking my business elsewhere. To bad, service was great when I signed on.
If I could give a State Farm a zero I would.Ive been with State Farm for around 10 yrsafter I left Allstate for being overpeiced.I havent had a ticket since 83, my son John 25 yrs a student who works has also been a customer for 5 yrs. I received a call from Becky this afternoon stating my car, motorcycle and condo insurance were cancelled along with my Johns due to my sons traffic infraction 2 ago.. Nice to see there on top of things.Meanwhile my unjust cancellation with a perfect record was given no concideration.I was only told John is a liability and them insuring me is no longer possible.I would understand if my sons insurance wascancelled if thats the way it had to be but thisis nothing but N.Y political B.S.

Rude and useless. Filed an erroneous claim on my behalf just for inquiring about water damage and asking if certain things would be covered had my plumber determined it was a major issue. The claim was filed when I was not even in the state as the date is incorrect from when I made the inquiry. Now I have been dropped. Stephanie did not try 1 bit to help to resolve the issue.

2022-04-28Stefanie Mahoney’s branch of State Farm is simply the best! Not only is the customer service top notch, but they have saved (and continue to save) my family HUNDREDS of dollars a month! They let us know of all the special programs, available discounts and anything that could lower our bills! I currently have (3) cars, (2) homes, boat and RV Insurance policies that were just combined into an umbrella policy covering everything beyond our expectations. All of this at a price I can’t believe… especially since having transferred from another MAJOR company I was with for 20+ years.Last but not least… customer service! I love good customer service and everyone at this office is just great! Not only do they know their products, answer all your questions, fix and credit any mistakes and promptly get you any paperwork you need… they make you glad you called them! Just can’t say enough! A+++++++

2021-07-03I have been a customer with State Farm for years. Everyone in this office has been incredibly helpful, professional. I unfortunately had a terrible experience with different agent who was rude and completely unprofessional. I decided to switch to Stephanie Mahoneys office based on a few recommendations. I really cannot say enough about how professional everyone is here. I appreciate how helpful and prompt they are to assist with questions and any changes/updates to a policy. Its been a pleasure doing business with them and would highly recommend.
