Last couple orders have been frustrating. They stuck a sticker on my order that ripped them when trying to remove. Going back and forth with customer service you would think this would be simple
Ordered some die-cut stickers with the deal on facebook. The stickers blew me away. The cutting is perfect, the colors are vivid. The quality is good, they will hold up well and also seem waterproof. They also sent freebies such as coasters and mule stickers inside the packages I ordered! Someone referred me to sticker mule and I was very impressed. Also- the designers send proofs within a few hours and make changes for you which can make the whole process very easy going. I must also say, the colors are very accurate to the files sent, which I have learned from local businesses is not easy. Ordering with sticker mule will involve little to no proofing!!!
I paid using PayPal. Right after paying Sticker Mule, I noticed that I started getting daily Phishing email attempts using my personal information from PayPal. I know for sure the breech came from Sticker Mule, as I dont use the PayPal service that often.Quick customer support and what not, however, make sure your service has better payment security. I assume the stickers come at good quality as well.

Exceptional customer service and fantastic quality and turn around.Encountered an issue through the payment process where after attempting to pay through PayPal it would throw me back to the website with no notification of failure and nothing in my basket. A little frustrating but after a couple of attempts I got in touch with them through their contact form on the website.A member of Sticker Mule got in touch within the hour, apologised for the issue and resolved it very quickly while re-stocking my cart with the order so I didnt have to go through the process again.After the order was placed it took a little under a week to process and arrive, the quality of the print is great and the dye cut outline is absolutely spot on. Would highly recommend them if youre after a high quality and personable service.

Its crazy but everything about Sticker Mule is great. The quality of the actual product is perfect; Ive made die-cut stickers, labels, magnets, buttons, and transfer stickers (transfer stickers pictured here on a wood display for my business)-- and theyve all been exactly right. The turn around time is lightening fast. And free edits a huge plus, theyve easily adjusted the look of my uploads within hours of asking for a change. I honestly dont know how they offer such good service and quality for such affordable pricing. For a one-woman-show small business owner, their products are game changers for me. I hate writing such positive reviews, because it can feel fake...but Sticker Mule is the real deal.

I first saw the ad for Sicker Mule on Facebook. I took a quick look and saw how ridiculously cheap it was to get a bunch of stickers printed. I uploaded an image of my band logo, gave simple instructions. Bam they were back to me with a proof in 45 mins...Put in the order. It arrived lightning fast with FREE SHIPPING! I will be ordering more and more from these guys!

I freaking love Sticker Mule. Ive been using them for the last year for the majority of my stickers and I have never once been disappointed. The new holographic stickers are just gorgeous and they actually send me 30 extra (for FREE) because there was a slight defect on 21 on my original 50. They have excellent customer service and support AND they are almost always running great deals and giveaways!
Sticker Mules hiring process is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If you apply to one of their positions, prepare for little to not communication from any of their hiring managers. It takes a lot of hunting down the right emails and consistently reaching out for them to give you a sentence response. Their emails are short, dry, and inconsiderate. I wasted just about two months fighting for a position, and all I got back was an email letting me know I was denied, along with an offer for some store credit. It was a weird, confusing, defeating experience. They definitely did not match the bubbly persona they present online. Would not recommend applying.

Sticker Mule is the only custom sticker-printing business I trust. To break it down:1) OPTIONS:They have many different options of stickers - custom sizes, shapes, types of stickers, etc. I even got sticker ideas simply by exploring their online options.2) PRICE:Ive never seen custom stickers so cheap, not only that, they really give you large discounts when you order in bulk (50pcs+)!3) QUALITY:So they have options and theyre cheap, but is it worth your money? ABSOLUTELY! Ive ordered 4 different types of stickers from Sticker Mule and the quality of all of them are superb. They feel smooth and high quality (no glossy reflective look)4) CUSTOMER SERVICE:The first time I ordered from them, I got my package stolen. I let Sticker Mule know about this and they immediately started a new order and shipped it to me - free of charge! The third time I ordered from them, UPS lost my package. I felt suspicious and bad about asking for a reorder, but they (once again) started an immediate re-order and shipped it to me (again free of charge)! On top of all this, they have very very fast shipping. I live in Southern California and got my stickers within 2 days and they ship from New York.Ive never experienced as positive of an experience as I have from Sticker Mule. I usually have my doubts about custom made anything, but Sticker Mule has restored my faith in companies. Sticker Mule has been a huge let down for me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Find other businesses who can do the same thing better. These guys have very slow customer service to work with and are not especially helpful. I tried to make on order for ten die cut stickers and I had $20 in store credit. It wouldnt allow me to use the in store credit unless I spent more money on the order. This situation has been very frustrating as I want to use my in store credit to get some free sticker samples to see what Im getting for the money. I originally planned on making larger orders to my name out on a start up company. When I emailed them about my problem I received no response. I have ordered stickers through a competitor and have had a much better experience. Sticker Mule is awful!!! They also have minimum order requirements of ten stickers but all ten stickers have to be the exact same. I wanted to try ten different stickers to see which version of my logos I liked in comparison to the others but this cannot be done because you are forced to order 10 stickers for $17 and nobody wants to waste $100 just to see five different designs.
Amazing product, it came 1 week earlier than expected and it was not your simple sticker. The product was sturdy, great material and feel, very high quality and excellent Customer Service. I will definitely be using Sticker Mule for all my future sticker needs, thanks Sticker Mule!!
This is honestly the BEST sticker service Ive been to.. and Ive been to quite a bit. Every other company Ive ordered stickers from have low quality stickers and are not what I was looking for. I Ordered from Sticker Mule for the first time about a week ago. I was automatically drawn to the price for the amount of stickers you get because every other sticker service is so damn expensive. I received the stickers a week earlier than the estimated shipping time. When I received my stickers, they were GREAT quality. The writing on my stickers were fairly small (due to what I need them for), but you could make out every word, there was no bleeding of the ink or anything. The only problem that Ive had was that I received vertical stickers instead of horizontal. I contacted them and they replied instantly. We got the problem sorted out in about 12 hours and my reprint is already in queue to be printed and is expected to arrive to me in a week, but will probably come before then since they ship 2 day priority! Also, I have to say that I wish they shipped via USPS instead of UPS only because UPS delivers so late in the day and USPS delivers earlier in the day. But thats my personal preference.
Phenomenal quality. Great price. Fast service. Received our stickers out in Colorado in ~2 days. The proofs were almost immediate. One of our designs was not going to work for dye cut. The sticker mule team did a redesign for free, and when it still did not work for us (looked great, we just needed to do a revision ourselves), they removed it from our bill with no red tape or hassle. I highly recommend!Update: over a year through all four seasons and it still looks great on our car
I ordered custom mailers from Sticker Mule and was super excited to receive them only for UPS to mishandle my package. I contacted Sticker Mule by email and received an immediate response from a person who had a plan to get my issue to taken care of as fast as possible. Within the next few hours I was contacted again to have my items be reshipped. Sticker Mule has exceeded my expectations with their exceptions customer service. I will most definitely be doing more business with this company.

Every time Ive contacted Sticker Mule, they have met or exceeded my expectations. The stickers and labels Ive ordered have withstood three weeks of daily dishwasher cycles on glass jars without any change in the appearance of the sticker. Great customer service. The team at Sticker Mule were very responsive answering questions and communicating throughout my order process. I originally wanted to create colored images with Old English font for transfer stickers. The team offered up alternative designs that would work for transfer stickers (limited to black or white, and the font I wanted was too thin) as well as they same design on different types of stickers. Again, they were great being very responsive and offering up alternative options.
This was a fantastic experience. At first, I was nervous since I submitted a request at 11pm and an automated email told me Id have a proof in 4 hours. I figured everything would be automated and I wouldnt get what I needed.The next morning, I had an email (from a real person) giving me suggestions on how to make my artwork work better without distorting the image.Everything was professional and incredibly fast. My magnets were supposed to arrive after a week and a half. They came 4 days after ordering and look better than I could have hoped!Sticker Mule has definitely made a long term customer. There are plenty of options out there for magnets and stickers. The customer support offered here helped this company stand out.

Great quality! I ordered the sample pack for $1, which had tons of different things including magnets, tape, wall stickers, and just normal stickers. I also got the custom die cut ones for $9, and they work great. They have the best customer service ever!

The printing for our mailing bags was done wonderfully and they look great. However, delivery was a problem. It took almost 2 months to get our order because the first time it couldnt not be found and a reprint needed to be done. Please consider your shipping methods so things are not lost while shipping for delivery. We needed these bags for a deadline and its a pity we did not get to use them.

We had some trouble with our artwork resolution and the customer service rep helped us really quickly. The die-cut stickers are of great quality. I have one on my phone, which has been scratched, gotten wet, and rubs against things in my purse all day, and the sticker looks brand new. No fading, nicks or anything, its amazing! Their wall decals are great too. I will be ordering from them again!
Amazing service! Ordering my custom stickers was extremely easy. I just uploaded my picture and then received a good-looking proof a day later. I placed the order and it came right on time. I opened the package and saw that they even gave me a couple extra of my custom stickers as well as some nice stickermule stickers. The best part, in my opinion, was the made with love note with an actual persons signature. It adds a human touch to it and makes it more sentimental. Overall, great services and Im definitely ordering again soon.
I attempted to order stickers online from another company for our customer folders and was immediately discouraged when there were issues with the upload of our logo. I literally spent about 2 1/2 hours attempting to do this. Luckily I came across Sticker Mule and based on their positive Google reviews I decided to give them a try. I am so happy I did ! So far my experience with Sticker Mule has been really good. Im learning what sticker material best fits my products and jars and theyve worked, lasted through shipping and packaging manipulation. Also the proofing process is pretty thorough. They give explanations on file sizes and types that are suitable and make suggestions if needed. Ill be back for more.

Ive placed several orders with these good folks over the past year. Their products have been top of the line, last quite well in the weather and car wash. Absolutely amazing. Only issues I have had are that the pictures I’m sending aren’t high enough resolution, but that is on me. Make sure you know what you want and you specify and changes you want made to the pictures you send in, as well as making sure you send in good quality artwork. The proofs come back very quickly so you can approve the look of the design before paying and before they process anything. Very quick feedback when I email them with questions or concerns. I have nothing bad to say about sticker mule, and I am ordering more stickers, magnets, and coasters as Christmas presents for family and friends. Amazing, phenomenal, wonderful.

The Sticker Mule team is wonderful. I wanted to design a special decal for my sons room using sheet music and they guided me through several trials until we came up with one that worked. They showed me a proof each time to approve or deny until I was totally happy. They were very patient and nice in each communication back and forth. The quality of the decal is very nice and it was easy to hang. Ill definitely use them again.
Sticker Mule far exceeded my expectations. The stickers are amazing! They did a partial die cut for me. The turnaround time was unbelieveable! We were on a really tight time crunch and needed to receive samples before placing the final large order. Both times, the proofs came so quickly, we were able to modify and update until we liked it, and then making changes from the samples to the final order was super easy. BOTH TIMES the stickers arrived TWO DAYS earlier than expected which was a huge help in us being able to make adjustments and get them JUST RIGHT! Im an event planner and having access to fast, easy, custom stickers is priceless!

Ive received excellent quality stickers (and now buttons!) every time Ive ordered from Sticker Mule. The stickers themselves are made really well, good ink coverage, they last and have the right amount of good quality adhesive. The buttons I havent had as long but they are a good quality button.I get what I want without problems, its fast, and no hassle.AND a staff that will go above and beyond to help you. Really REALLY above and beyond. I cant really go into detail because it was such a unique odd request I made that they didnt have to help me with but were able to.Absolutely would recommend without hesitation. :)
I used to be a fan of Sticker Mule. Most products are decent quality for the price and their service has always been top notch in the past. That is, up until recently when I actually had a production problem with a magnet order. One of the magnets arrived ripped, which made me look closely at the rest. All of them were printed with a jagged edge, which made them rip easily. When I contacted customer service (with pics & video) this was their response:I reached out to our Production Artists, and theyve mentioned that thematerial, while strong, doesnt have the same strength of our stickervinyl, and as such can still be ripped even if printed without the minorjagged edge. That in mind, you said only one was actually ripped, right?Was anything else making them unusable for your event?WOW, what a mind-blowing response, right?! Not only do they admit that their product rips easily, but they think its perfectly ok to represent my brand with an inferior product that rips. And they are clearly not willing to take responsibility for their error. They could probably have made me happy by giving me 50% off the order, but all they gave me was drama. Mistakes happen, but what sets great companies apart is how they respond to that mistake. This one was an epic fail.If your main objective is an inexpensive product, and youre not concerned about quality, then Sticker Mule is the right fit for you. If you actually care about your brand, get on a horse and gallop far, far away from this company.
Amazing, I dont know how Sticker Mules cuts the borders or prints full color with the tight registration we use, but we have complex shapes, with full bleed, very small type and clear windows. Every order has been perfect. We keep making the label shapes more complex and adding additional colors. It always looks great and fits in the hole. The order and proof process is seamless. To be honest, I have no idea how they make these for the price.
I recently purchased a vinyl sticker/lettering from this company and there was a defect in the product...luckily the customer service at this company is absolutely amazing as they refunded me the full cost of the product and responded to my emails in a very timely manner. I dont think this defect is very common, so if you are wanting to order from them rest assured my experience was a rare one, but you are in good hands with this company!

With so many options out there to order custom stickers I decided to shop around. Turns out that the money spent everywhere but Sticker Mule was wasted. The design interface was simple. The quality of the Sticker Mule stickers were by far better than I received from its competitors. A local sign shop made me an amazing sample but wanted 4x the money that i spent here and the quality/durability wasnt any better.Great value. Top quality and on par pricing.
On my second order with Sticker Mule, UPS butchered my address and I never received the package. Sticker Mule replied to my inquiry instantly, took responsibility of the UPS error, and resent the order.The quality of their product is worth the 5 star review. Their service is above and beyond. I ordered stickers through a promo for my dealership - They were a HUGE hit - and a great branding message. The speed of the work and the look of the stickers were spot on. I wish they would have had the Waterproof ones when we ordered :/ but they still work well!
Never had an issue with StickerMule. I ordered a roll of the branded packing tape and was quite excited because I used my Product Hunt discount to get it for a discount. Didnt realize the tape needed to be wet with water in order for it to stick properly, and a lot of what were packaging cant be wet. Great print quality, just probably wont use it.

We use their sticker as labels for chemical products.These stickers are TOUGH!The fine print slightly less legible than with standard labels so be warned, however, the trade off is worth it 100x for us.And Ive have orders at my doorstep 48h after sending in the order though they only promised 6 days.

I havent ordered from Sticker Mule yet, but their easy to use web-site and great customer service is very convincing to use. Sticker Mules 10+ options gives you a lot of variety and price range to find what you are looking for. Something that stands out is their $10 credit that they give out when you join, share Sticker Mule with friends and other tasks is a great way that Sticker Mule gives incentives and cheaper pricing to their customers and fans. However, without the $10 credit you can earn Sticker Mule can get a little pricey. Large companies such as Google and Twitter use Sticker Mule so the stickers are probably worth the price.
I just got my order and and it looks great really quality stuff. These guys are unbelievably amazing!!! Theyre definitely going to be my only go to people!!! Ordered 100 diecut stickers. Proof was ready 18 minutes later, and within a few hours I had an estimated delivery date. Turnaround from proof to shipment was 7 days, and I received them the day before estimated, even with UPS having accidentally rerouted.

High quality stickers-- when I saw that companies like Amazon and Dropbox use this service, I just had to give it a try. Its super easy and pretty reasonably priced, given the quality of the material. The price matters to me the most because I had to pay around 15 dollars to get custom stickers from the UK before-- not a party. Im planning on purchasing more to stock up my storenvy shop-- cant wait to see how excited my customers get!

Great experience. I downloaded the template for photoshop and the guidelines were extrmely clear and easy to understand. Once I finished my design, I uploaded it and it was sent for proofing. Within 3 hours I got a digital proof and I accepted it. Within a week the stickers were at my door, looking great! Even though I got the 1 round stickers and used text, the smallest text was 100% legible. 10/10 will (always) buy again! Great service, great product, great price!
Long story short- I ordered stickers using my artwork from another company for my art show, and they were very disappointing. I contacted Sticker Mule via email and asked them if I could possibly have last min stickers made and over-nighted to me in time for my show. Sarah politely emailed me back and said it unfortunately wouldn’t be possible. I said “no worries” and left it at that. BUT- two days later, RIGHT before I left to go to my show, they ARRIVED! I have used StickerMule 8 different times now and I couldnt be happier with the products or service received! My most recent order (that prompted this review) was in response to a promotional offer of $56 off the price of a roll of 50 clear 3 stickers. Because of the sizing of my logo, the regular price came to $56 - so my order was FREE! I turned around and placed another order ;) When there was a glitch at checkout, I emailed with a question about my order (maybe I wouldnt get both orders - no problem). Low and behold, the agent Kay... (full identity withheld for privacy) immediately responded and completed my order. Both FREE products are on their way to me now! Highly recommended after 8 orders.

This company has tons of reviews on You tube . They are not great . I sent my file over in RGB and the color was not what I liked . I sent it again In CYMK format and they still couldn’t produce the color I needed . For the price they charge , they should be able to find the color code once they get the correct format . I will be ordering from overseas. I thought because they were in the US that it would be painless . It was the absolute opposite .
I contacted Sticker Mule with an over-the-top difficult request that required their support team to go above and beyond. They told me they werent sure if what I was asking was POSSIBLE, but that theyd try. Well sure enough, they made it happen! Im not going to even explain my over-the-top request because it would be just rude to their team. Just know that they take care of stuff. Big time.
I just had an awful experience with Sticker Mule. I ordered about $30 worth of samples with my text based logo before I order a large quantity for my business. The site says that you won’t be charged until you approve of the design. I check my bank account and surely enough I have a charge right after ordering.I let it go because I was buying regardless but then I checked my email and the said they could not approve my design due to low quality...I thought this was weird because I dont have a graphic based logo. Just text. And they already have my money. The email didn’t state any other resolution besides making your logo hi-res so I emailed them back asking what’s the alternative. Didn’t get a email back until 3 hours later, after sending another email and reaching out via Facebook.So I attempted to call customer service. And first red flag. No customer service number. At all.I’ve been back and forth with “customer service reps” via email and facebook messenger with these long drawn out wait times between emails that could have been resolved with one phone call.Nevertheless, I canceled my sample and will not be doing business with them in the future.So disappointed.

Have 24/7 customer service. Talked to them all night about being over charged and took another day before I heard back. I got a refund. They do have good products, just make sure you dont approve the design from your phone because it makes you miss the comments if they change price or anything. Im going to give them another chance considering their great reviews outside of my experience.

Ordered a custom wall mural for my sons bedroom. Placed the order on December 4, 2017 and had the finished product delivered by December 7, 2017!!! They cautioned me that the quality may be affected by the quality of the photo I provided but I am absolutely thrilled with what I received! I will post a picture once I install the mural.

Ive been simply blown away by the quality of these stickers. They are a bit more expensive than I wanted to spend, but it turned out pretty reasonable on a deal from appsumo, so I gave it a shot.I put one of the stickers on some of my coffee equipment that has seen daily exposure to ~200 degree water, not to mention near-daily washings for more than two years now. The sticker looks just as good as the day I put it on. No fading, no peeling, nothing.I realized that the sticker Id put on my laptop wasnt centered the way I wanted. It bugged me so much that I thought Id go ahead and take it off after it had been on for several minutes. It peeled right off, leaving very little (easily removed) residue behind. Granted, I dont know if it would be the same after years of being on the laptop, but I was still very impressed.

This company is a JOKE! And i havent even recieved product.....they sent me a very small e on the oval 2×3 sticker. See picture. Then they partially enlarge the e. I asked them to call me twice........nothing....now they are forcing me to pay $50+ more on my invoice because of the enlarging changes on something this simple......I cant believe this company has so many positive reviews. Fantastic quality stickers at a reasonable price. Ask for the sample pack to see the sharp colors, clean print lines, and quality. If you can design it, they can print it!
So I placed an order, only to go with another vendor due to pricing and a shift in what I needed, and I just have to say- their customer service is exceptional! I didnt even use their services and id still highly recommend them. Thats how you do customer service.
I have a friend who bought some custom stickers and THEY WERE GREAT. The color doesnt fade and they are DURABLE. Personally I love these stickers and are soon going to order some for myself.

Very high quality stickers, I have multiple StickerMule stickers on my car and on my laptop; none of the stickers have faded or have been damaged by the weather.10/10 for Customer Service too. I contacted StickerMule with questions about their sticker making process, and we ended up talking about colleges. Specifically Renssellaer Polytech. It was pretty chill.
Absolutely blown away. I ordered on a Tuesday, and the expected delivery date was a week and a half later. They arrived two days later. Not two days after the expected delivery date, no, two days after I ordered them. And they were perfect! Not only was their ordering process easy, the came right away. I mean I feel like Im being paid to write this review b/c I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this company. So impressed.

Super fast! I have never had a proof sent back to me in less that 3 days, I had it within hours. I made a few adjustments and had those 2nd and 3rd proofs within 1 hour of my adjustments. Made ordering this order quick and painless. Love them!

2022-01-26Awful company to work for.I was given two half-days of training, then sent home with a computer for my first day of work. I submitted my sticker files and when I came back from lunch, they said I was fired. They told me all my files were wrong, but didnt care to explain how.Its ridiculous that I was expected to complete everything flawlessly ON MY FIRST DAY OF WORK. I tried asking for a second chance but they completely ignored all of my emails and phone calls.Because of this experience, I refuse to give my business to Sticker Mule. I recommend Sticker Giant instead! Much friendlier and a 10x better work environment.
