Stonewalls in other cities:
Delicious, French-accented food (we enjoyed escargots, duck, raviolis, veal, chocolate tart, flan). The room is a typical golf-course restaurant -- pleasant, spacious, but not intimate or interesting. Service attentive and friendly. Very reasonably priced, including the wine (but almost no Long Island wines on the list). A requested medium-rare filet came out overcooked; they gave us a free dessert to compensate.
After chef Guy left the menu was changed in style by subsequent chefs. The good news, now that the kitchen has brought back some of chef Guys staff, and the head waiter Oscar is still there to make sure it is as it was, Im thrilled to give this a 4+ rating. Mussels are the best on Long Island. Decor needs the French touch again.
AARPs Driver Safety instructors for the east end of Suffolk County met at Stonewalls for an annual meeting. Jackie, Joanne, Oscar, and Laura were terrific wait staff and made accommodations easy for us to know that they cared about our being there. We have never had such hospitality. The menu was superb, the view spectacular and the club house clean and classy. We want to arrange all our big meetings with them!Nancy VandeventerZone 16 CoordinatorAARP Driver Safety Program

2022-04-18Easter celebration was terrific. Oscar and Joanne provided top notch service and shared some laughs. Some old favorites on the menu such as the vol u vent and crabcake. Duck and lamb were outstanding. Glad to see they are off to a strong start this season.

2020-09-30Absolutely horrendous service. Had a reservation at 7:30om on a Saturday evening. Showed up on time. Took over an hour and half for our food to come out. The worst part is, the restaurant was completely empty. It takes a lot for me to bad mouth a place and write a review but there are absolutely no excuses for this terrible service. See the pictures, literally took them and wrote this review with the time waiting in this empty place.

2013-04-18The food is excellent & fresh! The service is always great and the atmosphere is lovely bright and open overlooking a golf green. I have had the Sunday brunch and the rehearsal dinner the night before my wedding last summer. The staff was helpful and very accommodating. This is the perfect for any events before or after a winery wedding. The red berry Napoleon cake is amazing!

2021-05-09The shrimp and scallops puff pastry appetizer was great, but the duck lorange was inedible. Burnt to a crisp and took over an hour to bring out on a slow afternoon.
