Love this community! Raleigh and Blane are amazing people and they go out of there way to ensure an amazing experience. Highly recommend! Helpful, thoughtful, considerate management and a beautiful townhome. Win-win.

This place was like living under an HOA with none of the property ownership.The contractor that is building the houses in the area is also living in one of the townhouses. This person has taken it upon themselves to snitch on anyone just about every violation he can find.If the property manager emails you over a problem you can bet that the wording of the email will be hostile, it will be sent to your direct neighbors as well as yourself.If you need a fix it may take weeks of reminding or never happenThey cut the grass maybe once a month for the time I lived there.Im not sure what I was paying 1450/month the to live there for. almost all of the promised amenities outside the actual apartment were unavailable/not built before I left.all in all, not worth it until the contractor leaves his residence. Seriously not somebody you want to live around.

Very nice facility. My grandmother moved in a few months back and absolutely loves it. She invites the family every chance she gets!
