I recently leased a Lexus at Stoler. They are new to Long Island but had the car I was looking for at a price that was fair. Ali was my salesman. He was understanding and patient. He is a fine young man and I highly recommend working with him. A few weeks later I realized their was a major error in lease paper work. I reached out to the dealership. The General Manager Nick Guadagno personally reached out to me personally and corrected the error. He is a great man and this is a great dealership.
If there were a way to give them a zero star I would. Some of Stoler Lexus employees are the most disrespectful and degrading people one could ever deal with. I put down a refundable deposit in a car in March 2022. I did not move forward with the deal due to personal matter. I spoke with the sales guy in regards to that and he never had the decency to keep the line of communication open with me. Almost a month later, Im still trying to get my deposit back, I contacted him in several occasion and he just never returned my calls. Irene or Arlene finally put me through to speak with him and he claimed that he had put in the request since 4/6/22. I spoke to 2 different managers, none of them cared to help. Of course, If I were a different race, everyone wouldve ensured that this situation get rectified right away. I got so fed up going back and forth with them. I was promised call back from managers several times including today with no success. They are liars and disrespectful human beings who only pay attention if and only when you lease or finance so they can get a cut. They are dishonest and should be educated on cultural competence, communication and, customer service skills. I will certainly never step foot at that location and will discourage anyone I know from doing business with them. If you noticed, I did not mention the disrespectful sales person and managers because I dont feel like I should give them any publicity as they are not worthy of me mentioning their names.I took matters in my own hands and called the Freeport location where educated employees helped me settle the situation and actually processed the refund today. Stoler Lexus is a disgrace.
Yesterday, I leased a car and my sales consultant Jean Cormier, provided outstanding, professional service. He made the process smooth and easy. I appreciated the time he took to make certain that my car had all the amenities that I wanted, and I never felt pressured by Jean to purchase anything I did not want. He made my leasing experience a pleasure.
Had a mechanical issue and ALWAYS take my 1997 Lexus LS400 for anything I need. Spoke t Lorenzo in the Service Dept and he set up everything nice and easy. Got called back asap when he knew what was up. Went over all that I needed to know and got I back quickly. A+++ all around
I wanted to take a moment to send some praise over to Andrea in billing. She’s been assisting me with DMV issues and has been patient, attentive and informative throughout the entire process. Having worked in customer service myself, I understand the workload and need to accommodate numerous customers within a short amount of time can be stressful. Not only has Andrea set expectations by informing me of her plan of action to resolve the issue, she has also gone out of her way to contact me to advise of updates and to assure me that she has been working towards a resolution. This level of customer service makes me feel as if I were a priority and not just another customer whose needs were tossed to the back burner. I can say with confidence that what would typically be a stressful and frustrating experience has been completely avoided due to her continued efforts. It is my recommendation that she be promoted immediately, or at the very least gifted an IS500.

Going through the finance department, they did not show me any rates between Different lenders. As a person of color I feel like They thought I would not know anything. How could you just give a person an interest rate without exposing them to other Options? I am completely absurd that a dealership that cares about people will just throw them with Any lender. He was originally giving me a Loan with an almost 10% interest rate. When I argue down I got interest rate at 6%. The sales person also assured me that the dealership partners Chase which I originally wanted to finance with. Upon dealing with the financier he said they dont deal with Chase. This whole experience did not leave me happy about purchasing a car. The only good thing about it was the car itself. My advice is to do your research on who you will be financing with.Update: the car was never cleaned on the inside and when I told my salesperson about it he did send a check so I could go get it detailed. That was great. Nevertheless, when I bought the car I didnt look closely to the back. This was my fault knowing how shady dealerships can be. I have 2 deep scratches in the back where paint was slapped on top to poorly cover it up. I noticed this when I got home and brought it to an auto body shop. The car is eminent Pearl. The shop said the whole bumper plus more would have to be painted to get everything to blend right. When I told my salesperson about it, his response was, When it comes to scratches every dealerships sells pre-own cars as is unless its something that we agreed on to fix or paint prior to finalizing a deal, from that being said I will show these pictures to my manager as well to see . I cant make any promises. The dealership had to have known. But didnt say anything to me about it. I wish transparencies existed upon dealerships.
I highly recommend Stoler Lexus if you’re considering buying a vehicle… Our salesman Julian Ruiz was very professional and worked very hard for our business. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with this dealership..From Sales to financing the car, we were impressed.. In closing, I want to just say Thank you !!!!
Met Lorenzo my service consultant. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable & professional. Had problem with key fob not opening my lexus. Mechanic fixed problem. easily by adjusting battery contact. Lorenzo advised 2 tires very worn & needed replacement. Ordered tires & will return when they arrive.
Angelo was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped me about 3 months ago and then this month also helped both of my daughters with their respective purchases for their new Lexus! He even came in early to complete my daughter’s purchase! Very professional. Ask for Angelo!!
I was warmly welcomed by TARAE and it made me feel at easy after my previous visit. This made me feel relaxed and it was a welcome change. She was great she addressed all of my concerns that I mentioned as I initially spoke with her this made me happy thank you Lexus.
I had a great experience, but I forgot to address a concern I have. I naught my car about one year ago and the rep told me the the company was changing ownership, there for I did not receive any gift such as; a pen, coffee mug or jacket. He stated I will receive one in the mail when the product come in with the new name, which never came to to pass. My brother recently naught a Lexus in CT and he got Jackets, pens, coffee mug. I will greatly appreciate if some one can reply to my concern thanks
Very disrespectful and disregarding sale person.We were helped by Fred(Farhad)He seemed a nice guy as he showed us cars and test driven one.After, the asked price of 47k, I offered 40k with putting down 50% cash…as starting to bargain.He looked at us and said: where are you from? You think you are coming from Brooklyn and waste my time?Never in my life seen such disrespect and incompetence.He never tried to find ground or offer other options like a good sale person would do…The worst thing I noticed on his desk is that he was the employee of the month!!Unbelievable.
I’ve been trying to get someone to help me get a refund on the remaining extended warranty that I got on my 2020 Lexus through Diligent .when I had to trade it in because of an anomaly issue that stems from a computer problem that deployed the air from the airbag and they couldn’t determine why this happened I traded in my car.So I need help getting this refund and so far no one’s returned my calls and I was very happy with how everyone treated me until this problem.

I walked into Stoler Lexus late on a Sunday not sure the ES-350 was for me, and Jean walked me through the car, gave me keys to take a test drive, and I was convinced this was a great car. Jean then worked out the pricing to make it a great deal. Glad I stopped by Stoller.

I wasn’t happy with the finance person to discuss possible renewing the maintenance contract and the person was not at all helpful so I did not take the contract because of his lack of information. Also when they replaced the covers on my license place they cracked the one in the front.
The reason why i gave this place a five star rating was because of Anthony Torres. He had the patience to explain the cars to me and my family. I was very happy to purchase this car because i liked this car for a long time before i made my decision. Thank You!I also have some complains1. Like i said, i bought this car brand new, the car only had 4 miles on it when i drove it home.2. At 724 miles i bought it back for service......... because a few times when i tried to start the car it did not start. The dashboard blinked but the car did not start.3. i immediately called for service and bought the car in 7/20/20 at 8 a.m they told me that the cars battery was dead.. i was like? are you kidding me?4. Even though they replaced a brand new battery for me i was pretty upset being that this is a new car.5. I am not going to upload the proof of the service paper because i am not blaming anyone for this, but in the future i recommend double checking all the cars before they go home with customers.Again, i would like to thank Anthony Torres for all your time!i still recommend this place for all their great services!
Having just leased a Lexus ES 350 yesterday from Atlantic Lexus of 110, I feel compelled to write this review. This was perhaps the best car buying experience that I have had to date. I was taken care good care of from the moment I walked into the dealership until I left with my absolutely stunning ES 350 (Atomic Silver) - really sharp looking. I cant say enough positive things about Bert Hall, the salesman who helped me navigate the car leasing process. Bert made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down with him all the way through acquisition of the car. He is extremely knowledgeable on the Lexus brand and made appropriate recommendations along the way. Bert is a true professional and I highly recommend calling on him for your car buying/leasing needs.

Excellent service. Quick turnaround time and very friendly, welcoming staff. Specifically, my service advisor, Shane Camacho, was outstanding. I had an issue with one of my tires which was causing some other issues, due to the fact that my vehicle is AWD. Shane provided me with my options and gave me his advice on what would be most cost-effective. I would highly recommend the service center and specifically, Shane Camacho, to anyone who needs work done on their Lexus.
I purchased a used vehicle that I found online. The salesperson, Juan Ruiz, was very professional, showed me the car, and we came to an agreed price. I did have some concerns regarding the vehicle, but Juan took care of those concerns for me. Delivery was a smooth process. Overall, Great experience.

When I had spoken to Anthony, I had informed him of exactly what I wanted. I arrived to have the vehicle up front and ready for me to test drive. We had then come to a deal in less than 20 minutes. He was very thorough in explaining what service was needed. Why its necessary and what can happen if its not done. I learn more about my Lexus than I knew before. Just had a wonderful experience at Stoler Lexus was greeted promptly by staff and directed to a very nice service representative Victor who explained what was being done to my car and how long it would take. I was then directed to a very comfortable waiting area in the dealership to wait. After about 45 minutes Victor came over explained what was done again and I was on my way. It was very easy making the appointment and a overall pleasant experience.
Used car prices are really high but when you need to buy a car, you have to. Worked with Julian who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He brought in Tommy (used cars manager). Both were very transparent. When I showed the prices of comps, Tommy pointed out the fees other Lexus dealers will charge and he was absolutely right. Wasted my time to go to Tricounty Lexus as they are the worse to work with. Tricounty has the cheapest prices but will add thousands to the price when you show up. Reducing 2 star because it was a little challenging to work with the finance person. From numbers standpoint, there were NO surprises but the finance person just wouldnt tell me the total out of pocket amount I would have to pay. He kept beating around the bush and wouldnt answer my questions. He asked me for my credit cart for the down payment without giving me the breakdown of numbers. He told me I would see everything in the end. Why would I want my credit card charged if I dont even agree with the numbers. I had to repeatedly explain to him, that he does this for a living, the customer doesnt buy a car on a daily basis like grocery. They need to be a little patient, try to be transparent, give the customer what they want. The customer is sitting in front of a finance guy because they are ready to sign the dotted line, so just be transparent and answer the questions.
I have been going to Lexus on 110 for years and the person that does my paperwork is great and always provide excellent service but, the person who work on my car was horrible. I left after having my car service with the my car telling me I am low on washer fluid and now I have to go back again after being there for about two hours test and they supposedly washer my car but that was laughable.
5 star dealership with 1 star customer service especially, ROSEANN. She was the most rude person I have ever dealt with in my life. She lied about having a loaner vehicle and made me miss my appointment. She accused me of having body work done on my car and that my warranty wont cover my headlight due to that. Guess what ROSEANN, I have never been in a car accident in my life. The manager and the rest of workers were very nice, but this lady has got to go.
Let me say what an amazing experience it was to work with everyone at this dealership. From the beginning on the phone with the sales rep, test driving , great conversation and overall a great experience. I’ve purchase many cars in my life and this was the smoothest, pain free purchase I have had. Thank you to Anthony, tommy, financial manager that was the only one there to close deals and bust it out many deals while customers that were waiting, and also thank the general manager who was also a great help.Also, may I add the dealer was very clean, sanitary and just a comfortable environment.Thank you again
I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance( it is 13 months old, 12000 miles), they claimed I had a rotor issue & kept my car for 2 days. I never experienced issues with the brakes. I was told they cut rotors too low & need to be replaced. Continued lies . New rotors were not on invoice. Horrible communication & was was told to me were lies .
We were promised two free Maintainence service. We went for the first one and at time time the oil was changed and tires rotated. The oil sticker shows that we should return for an oil change after a certain mileage. When we get there, we are being told a different mileage is when the oil should be changed. So, in my opinion one thing was told to us a the first maintenance and something different at the second visit and I feel that its a way to let the time run out so they can come back with technicality and you dont get the second service even though it says we can get the two service with 18 months time frame. Thinking about spending my money elsewhere for the next Maintainence.
My service appointment today was for programming a new key fob which was ordered a couple of weeks ago and received two days ago. After waiting for the service to completed about an hour later, the service rep said the incorrect key was ordered and that correct key is on backorder. Im disappointed to say the least.
My wife and I purchased a vehicle from here 2 years ago and there were some unnecessary bumps in the road, due to the quality of the vehicle we went back and I can say that the entire staff has more than made up for any bumps in the past and we were extremely happy to be customers again. Jason was our sales person who was not only friendly and personable but very professional. He introduced us to Nina who made every task seem almost effortless and quick that we wound up leaving with a new car the same day. Solely based upon this experience I look forward to doing more business and recommending the entire staff to anyone in order to experience a excellent piece of machinery and luxury along with staff to make it happen. Other than leaving a star review Im not usually someone who spends the time writing one however, after my experience at Stoler Lexus I feel compelled to do so. Like most people I dread the whole car buying process. I visited several other Lexus dealers before coming to Stoler. I was greeted by Nancy with a warm smile and she directed me to the area where the sedan I was interested in waslocated. I was given some time to explore the vehicle before I was approached by Jordan my sales rep. I instantly had a connection with him. I told him I already researched the vehicle and just needed to take a test drive to finalize my decision. He answered all my questions and got me a deal I felt comfortable with. Moose in finance was equally amazing. He explained the vehicle protection plans but wasnt pushy. Signing the papers was a smooth quick process.I am so happy I came to Stoler and I am excited to become a member of the family. I look forward to a long relationship with them for many years to come. I already have my next two vehicles picked out...😆🤷♀️
Service advisor Mr. John Dilauro was great, I had brake issues with my LS 460, made an appointment and was given a date a few days ahead because I needed a loaner car, John was able to get me in immediately because he didn’t want me to drive my car with brakes issues and got me a loaner car. Service took a couple of days because parts had to be special ordered but was done right. I also got a decent discount on the repair.Completely satisfied.Hey overall great dealership., highly recommend.
Beautiful service. Mr.Waxman was the loveliest man to deal with. He answered all our questions in a knowledgeable manner and delivered on “all” he told uswould take place during and after the sales transaction. Had a very tricky issue with my is250 not starting. The service department here were thoroughly honest. They made sure to alert me of any information or updates regarding service treatment for my car. Long story short they got my car to run and I will definitely continue to use this dealership their honest and loyal service department .
I got my GX460 today and I was very satisfied with the customer service at Stoler Lexus everyone was very friendly and professional. Make sure to ask for Sales Associate Bert or Ali they are amazing in putting my deal together and walked me through the process from A to Z. I highly recommend them!!!

The dealership hereby expressly disclaims all warranties etc.I am a bit surprised by this, as I always thought Lexus stood behindwhat they provide, and make such a quality set of vehicles.
Victor was very straight forward with pricing and terms but as Company i was very disappointed as another dealership is giving way extra perks with whom i have purchased only one lexus but with STOLER i have purchased 3/4 cars and there service for Maintenance is expensive. Buying New/used car is one time transaction and Servicing is recurring. I have been in retail and customer service oriented industry and knows exactly what makes customer happy and that in return lead to more sales and Refferal. Not sure if i will be going back again
Nothing but great things to say, from sales team, Fred in particular, super helpful not just with the purchase but also with anything that came up after. This week my first flat tire and service was nothing short of amazing. Anna was a lifesaver, and Ray, all assisted me, so friendly, reliable, knowledgeable. Super grateful!
IMy experience with Stoler Lexus was awesome. My attendant Miguel should be up for employee of the month,. From start to finish he was very professional and very detailed. The service experience was excellent. Everett address our needs and got us a loaner due to extra services was required. Everett was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our car was ready the next day and the car perform great. The cleaning of the car perfect.
Everything about this service team is A+. I drove from Brooklyn Heights to go here (1+ HR each way) upon recommendation from my cousin who lives out on the island. Best car decision EVER!! They are honest, straighforward, informative and friendly. I had an emergency while they were taking care of my car and they were excellent about letting me keeping the Loaner they lent me overnight so I could focus on what I needed to. When I finally arrived, 20 mins before closing the next day, I wasnt 100% satisfied with the free exterior car wash - I know, I know, I can be very picky and a little snobby - so what did they do?? They gave me a local A+ car wash for free - no questions asked, no pushback.. simply wanting to be a great Service to their customers. And I hadnt even bought the car from them. I mean Cmon!!! The 15,000 mile service went perfectly, no hidden fees, even asked for a discount and got one. Everyone wore masks and the waiting area was comfortable if one needed to wait - with a coffee/tea service available. Everett and the entire staff should get awards for their superior care for their customers. I hope I can use them as long as Im a Lexus owner. Thank you for your honesty and genuine customer SERVICE. 🙏

Anthony Torres is an exceptional salesperson. He knew all the details of all the models and curated an experience that fit our family well. Not an easy family, but Anthony was very respectful and patient with our concerns. He truly gave a a luxurious experience. Many salespeople go straight to the the desk to discuss numbers but Anthony did not push us at all.
I was impressed yet again with the knowledgeable sales people at Lexus. Ask for Jean Cormier if going to Stoler Lexus. He got me the best deal, all the features, and a shorter wait time. I am not sure what else you can ask for in a dealership, and Jean made it happen.
I travel the extra distance to come to this dealership rather than go to the Lexus dealership thats closest to me. Everett, my service consultant, has always been straight with me, telling me what I need and dont need. Thats very important to me! He is one of your biggest assets! The rest of the staff is always courteous and attentive to the customers needs.The waiting area and the bathrooms are always clean and comfortable.
Ray Lewis, my service advisor was extremely efficient and so very helpful in taking care of the needs of myLexus truck that I adore very much. He serviced the 5000 mile check as well as a flaw that was found after I received my brand new truck which I was so very grateful to hear it was covered under warranty. I had been speaking with the salesman, regarding a Lexus vehicle that my wife and I were interested in purchasing. I explained to him that we had our own financing and explained in detail what the financing was. I indicated that we are traveling 3 1/2 hours, from out of state, one way and wanted to make sure that we were not wasting a trip to the dealership if the financing we had was not acceptable. He indicated that it would be acceptable. We placed a $1000 deposit down on the car and told him we would be up on a specific day.Upon arriving at the dealership, inspecting / driving the car, and finally decide to purchase it, we were told that our financing would not allow them to release the vehicle that day. And that it would take 7 to 10 days for the vehicle to be released. Imagine being told that after driving 3 1/2 hours one way that you would have to come back to pick it up. He then said that we could take the car on the same day if we financed with them. He then offered financing at a rate that was higher than the original financing he offered me on the phone before I explained to him that I had my own financing. It was almost like a bait and switch. We left. We wasted eight hours of our day. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody who is interested in purchasing a car and traveling a far distance. And they still have not refunded my $1000 deposit.

I called in spoke with Tommy about one of their pre owned RX350s he informed me the car just came out of the shop and is ready for sale, gave me an out the door number taxes included and welcomed me to finance with them, secure my own financing, or I can bring a check and pay cash. given I had a certified bank check and all the necessary documents I was able to go in and drive off with me car in less than 2 hours amazing ! I highly recommend all my friends and family to go see Tommy for youre next vehicle purchase

Richard Cioffi was great, attentive, polite and to the point. Everything happened exactly as agreed, time-wise and dollar-wise. Richard communicated with me over the phone, mail and text, quite efficiently and timely. Overall the experience was pleasant, inline with the luxury image Lexus is trying to convey. This dealership deserves 5 STARS!! The process of financing my car was very smooth and they also have a huge inventory. Raymond Lee was very helpful with showing me their inventory and working out the best available price. Dean Coleman, one of the finance managers helped me throughout the process and is a very courteous and honest person. I will definitely be coming back to this place for my next Lexus because this is the best Lexus dealership by far in my opinion. Not at all happy with the service at Stoler Lexus. Three years ago when I leased my last car from Atlantic, I had a great experience. This time around, the service was so slow. I had a 5:00 appointment to pick up my car and around 5:30 someone finally came over to me and said they would check to see if it was ready. When someone is picking up a (very expensive) car, everything should be ready to go when they arrive. I did not leave with the new car until 6:30!In addition, there was a specific color I was interested in. The sales person told me there were no cars available in that color, and that none would be arriving. After settling on a different color, the next day I checked the website and the car in the color I wanted was listed as in stock. When I called to inquire, I was told it was not actually available and would be removed from the website, and that no others in that color were available. Well today (the day after I was told it would not be available), what is posted on their website? A recent arrival of the exact car I asked about and was told didnt exist.I feel completely misled by this sales team and it has totally ruined the enjoyment of a new car. Ive been a Lexus customer since 2007 and thought I would be for life. Now I am not so sure.

Bert Hall of Stoler Lexus of Farmingdale is a consummate professional. My wife and I were looking for a pre-owned Toyota Avalon with low mileage, and she saw the one listed at Stoler. It was only 48 miles from our home in CT, however, there was a large water hazard (Long Island Sound) between us and the 2011 Avalon we wanted to purchase.Knowing that the Avalon is a sought-after vehicle for its performance, reliability and safety, we decided to contact Bert right before the Thanksgiving holiday and schedule a test drive during our return from a visit to relatives in Maryland. Bert welcomed us, told us all about the car and how well the prior owner had treated the vehicle. He conveyed how long he has been in the business of connecting people with fine automobiles and how well Lexus continually trains its people. In that way, he made us very comfortable with our purchase.I made the trip to Long Island on Amtrak and the LIRR (with a lamb gyro for breakfast in view of Madison Square Garden between trains) yesterday. After a short stretch of the legs from the Farmingdale train station to Stoler Lexus, I asked Bert for a cup of coffee and the keys to our new 2011 Avalon. It is the finest car I have ever owned. I’m giving it three stars only. because the salesman gene was a great guy!The rest of the experience with this dealership was not great!I waited two months for a car that said it was coming in within the month. I negotiated a deal that nobody wrote down so I left paying more money than I was supposed to.payIt changed ownership from the time I started to when I actually received the car . They were all over the place !Supposedly the new manager was giving me my first three services for free for my Inconvenience. He neglected to tell me that Lexus already gives the first 2 services Complementary.If I didn’t love the car so much I probably would’ve walked out. I waited a long time and my lease on my other car was up. I was under the impression Lexus was all about customer service and return clients.I will not return to the dealer for another car in the future.

Awesome service and all BUT wont go back for their oil changes on a Lexus IS $160 and can get the same oil and have my mechanic change it for less . WAY TOO EXPENSIVE AND REALLY UNCALLED FOR.If people are going to get their cars serviced there , have a heart and don’t overcharge them please !!!
While running errands for a road trip, my oil light came on. Of course I began to freak out because I was leaving for my 300+ mile road trip in 2 days. I reached out to the dealership where I bought my car and explained my situation and how I was leaving on Friday. I told them I wasn’t looking for anything extra, just an oil change. I even offered to wait however long it would take and even leave the car there. I told the receptionist that I knew I didn’t have an appt, but I was in a bind. She came back on the line and told me the best she could do was fit me in on Saturday, a day after I was supposed to leave. The receptionist then told me that I should try to call their sister dealership Stoler Lexus in Farmingdale. I didn’t even know there was a Lexus dealership in Farmingdale. I got right on the phone and explained my situation. The receptionist put me on hold to check if I could bring it in. She told me they were really backed up but to bring it in. I hopped in the car with my dad and went to Stoler Lexus. My father decided to accompany me since I was so frazzled from trying to get an appt. First, my service advisor, Robert Corrado was so nice and understanding. He too explained that they were backed up but that he understood my situation and he would do his best to get the car looked at in a timely manner. The waiting area was absolutely beautiful and spacious. I loved it. It didn’t feel cramped or stuffy. Also, Robert kept me informed about my cars progress while I waited. In the end, the whole process took about an hour and half. Stoler Lexus and Robert thank you so much for working with me and understanding my situation. This is what I look for in a dealership/service dept. Excellent customer service!!!

After purchasing many cars most sales people try the pressure sell. We walked out on a number of these. I told the sales man within 5 minutes and enjoying his personality that you probably have a sale today. There was no pressure, all the people we became in contact with were enjoyable. There was no back and forth about price. The rep which showed how to use the car had a great way about him. Great place to purchase a gret car
Always service which goes above & beyond. Although under new ownership, luckily, good service hasnt changed. They are most lucky to continue to have employees like Everett Greenidge & Farhad (Fred) Samechi (Sales). They dont come any better than Everett, nor do they make them like him anymore. We had an amazing experience with Stefania Martinez, who was our salesperson. She gave us each a good amount of time on our test drives and made sure we could experience getting on and off ramps too! Both my husband and I agreed that the driving experience with the Lexus RX 350 was amazing and ended up leasing the car at a good price!We are also really happy to have contributed to Stefanias first sale! She deserved it! She was super informative and helpful and was not pushy at all, unlike other sales people we dealt with at other dealerships. I can see that the company cares about putting their employees out there, including brand new employees! I really like that and I generally believe that kindness and generosity to employees will trickle down to their customers too. No wonder theyre considered a center of excellence! Highly recommended if youre looking for a reliable car at a fair price!
Bert is absolutely amazing!I was interested to see if a pre-owned vehicle was in stock and when I called he let me know it was available but not at the dealership - he got it there that same afternoon and I was able to test drive it later that day.On my way back to the dealership during my test drive I was rear-ended in the vehicle, he came to the accident and took care of the whole situation.I decided to not go with that particular vehicle, but I will be working with Bert to find one.
Absolutely the worst experience I ever had from a car dealership. The salesman we spoke to is not professional at all. I picked 2 cars and wanted to see if the price is negotiable, so that I can compare with other dealership. The salesman went to the manager and let us wait for at least 20 mins. He came back with monthly payment rates of the original price, which i didn’t even asked. He went back to the manager again and let us wait for another 15mins. The manager came with a really bad attitude. I didn’t like the price he offered me and try to leave. He started yelling at us because we asked for a price, but not taking the offer. It’s ridiculous. Very rude and unprofessional.very bad experience. I am not even going to consider any Lexus cars in the future.

Jason showed the car and talked about the different models in the RX class. He offered a test drive, the car drove like a dream. Today I am a proud owner of a Lexus RX 350.

I bought a tire and wheel coverage from this dealership which was supposed to be for a multiple of years. When I got a flat tire they told me that it was only for 12 months what a rip off. When I contacted Lexus Corp, they agreed but said only dealer could make the change. Stoler didnt, what a rip off.I wont go back again.
I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!! Larry Smath is the best man and could get anything done! I went in not knowing if I would walk out with a new vehicle and to my surprise I got an amazing deal! They took care of everything for me, from New plates and registration and my insurance and made sure everything was in my budget. They might be the best Lexus dealer on Long Island. Anthony, our salesperson was really nice and explained any questions I had about the car. Tony, the manager was really straight and to the point with us. They did not charge any ridiculous or surprise fees. The car was cleaned and detailed making it look spectacular. After taking the car home though I realized that the power outlet was not working. Two days later I took it to get it checked and Patrick at service was really nice and got the issue resolved very quickly. Besides the awesome service, the amenitities provided at this dealership are really great. And with the free lifetime car washes, I have become a truly happy customer of Atlantic Lexus and hope to buy another car from them in the future.

Both Tommy and Joe took the time to understand our needs and worked with us tirelessly until we were able to accomplish this somewhat complicated deal. They are simply the best! This is the 5th deal we’ve done with this particular dealership – formerly Atlantic Lexus and now Stoler Lexus. While were initially concerned when we heard of the change in ownership, our most recent experience was the best one yet – easy, seamless and efficient. The new owners were very smart in making Tommy a sales manager. As two busy lawyers, we did not have the time to spend all day at a dealership. After we selected our cars and agreed on a deal, Tommy and Joe made sure everything was done so that we were in and out when the cars were delivered. And our experience with the finance manager, Mustafa (“Mousse”), was quick, efficient and actually fun. We will never get a Lexus from anyone else. The cars Joe found for us are great! Bought a car here last week and what initially started off as a wonderful experience quickly went down hill. Was talking to Marty and he was helpful in answering it questions and after some back and forth my wife and I decided it wasnt the right time to buy and were going to leave. Marty asked us what he could do to get us in a car that day and we worked some things out and signed the sales contract. Only problem was they didnt have the title to the car lol. So much for leaving that day with a new car. Took almost a week to get the title, whatever, not a huge deal. Showed up after getting a text that the title was in, went to sign the papers and the payment magically went up $40/mth than what was told to us. Again they worked their magic and after some debating and threatening to leave they were able to get us back to our price point. Went to take delivery of the car and it was at this point we were made aware that the $40k car I just bought only came with one set of keys. Marty says hed talk to the parts department and take care of it. I took him at his word and continued on. During negotiations I asked about the car being detailed and also we wanted a full tank of gas. Inside of the car was dusty and the car had right below a quarter tank of gas lol. Wasnt expecting my first stop after buying a luxury car to be at the gas station but here I was. A couple of days go by and I stop back in to sort the whole spare key debacle. Was led to the parts department and was ensured that wed be taken care of. The parts guy continues to give us a quote of $400 for a key. After spending 40k on a car this is not something that youd expect. Talked to the GM and he said hed be able to take care of it for $200 and would send someone to my house to program the key. Then he went on about how the car we traded in had severe frame damage that was not only, not on the car fax but also didnt give us an issue for the 5 years we had the car for. After he told us this and the kind of loss he was taking on the car, I actually felt bad and wasnt worried about the key anymore. After leaving, this didnt make much sense to me that there was no documentation of such damage. Still not 100% if he was lying but it seems like he just wanted to get us out of there and we havent heard anything about the key so I guess I have my answer. They probably dont really care but they have lost my future business and any kind of referral on where to buy a car.
Great experience at Atlantic Lexus of 110! Made the drive out from Queens just to purchase my 2019 Lexus IS 300 F Sport. The entire process was stress free. Justin was very helpful. I went in knowing what I wanted and he figured out the rest. Larry was also in communication up until I picked up the car. It was a great first time experience, I will visit again in the future for my Lexus needs. If anyone wants to purchase a vehicle, check out this dealership!P.S. My mother had passed and left me a 2006 Lexus suv. Well the repair outweighed the cost of the vehicle, but being my moms car It was something I needed to fix. After paying for the few thousand dollars repair, I find out I was over charged. A family member of mine has worked in this industry for over 10 years, she took my invoice and priced it out. She said the job at max would be 3 hours at $190 an hour. I was charged for 7. The part was over priced. I should have been charged 300 hundred dollars less. That they still would make a nice profit. I was unaware that the service department works on commission. I’m all for making money and would gladly pay what’s fair, but I feel very wronged. I gave 3 stars because the job was done and problem was resolved. Lesson learned!PS I had to put this on a credit card and will be paying interest on top of this for the next year.UPDATE 7/14/21: I did reach out to Mr. Karan per his request. He asked that I send him a copy of my invoice and he will personally look into this. That was 2 weeks ago. He basically ghosted me. I have made several follow up calls and emails, and nothing. . . I would gladly update again when issue has been addressed and not ignored.
I ordered LX570, first they lied to me about that vehicle will arrive in particular time but it didn’t and finally when the car came after weeks of delays, it was totally different car (not the car that I ordered) & they blamed it on the manufacturer, which was all to after false statement. So I refused to take the car & requested them to return the deposit. Till this date I have not received my deposit regardless of numerous times I have called & left messages but no one bothers to get back! Very disappointed!
I absolutely LOVE my 2021 Lexus IS 350 F-Sport! That is because, despite the service at this dealership, Lexus is still my favorite vehicle manufacturer. The entire process in purchasing my vehicle from the new management has fallen way short of my past 5 experiences in purchasing a Lexus from the formerly Massapequa, then Atlantic dealerships. From the lack of attention I got from browsing the showroom floor, being passed off from salesperson to salesperson, negotiating a deal, deliberate inaccurate information provided by a manager regarding my estimated increase in insurance coverage, inexplicable waiting time to unsuccessfully fill out new state-of-the-art iPad survey that doesnt work, to finally sitting with the finance manager to decline all the unnecessary additional options, the process to acquire this vehicle was underwhelming to say the least. Other than the car being clean, the delivery of my vehicle was a complete FAIL. Being passed off from the salesperson to the delivery team is an impersonal touch that needs to be rethought. Upon inspecting my new vehicle in the bay ready for delivery, I specifically had to request license plate frames to be put on the vehicle, only one key fob was provided without the F-Sport key gloves, the owner manuals were strewn about the trunk of the car outside the provided leather case, and the cargo net left in its packaging not installed. I was promised the second key fob would be overnighted to me - still havent received it over one week later with NO FOLLOW-UP call or explanation as to where it is. I did, however, receive a follow-up call from a salesperson regarding availability of another vehicle I may have been interested in. Upon my revisit to the dealership, I expressed all of the above-mentioned concerns to the salesperson, to which her response was a free car wash and a manager would come in to apologize and discuss what happened. Neither happened.The renowned Lexus reputation for prestige, luxury, reliability, and customer service which I have become accustomed to with all my previous purchases, is in serious jeopardy under the new management at Stoler Lexus. My wifes RX lease is coming to an end and I will certainly be taking my future business for a new Lexus to another dealership. Usually, its 3 strikes and youre out. Sorry Stoler, I gave you like 10 - youre out!UPDATE: After trading phone calls with manager, Karan, I was promised that they would do everything possible to make the situation right. After still not receiving the vehicles spare key, I called Manager, Lev. Lev followed up by calling me back several times in ONE DAY to resolve my issue. There had been apparent miscommunication between the salespeople and manager, but Lev worked very hard to try and rectify the problem, which speaks volumes to me. Still need to fix a few things, but very nice to deal with a manager who cares!
The staff is professional and polite. However they have priced themselves out of the reach of the average citizen. The $20 discount is a mere pittance when compared to the total cost. Perhaps it’s because their labor cost is ridiculous- $190/hour. A standard oil change and NYS inspection was almost $124!! Simply not worth the money. Next time I’ll go to my ever reliable mechanic.
I went to Atlantic Lexus 110 to look at a 2017 ES 350. Upon entering Atlantic Lexus 110 I was greeted by Fred. Fred took me to the car and we went out for a test drive I looked over the car and decided to purchase it. We agreed on a price and I left a substantial down payment which made me quite nervous because I never left a large down payment like that before. Although I already had financing set up with my bank they did not pressure me to use their financing. The entire experience With Fred and Atlantic Lexus was the best car buying experience I ever had. I would recommend anyone in search of a Lexus to go to Atlantic Lexus of 110 for their purchase or lease if they choose. I have recommended them to many of my friends already. Thank you Freddy you’re the best. After the purchase Freddy took over half an hour to show me how the navigation and all the other features work on the automobile and they even gave me a near full tank of gas. I love my almost new car, thanks Freddy.
I cam from out of state during the Covit 19 shutdown, and this dealer was awesome. I got a great deal on a used Honda Pilot, about 5k less than what it would have cost in CT. The vehicle was just as immaculate as it appeared in the photos. Everything was handled via phone and email, and all I had to do was drive down with my trade in and off I went with my purchase. The staff was friendly, responsive, and answered all of my questions. I would recommend buying any new or used vehicle from this dealer to anyone in the market. Great experience- couldnt have been any easier and the staff couldnt have been more transparent.

Atlantic Lexus of 110 has been a great car experience so far. Everyone there is polite and courteous. Waiting area is very comfortable. All my concerns, which owning an RX 350 means there arent many, are always handled. This is not the typical car experience where you need to worry of thing were done correctly and / or if you were having the wool pooled over your eyes.Everyone does there job to make having your car serviced as easy and quick as possible.And appointment times are honored and your car is handled quickly and efficiently no matter what time of day it is.If a job takes an hour, it takes an hour at 730 or if your appointment is 1030, still takes an hour.Other places I have been too were not like this. If you werent there at 730 for the initial sign in to start the day, who knows how long you might be there.Dan the manager and Everett are both top notch honorable people who keep to their promises. I dont have anyone elses name, but everyone else I have dealt with are all great.
Having a Lexus was my dream for a long time and I have to personally thank Ed and Larry for doing such an amazing job making that dream come true. From the time I walked in, I was taken care of. Even when I was offered a better deal elsewhere, they agreed to match that deal and made the lease process quick and easy. I wanted a specific color combination that they didnt have on the lot and the car had to be ordered. I have been fortunate enough to be a customer of Atlantic Lexus for the past 10 years. I purchased my first Lexus from them a decade ago and returned recently to purchase my second Lexus. The staff is friendly and professional. You are immediately greeted upon entering the beautiful showroom. The staff, and my salesperson in particular, made sure that the sale was one that I was comfortable with financially. Every detail was reviewed with me and my husband to ensure that we understood completely and were satisfied.I have also been using the service department here at Atlantic Lexus for the past ten years to service my car. They are always accommodating, friendly, and professional. Loaner cars were made available when a repair was not going to be finished by the end of the day. If you do need to wait for a repair or servicing on your vehicle, the waiting lounge is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. There are clean bathrooms nearby and plenty of complimentary food and beverage options offered. They even had fresh warm cookies during a recent visit!There are many reasons why I started and ended my most recent car search at Atlantic Lexus. I would recommend the vehicles and this dealership without hesitation.
This particular Lexus dealership is the best. What a great experience. My salesman Anthony Torres was phenomenal. He wasnt pushy, but he was very knowledgable about all the models I looked at. I immediately saw a car I loved. I told him the price I was willing to pay. Anthony worked with me to get as close as possible. It could not of been easier. I drove away in my new Lexus hours later. Larry the finance guy is an old school guy, that suggested what I MAY want to add, and gave me a fair price. I can honestly say I have never had such an easy time buying a car. Awesome guy with good humor.Oil change was done promptly, car was washed, all fluids were topped off, and a proper multipoint inspection sheet was given with everything filled out.Waiting area was specious, with comfortable seating, areas to do your work if you wanted! Highly recommend!!

2022-04-27We had a truly amazing experience purchasing vehicle at Stoler Lexus. I never thought it can be done so smoothly and professionally. But mainly I loved an attitude of sales people. Our sales representative Anthony Torres is very respectful, he explained everything thoroughly, took his time to go over all the options. The charges were clear, not blown, and the price was the best among other dealerships; we saved thousands of dollars and time. The dealership is clean. 2022-04-28Very professional, nice and easy service experience. I was called as a courtesy reminder for my free service, which I scheduled based on my availability. I drove in, was greeted with a smile from a service advisor and taken to check in immediately. I was then given a very nice loaner car from another friendly advisor and was out the door within 10 minutes. My car was ready within 2 hours and I picked it up with the same ease. I loved having no stress and feeling like a VIP both dropping off and picking up my vehicle.

2022-06-12I purchase a used Lexus from this dealer yesterday. This dealership was very friendly and the customer service was great. My salesmen Ali Khalid had a great positive personality and worked with me on every step of the car buying process. I had never purchased a car from a dealership until now and Ali as well as the rest of the staff had calmed my nerves and made me very comfy when speaking about to loan process and the numbers. I got the best possible rate I could in my position and I am very grateful for the service provided to me. The process was as fast as they could make it, in two days I was driving home in a car sold to me by stoker Lexus! He was very professional, had a great attitude, answered all of my questions, had no issue with taking a test drive with me and allowed me to test drive the RX350 to my home so that my wife could see it (She gave OK to make the deal). Ive been servicing all of my Lexus vehicles at Stoler for the last 7 yrs, and the staff is quite friendly. The finance manger Travis was also a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a Lexus , go check out Angelo / Nick / Tommy...these guys will work and get you the best deal. They even opened up an hour early and Angelo came in on his off day to help me purchase my brand new NX 300. Absolutely pleased with the service. My sister and I both purchased our respective cars a day apart from each other. Ask for Angelo!!
