Deborah Frankel and the team at Sterling Property Solutions helped us buy the home of our dreams. The process from beginning to end was well thought out and enjoyable. Deborah is very knowledgeable about the Westchester area which helped tremendously when deciding on which town to finally settle on. She really pointed out things we would have never thought of. Upon making a decision on the house the process of inspections, negotiations and evaluations went smoothly because of her care and guidance. In the end we know we bought the right house. Deborah saw the process through till the end and ensured we were settled in our new home like no other agent would have done. You can see the relationships she has will all the parties involved is because of her care and professionalism.
Deborah was great to work with! She was transparent about everything (which I think is great when youre committing to signing a lease!) and very willing to help. I had many questions and she was always available to jump in and help, and if she need to confirm something, she did so and always got back to me ASAP! When I picked up the keys, she gave me a little goodie bag with a renters starter kit, which I thought was really sweet of them to do. Thank you Deborah and everyone at Sterling Property Solutions!
Sterling has been enormously helpful, available, and courteous. Linda specifically has been relentless about finding me the best property and has always had my best interest as her top priority. I would recommend them tenfold! Such a pleasure to work with.Update a few months later: Linda quickly found wonderful tenants for my house and is very responsive with them and me. My house is undergoing some maintenance on the heating/AC units, and Linda is so timely and organized. I honestly couldnt do this process without her. She involves me the right amount and is simultaneously taking care of the tenants. Sterling continues to be a top quality service.

Sterling Properties Solutions handle all my concerns right away. They were very helpful from the time that I started looking for apartment to the time I was living in the apartment. Maintenance issues were taken care of right away. The grass was always kept neat. Snow removal was done right away which is important for me personally. They were available anytime. The communication was great as the kept me updated of the new changes or any visit.
When my son needed an apartment during a college internship in Tarrytown, Aurora, Deborah and Linda went above and beyond to help him and his roommates find an apartment that fit their needs. Sterling Properties is great. I own a home in Westchester that my parents used to own and I live out of state. Sterling manages all aspects of the house and gets great tenants. They collect the rent, do maintenance and are always a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company if you need someone to manage your house.
Linda is wonderful to work with. I have bought three properties with Linda and she is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is smart, helpful, and truly takes care of her clients. What sets her apart from other realtors is that she is a great negotiator and she is honest. She will tell you if something is a bad deal or overpriced.
Deborah Frankel is hands down the best real estate agent out there. She stuck with us for a significant period of time with the patience of a saint. She understood our Must Haves vs Wants, respected our budget, maintained contact, and held our hands through the entire process thru and after closing. 2018-12-10I have been a tenant for Sterling Properties for one year. Their team is highly responsive if and when an issue would arise, which I appreciated as someone who was living alone. Especially Yesenia who is always a phone call/text message away. Each time I have contacted her she has supported and advised me regarding any task or issue that was thrown at her. I can honestly say that I valued her services tremendously. Not to mention, she is so sweet!Sterling has always maintained the lawn outside and kept everything looking nice. I also think their renter online portal is very nicely designed and easy tool for paying your rent.I highly recommend renting from Sterling as their property is maintained very well, issues and concerns were always tackled and solved and their team is outstanding!

2019-06-05Linda and her team are amazing! Im forever grateful that she took my call, and listened to the sensitive situation I was in as an out of state, partial homeowner of a property in distress. She was the only one who was willing to help me; everyone else I spoke to was sympathetic to my situation, but said they wouldnt go near it with a 10 foot pole.As it turns out, I gave Linda and her team a bigger mess than she or I could have ever imagined. Throughout it all, she maintained her professionalism, and offered her advice and sympathy at every turn. Once we got to the point where I was granted court-ordered permission to remedy the many issues, I was always impressed with her knowledge, her resources, and her ability to essentially perform magic with a tight budget and many unknowns to deal with. She also did it all in a timely fashion, which is incredibly difficult to do when you also have to deal with municipalities and their quirks.Her skills were an incredible asset to the project, and even though I was forced to sell the property, Linda managed that aspect just as professionally and skillfully as she had managed everything else. We were able to command an excellent price for the property, significantly higher and faster than I could have ever hoped for.Im disappointed that circumstances beyond my control didnt allow us to develop the property to its full potential, but if I had been given the leeway to do so, I would have gladly given the additional work projects to Linda and her team, as I have no doubt that they would have done excellent work and the return on investment would have been significant.If I ever have the opportunity to work with Linda again, I would jump at the chance. Shes that good, and I would know - I own multiple rental properties in several states, and the value of a good property manager is the single most important factor in the success of the investment. Ive had my fair share of good and bad property managers over the years, and having such a great one helping me with this particular property was the saving grace in an otherwise difficult and draining process. I strongly recommend Linda & Sterling Property Solutions.

She finds us a long term and high qualified tenant within a week after we engage Sterling Property Solutions and help us enter into a 2+2 long term lease. She accompanied the handy man to our property to verify the walk through repairs and take photos before and after the repairs and send to us. Very detailed oriented. She is wonderful.
