This review is way over do, Ive been coming here for a few years and Ive never had an issue. They provide great service, nice designer frames and you dont even need an appointment to get an eye exam. Great place!!
Excellent service, they gave me 2 free contact lenses for free. I’m so happy and they are really friendly excellent service. I got my contacts 3 years ago. Now I’m back. And I’ll be back in a few months
Great place with specials all the time. The optometrist is very nice and helpful and they have someone giving out discount flyers outside the business all the time. Now there is a lady who is very vocal but nice asking people to check out the store.
This place was great! Everyone was so friendly and the process was very easy and smooth. They have a wide variety of brands and styles to choose from. This is my new favorite optical I love it!
Great customer services. Alma is the person that helped. I bought a pair of Coach and simply loving my eye glasses. The eye doctor is a wonderful and knowledgeable.
Not happy at all with glass crafting!I ordered here a pare of glasses, where the frame was chosen from me and ordered in internet, but glass was picked by the retailer according to my description.Glass is the lowest quality, even though I paid $ 560 only for the glass only! I was not provided with the glass brand either model, nor anything related to glass manufacturer. Now the glass is having everyday some sort of inner scratches that are hindering my clear view!Definitely not suggested this retailer. Very very dissatisfied and unprofessional costumer relationship.
Had to replace my glasses. Got them in 2 days!!! I do miss the woman who worked there before, she was amazing but the new staff are nice and helpful.
This location and the staff is absolutely amazing!! My son and I are long time satisfied clients. Great service and always friendly. You will not be disappointed.

Sterling Optical was great I was able to find my glasses quickly and get them for a good price.
Mislead customers and doesnt electronically notify DMV. If you are going to renew your license and take the eye exam, youre better off at the DMV or go to Pelham Parkway Vision Center in which they DO electronically notify the DMV and also have a doctor on the premises.
My daughter and I bought contact lenses, the attention was excellent, Im really happy with my lenses. I recommend it.
I got glasses a year ago at this place n they messed up three times and refuse to give me my money back the owner refused to give me my money and I was terrible service and the person that prescribed me the glasses gave me the wrong prescription this place this terrible I was really disappointed how management and the workers handle the problem
Everyone was great and very nice and funny but the girl at the front desk kinda had an attitude.

2021-08-25I’ve always had a pleasant experience while visiting sterling optical. The doctors are very helpful and always accommodate me with my eye exams and contact’s needs. I would definitely recommend!

2021-08-03I went to get my Eyes examine at this place. She said I had to wait to see the Eye Doctor. I asked can I use the Restroom. She said no.I have to wait to see the Doctor, but cannot use their restroom.I told her never mind. I took my Insurance Card from her and left Sterling Optical.

2021-08-28Sterling Optical is the #1 place for glasses...top designer brands and great service... been going there for years...the doctors are always patient and informative...the girl in front is knowledgeable, helpful in selecting the right pair of glasses and quite nice in general... the other lady is funny with a great sense of humor... always an enjoyable experience whenever I go there...thanks again ... would definitely recommend

2021-03-25Worst place to go. The lady in the front was not professional at all due to the confusion with my sons insurance, mind you it was a miscommunication with sterling and the insurance nothing to do with me. Long story short I had to go back to sterling to get a replacement because the last time I was there was a year in a half ago, this place wanted me to pay out of pocket. Supposely sterling optical said they dealt with my insurance before and they dont pay for replacement (which was never true) I called my insurance got everything straightened out, and the insurance was going to cover everything, the employer than proceeded to show me the worst selection of frames(was there almost a year in a half ago and the selection was so much better.) I believe she did that to be spiteful because of the insurance and the employer at sterling going back and fourth. Would never return. Beware customers who have health first, and are being misinforming , and taking advantage of just so they can pay out of pocket

2019-08-09I think this is a great place to go . I really like the doctors here ,they are very patient with you,and you dont feel rushed at all.The customer service is very good,the girls are very helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. I had a great experience and also my husband and my mother who also went there . I used to go to the old location as well,the service has been always great but the new store looks beautiful. We will be back. :)

2020-07-16This place was Amazing walked in no appointment took care of My Brother & I full service swiftly even honored a promotion flyer I had b4 covid 19 2 pairs for $89 20 $ eye exam so I purchased 4 sexy pairs of glasses for my self and my brother 2 more pairs. Friendly environment and EXCELLENT SWIFT SERVICE ❤❤❤❤❤❤
