I have been a Landlord for over 20 years and have worked with a variety of agents over the years, but nobody is as hard working as Scott Roberts at Sterling Homes.My wife and I were buying in the Albany area in the height of the pandemic of 2020 and Scott helped make us feel safe at every turn. He was knowledgeable of everything he showed us, and we never felt pressured into anything that we showed a doubt about. Scott is a good listener, and maintains a convivial and professional relationship throughout every step.In the end Scott was walking us through buildings on FaceTime so that we could see them and maintain State mandates where we live. He also was very responsive when I sent an interest over to him, and was always available to answer questions and concerns.In the end it is the humanity that Scott brings to the deal, and I feel more that I walked away not only with two new properties but with a new friend.

I worked with Scott Finsrud through my home buying process. He really made the experience a wonderful one. He was always available even if it was to just chat about the house. I would highly recommend choosing him as your realtor. Personality aside, he really did a fantastic job keeping everyone involved with the process moving; he managed the entire sale both effectively and professionally. The seller of the home was far from motivated and quite reluctant to do anything involved with the sale, yet it still happened and I believe it wouldnt have had I chosen a different realtor. It is a sellers market right now. We worked with Laura Muschott when buying our home. She really did a great job. When a new house would come on the market she would send us the listing asap. More importantly, no matter the time of day, she would get us in to look at the house. This is a huge advantage if you are going to make an offer. She even wrote our contract at 1100 pm. All in all she is an excellent agent and a valuable asset to have on your side.
Sterling Homes and their staff were the absolute best to work with! They worked very diligently to find exactly what I was looking for in Southern Saratoga County. The realtors were nothing short of professionals throughout the entire process. I’d highly recommend them to any first time homebuyer or investors!

2021-12-12Katharine Pelletier was wonderful to work with when selling our home! Always enthusiastic to help and answer any questions we had, quick to respond and made sure we were happy with everything throughout the process. She was able to manage approximately 100 people in our first open house. Also, she was very COVID-safe. She was an absolute pleasure, super positive and very friendly. If you want someone who is caring, passionate and will push to get things done for you Angie is your person. This was the first home my husband and I purchased so we were new to the selling process and with how crazy the market is it can be overwhelming. 2022-06-12After 2 years working with more than a dozen brokers, here is why Katherine Pelletier is the last and only broker I will work with for transacting property in the Albany region!! Katherine’s professionalism, knowledge, and integrity is beyond reproach.I have purchased my last three properties with her as my buyer’s agent. She has gone to extreme measures to wholly understand what I am looking for and understand my requirements. When I get notifications from her about potential properties, they are always squarely what I am looking for. This relieves me from having to filter through the hundreds of new MLS postings that do not match my requirements.Katherine has been in this business for nearly 10 years, but comes from a family that is wholly emerged in the different aspects of the real estate industry. Numerous times I have heard her share that she was bouncing ideas off her father or brother to better find properties that match my needs. 2021-11-25We worked with Kerry on the sale of our town home and purchase of a new build and we couldn’t be happier. She helped us get a full asking price offer from our first showing and she was there for our 11 month build process from signing the contract to our final walk through. She is fantastic! She patient, kind, and makes sure to be your voice if any issues might arise. I am hoping we are in our forever home, but If anything we’re to ever change I would definitely work with her again!

2021-07-01Katharine went above and beyond to help us find our perfect house. I know a lot of people say that, but Katharine made sure we saw everything we wanted to see until we saw THE ONE.She was always available when we needed her, and she made sure to explain any questions we had thoroughly.She even helped us win a bidding war against 12 other bidders to get our perfect house. Id highly recommend Katharine a thousand times over. Im so glad we had her as our realtor during this crazy 2021 housing market. As a bonus she was great with our kids and helped keep them occupied whenever we were viewing a potential house.
