Inattentive to requests, not willing to help out tenants to ensure a high standard of living. Bottom line, just a corporation who cares about making a profit and will put your well being to the side. Save your money and rent elsewhere.
The management is very kind and prompt. The staff I’ve encountered have been so nice and understanding. They really have your best interests at heart.
The air conditioning has not been working for a week in the middle of a heatwave. Management has been non responsive.
This company is extremely helpful and has great student housing available in downtown Binghamton. Guys in the company are very approachable and always available for anything.
Really appreciated the speed and professionalism of the response time to fix the maintenance problems with my house. Met with them in their office and within the same day it was fixed.

2022-05-24I loved living with Stonebridge! They have a very easy portal to use where I could submit work orders and get updates on those work orders. They also sent me over any utility bills whenever I had any questions about it. Something that really made me happy was my bank account got locked and they gave me more time to pay rent without getting fees. Very understanding and generous company! Highly recommend for rentals.

2022-06-05Worse company to rent from probably in all of Binghamton. Unresponsive management team when genuine health concerns are brought up about rentals. It’s sad enough that they would rent property like that to college students and attempt to fix things only after pointing them out. I can’t blame maintenance since their budget is probably also skimped on because they lack proper funding to fix things.Examples: leaking pipes were fixed with maintenance leaving a gaping hole in the ceiling. Dry wall fixed without painting over the wall. Mildew ceiling bathrooms that were never cleaned. Renting attics that were half complete and with broken bathrooms. Rented as a 10 person house despite only 7 livable rooms and you can’t take them to court or hold them liable because of some sketchy paperwork that claims the house as a 10 person home. Even city house inspection officials were shocked that the house is listed as 10 bedroom.To top it off they don’t want to return anyones security deposits back and charge absurd cleaning conditions as if the place wasn’t already a dump on arrival. Yes, we did clean the house to the best of our abilities I apologize if a single bottle in a room warrants 5000$ worth of cleaning outside of a depleted security deposit. Housing portal is a joke and they changed it in the middle of the year without transferring any documents over (house insurance, lease, certifications etc) not to mention it’s always down.TL:DR just don’t live at any house owned by this company. Save yourself from the headache and poor maintenance. If you really have to pay 100$ more for somewhere else consider it a good investment. These guys don’t care about their tenants or living conditions and are only in it for the money.

2022-05-20Very unresponsive managers, never give back deposit, they even tried to charge us for other tenants rent, general manager usually blames you for her own fault, and never take responsibility. I dont know where to start before we thought we were renting from a professional company but the management was really irresponsible on the first day we came into an empty house, and wait a couple days for them to just put some basic furniture. We still didnt make this an issue, and now they are refusing to give our deposits back for no reason and they also try to charge us for other peoples rent.

2022-05-20Were international students and made the contract a month earlier before coming to US, just to be safe. Since we were 11 hours of flight away, we had to arrange everything online. Hence, we wanted to work with a real estate company with a good reputation, Stonebridge, and God, we couldnt be more wrong.As I said, the contract had started like a month ago before we arrive. And it was supposed to be fully furnished. Yet, when we arrived, we were totally shocked, and lost it for good. Because the place was not fully furnitured, but it was fully empty! There were no beds, chairs, sofas... Nothing! So, we had to stay in the cheapest motel we could find for a few days (at least they did cover that!). Later on, they told us the house was ready to move in. When we came in, there were only 3 beds, one drawer, and a desk, if my memory serves me right. Also, the place was like a war zone, furniture boxes and tools everywhere, all the dust and stuff... Even the door of the toilet was broken, so we had to close it by jamming a stick between the door and the toilet! The place really wasnt in a condition to live. And when we told them this, weve been told that weve been exaggerating and the place was in a livible condition.It took a few months for them to complete all the furniture, and fix the broken stuff.We do not recommend Stoneridge.

2022-06-13Unresponsive and untransparent. Houses are rented out in terrible condition and work orders take months to go through. The phone number we received to contact them was a call center and kept us on hold for hours.

2021-11-02Stonebridge has been great! I’ve lived here for 2 years during college and they go above and beyond what you would expect from college housing. They have a maintenance team that responds to your every need and will come even late at night for emergencies. Alyssa, the property manager was super easy to work with and texted us to remind us for rent and was super understanding with any issues we had with the property so that they could get fixed ASAP. They made the off-campus experience super fun and a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

2021-11-17We love stonebridge! We got super lucky with our house as we started so late but Alyssa was there to help us with everything we needed during the touring and leasing process! Our house is beautiful with such a large living space perfect for all of my roommates to spend time together. Within the first week of us moving in, the maintenance team was there to help us with anything we needed from dead lightbulbs to moving furniture!

2021-08-21I don’t even know where to start with these people.Promises made, promises broken.Lied to, swindled, misled and then ghosted.No response to issues. House not ready at move in. Not liveable condition. Completely unprofessional and very misleading.Making students pay for a full month of rent for a place which isn’t even available.They don’t respond to calls, texts, voicemails, NOTHING! Very risky to deal with. Beware!

2021-11-05Stonebridge has some really great properties all around downtown Binghamton ranging from houses to apartments, with one to 15 bedrooms so it was super easy for all of my friends to find exactly what they needed on the stonebridge website. They’re a very professional company with an office here in Binghamton where I’ve frequently been to drop off checks and a team of staff there to help with everything from maintenance questions to general needs!
