This supermarket has been remodeled and it looks very nice. The flow of the store is good and this is one of the bigger Stop and Shops. I especially like coming here to shop since the remodel.
I love this stop & shop. This is my new go to grocery shopping place. I have no real complaints. The meat, fruits and vegetables are fresh.
This is the go-to grocery for those living in Coop City. Always clean, well stocked. Everything placed orderly. Staff is helpful and courteous. Be sure to look out for the “robot” that walks around the produce lane - lately he wears a mask to remind all to keep safe!
I ordered a Birthday cake, the guy from the bakery was really nice and noticed me right away also the cashier was nice we had a short conversation lol; also I was looking for the mini balloons, I couldnt find it and she asked another worker (I believe it was the cashier manager) she asked me what type of balloons I was looking and I told for the mini Birthday balloons; and she told me to wait after a minute she came back with the last 5 balloons that they had. I picked up the best ones 😉
Excited! Location is taking on a new look! Wider isles with appetizing displays. Only down side is customer service desk is in an odd location that does not allow for an unincumbering line.
The store is going through some mid life crisis I guess. Aisles are all switched around the employees dont even know where things are. The dog food section has been shrunken along with other sections. I used to know where everything was before now its just mayhem trying to find what aisle is what.
Its one of my favorite stores to shop whenever I got a chance to go. Closest thing to Walmart really like it here
The best S&S in the Bronx. Always fully stocked. Everyone is helpful. Store is clean.Writing a review for my most recent purchase: flowers. How PLEASANTLY surprised I am at the BEAUTY of the roses that I purchased from S&S yesterday morning. I was looking for roses on a whim and it was SUPER early in the morning. The variety of flowers was awesome and they were all absolutely beautiful. Picked out my flowers. They bloomed incredibly beautiful. The picture doesnt even do them justice.
Thus place when from OK to being stupid right after they collect your WU recipients info they tell you we have to file online for to wire money?! when it a only a click away!? wow..all other places do it in under 1 minute! I feel bad already Dont even wanna comeback at all!Bad attitude.....Not welcoming atmosphere! Bye
A huge store , you can find things you are looking for located in a awesome place with other shopping area of varieties - eateries, shopping different kinds of stores clothing , shoes icecream etc ,start early and will be able to check out most stores before closing times also movie theater in the area .

Bay Plazas Stop and Shop is larger than most. Well stocked and clean. No self scan at this site. None of the hand sanitizer stations were working. Plenty of cashiers. Many bothersome locals hanging out in front that will annoy you as you enter and exit.
They changed the store around so its hard to find anything but they still have great deals
Great products & price is decent. Bring your shopping bags. The workers are also helpful. My son was happy with his cake from the bakery. They have also rearrange the store.
They carry Neighborhood brand sweet potato pie! Enough said!

This location needs better management... There are a few things I was unhappy about shopping here today. First, the products in the produce section were mislabeled and caused confusion about pricing... Fresh spinach placed in front of a kale label and pricing... I honestly did not even notice that it said Kale, maybe because the whole area was stocked with spinach and my brain just assumed that it said spinach... I was really paying attention to the prices and the ounces, to find the best deal... one price said 13.5 oz -3.99 , I see next to it the next price tag and it says 2.99, so I immediately look at the size and read 16oz... I chose the one with more for less,,, of course! I get to the cashier and it rings up 3.99, I assure her that it was marked 2.99 and I walked over with the price checker she called over to show him exactly where I saw it... We get there and he points out to me that it says Kale...Now, there is no Kale anywhere near sight or at all as a matter of fact! I actually wanted to purchase Kale... but they didn’t have any.... anyway, he brings me to the manager after I say they should honor the price... his name is Elija... I explain to him what happened and in stead of apologizing, honoring the price and removing the sign... he goes back and forth with me about how it was my fault because it said Kale on the tag...refuses to honor the price and then walked away without removing the tag that he sees now is completely wrong! My husband just paid the 3.99 but I would have have paid even more at a different location with correct placement and price tags....The produce section needs help Elija, it’s your job to make sure everything runs smoothly. Your store is poorly stocked and I had to really search hard for other produce items that didn’t look old and bruised... The floors in the store are extremely dirty, which is disgusting,,, especially for a grocery store... you didn’t have stock on staple items like kale and on top of that, this is on a Saturday afternoon which I assume is one of your most busy times so the store should be adequately stocked....won’t ever come here again....

Update: the store is undergoing some reorganizing, which makes it difficult to find certain items. Not much has changed with regard to items being out of stock at the beginning of the weekly sales period._______Its usually difficult get everything thats on my shopping list from their weekly ad. Even on the first day of the weekly sale (Fridays). Today I figured Id shop very early since they open at 6am. Surely the shelves were stocked overnight in preparation for the first day of the new sale week right?Wrong!And if something doesnt scan at the right price or needs to be refunded, youre told to come back when customer service opens.And for some reason, they sometimes have items in the weekly circular that the store does not stock at all.
Stop & Shop is one of my neighborhood supermarkets. I love the variety, the cleanliness, and the awesome sales they have weekly. The only issue Ive ever had usually occurs in the deli department. The associates there always seem to be in a terrible mood and not very polite. Especially if you need assistance in the middle of one of the extensive conversations they have with each other. Its because of this issue, I tend to pick up my deli meat elsewhere. Other than that I appreciate having this supermarket in my area.
I signed up for the card, the young lady at customer service was an absolute charm! she knew her stuff! She was so pleasant and patient in fact throughout the supermarket the employees were helpful and cordial - positive attitude makes such a huge difference! Thank you!
Ive been going to this supermarket ever since it was a path mark. I love the selection of fresh food. The self checkout machine had an attitude but its cool. Prices of food has gone up. Thanks Biden 🙄
AS A CUSTOMER:Most of the prices are good.My personal experience is that you cant keep their steaks longer than a week, even after freezing them.my only other complaint is that theres only one person working at the courtesy desk which makes service so slow.PERSONAL NOTES AS AN STOP & SHOP EMPLOYEE :The management staff is under trained. They train their associates pretty good, but they do not respect all of them.Most of the managers dont know how to speak to their associates.TO BE FAIR TO STOP & SHOP :I would have to give them four Stars because I dont think Stop and Shop runs all of their stores like the one in Bay Plaza is being ran.Its sad, I really dont think the store manager knows about the way his staff is running things, or trying to run things.IN CLOSING:Not all of their managers are bad, they do have a few good ones.I give Bay Plaza two starsI give Stop and Shop as a whole, four Stars.I think if Stop and Shop would let the associates pick a manager of the month, like they pick an associate of the month, it will make Stop & Shop the number one store in America.

Store is doing great, one way aisles and plenty of stuff on shelves.The people that shop here on the other hand are literally brain dead, shouldnt be allowed in public. animals.I wont be shopping here again because of the locals.
The store was so clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Even though some of their prices were a little high, I will definitely be going back. The fruits and vegetables were fresh.
The teller was very pleasant and helpful , however the Service counter require a bit of wait, and they need to stock more water. otherwise I still like shopping here, the fried chicken is reasonable and taste great

Would you believe that Ive never been to a stop and shop before now? Well I had it. Im from California and I had not seen this Stop & Shop before. I think this is about the same store as an Albertsons. They have about everything that you would need, and at great prices. I decided to go in originally just to find some water, but ended up doing all the shopping that I needed for that week. Would definitely go again, and would definitely
People do not shop online at Stop and Shop. They are stealing people FS Stamps information for their own personal gain. They did 7 transactions in one day and had the nerve to have grocery delivered to their home..smh. Couldnt talk to no one. Was on hold for hours. People stay away from them.
Currently going through renovations making it harder to find things, but has been a great spot for shopping in the past.
On the upside, the Stop and Shop at Bartow Avenue has great hours (they’re open from six in the morning until midnight) and a great location (Bay Plaza, right between the hutch and I-95) with lots of free parking. On the other hand, the produce can be questionable and they’re not great with enforcing mask mandates.Update in response to Owners comments.I truly appreciate the commitment and dedication to supplying your team members with masks and making sure that the store is cleaned night. I have, on at least two occasions, seen customers walk into the store without a mask, browse the store for purchases, and get checked out by a cashier without a problem. The most recent instance was on 4/12/21. If you are immunocompromised or providing care for who are, this is something to consider.

Mormally I would shop at the stop & shop on coop city Boulevard but i was running last so I stop at the one on Bartow ave in coop city, never again the young lady that was making the announcements over the intercom was rude an unprofessional, and even the way she spoke to some of the elder customers I found to be disrespectful. One gentleman that was on the line directly behind me and to leave his items for the next day becuse she refuse to cash his items. An is gentleman only had two items milk an bread. They need to do better with the training of there employees. People are spending their money there its not a free service, an what the dont realize is that their salary come from these very people that shop there. There are other supermarkets in the area so I hope stop & shop cooperation dont feel as if people dont have choices.
I have both POSITIVE & NEGATIVE Reviews for this Bay Plaza Location. 1- POSITIVES: Its a SUPER Store ... Many wide isles, Clean, items stacked/placed neatly. The Checkout lanes seem to move fairly quickly. Lots of Parking, due to being in the Mall. 2- NEGATIVES: While they Advertise many Specials/Discounts, the fact is, many (If not all) items are Priced High and then discounted. The Deli is Way Over Priced.(I paid almost double the Price for Honey Turkey & Swiss cheese than I pay at my local Grocery store. I could go on and on about High Prices, but I suppose if youre in the area, You can go in to see for yourself. Im hesitant to say, but I would NOT Recommend this location ... Especially if youre on a Budget. Needless to say, The 3 Stars are not for the Great Deals. Theyre for the Space & Cleanliness.

Good supermarket but could be better; mostly always crowded, must wait on long lines...most of the staff is ok with a few that provide nice friendly service, others could use some training. Too crowded on the outside with loud people and marijuana smoking all over the place...typical city atmosphere with lots of car traffic and speeding right by where customers are crossing to their cars.

It was empty. They followed social distancing guidelines. The stores in New Rochelle have a lot more products across the board. Did not go to the cleaning products or paper aisles. But I did see a lot of hand sanitizer, masks and soap in big bins. The cashier was nice but exhausted. I thanked him for being there and for being so nice.

The mgr. Was extremely rude. I wanted a Tulip Plant and explained that they had 1 price on it, as I was speaking to her about the issue, she had another associate switch the price and told me that it was suppose to be done the Saturday but I was bringing it to her attention on Easter Sunday. Since when does the Customer pay for employees not doing their jobs correctly 🤔?

I was on line for 15mins. When I got to the register the cashier Joel lane 14 told me he wasnt taking me and the lane was closed. I told him well I wasnt aware of this. I been online for a while, are you really not taking me? Can I be your last and he told me Nope, Im not taking you the lane is closed. I spoke to the manager and his response to his manager was no Im not taking that customer, im not doing that then he stepped off the register. I dont know how customer service training is at Stop and Shop but you guys have to do better. JOEL definitely needs professional training and needs to be reprimanded for that behavior because regardless if the lane is closed. I wasnt told or aware and he allowed me to stay on the line when he saw me get online and didnt tell me anything. But I appreciate the manager for taking care of me.
Good sales. I had a price discrepancy and the young lady at the front end was very helpful in fixing the problem. The staff always is friendly. I especially love the Savory magazine that is offered each month. The meat is fresh, even the managers markdowns due to quick expiration dates.

Went early morning during the week. Everything was clean, in its place, had a minor problem and the staff was quick solve it. Staff was VERY helpful and polite. (Young man in produce and young lady in customer service.)
For one thing the store is very clean the floors the shelves the cans on the shelves the stuff there are also friendly and helpful eyewitness security at work they encounter two thieves and they handle the situation with professionalism and I commend this young woman that did her job excellent the manager appeared to be very much in control of the situation as well I intend to continue to shop there from now on I live here that I can easily walk to go there from now on and I was shared this with all of my neighbors and Friends thank you for letting me share God bless you and your family amen
Ever since Stop&Shop take over Pathmark they dont be giving us customers no go sales and if they do its limited amount of supplies. However they have fresh fruits and vegetables available and love that.
Very nice customer service. Usually well stocked, and clean. They have very good sales, that last more then a couple of days. They have a large parking lot to make it easy to do and haul away your food. Their staff is very helpful and friendly. Their shelves are well stocked and sale items rarely need rain checks.
Store is big. Its clean and organized and well stocked, especially with sale items. Parking is great at this location. Staff is friendly. This is one of my favorite Stop and Shop in the area.

The produce is great but sometimes they are unsanitary, they put fish on top of fruits, with no cold source nearby, and they were selling chicken that was 3 days past the sell by date.
Nothing like walking into a market and finding all that youre looking for. It helps to get discounts too! Friendly and helpful staff as well.
I have been to this location many times and it is always pleasant. The employees are sweet and helpful and they even have a discount section in the back, where you can find random goodies for low prices. The discount section is only there for damaged cartons and sometimes missing pieces. However the discount section Is always the 1st stop everyone goes to, so make it your 1st stop too

I love stop and shop. They always have sales so its not too pricey. The produce is a better quality than the other markets in the area. Unfortunately its hard to get fresh good quality produce in the Bronx. They have a good range of organic items. Im trying to eat healthier and stop and shop has all the healthier options in looking for.
Great deals fresh produce and meat selection beautiful fresh.Well stocked. My favorite lemon maringane pie. And it was delicious. Hats off to the bakery.

It is large, well lit, and mostly well stocked. I like using the self checkout; since I dont get enough items to fill a supermarket cart, I can get on a much shorter and swifter line(I have always hated waiting in line).
Very nice we receive a warm welcome when we get in tumps up to that lady that greet us at the door we tell her we are from Pennsylvania and we get everything we needs.
Great selections of meat, produce, and bakery . Need to hire some more cashiers, a supermarket that big shouldnt have only 3 lines open even if u have self checkout. I was online for over 30minutes on a Saturday at 730pm that just not unacceptable. I had too many groceries for self check out. The 3 lines that where open and self checkout had at least 10ppl each.

If I could give 0 stars I would, service is horrible but no fault of the workers overpriced and not so hot produce, meats look like they just been sitting there for weeks on end but maybe with the overpriced items they can afford to hire some staff. Waited in line almost 20 min at service desk but then again understaffed with one person working at at least 7 ppl in line..DONT waste time in here go to Shop Rite

We managed to find the steam fresh mac and cheese pasta 100 percent veggie made after searching the city for a few days. Got the last one. Very delicious products but a bit rare. Also got a big juicy melon and frozen broccoli with cheese sauce 😍

Store is pretty good. Nice selection. Really like that they have plant based options. NYC has banned single use plastic bags. So they sell multi use plastic bags for 10cents.
I went early and its clear that they didnt restock prior to opening. The produce section was a horrible sight terribly understocked and the a good majority of available products probably should have been thrown away.
The only major store in the area, however I love the one in Mt. VERNON. the store reminds me of the one in Eastchester Road. They carry a little more than in tgos area of Bartow and Co op city Blvd.
This location was a little bit better on the customer service front when it was Pathmark, however Im not writing it off. They deserve the opportunity to prove that they can be better than what I witnessed on my last visit. So thats my reason for the three star rating. Eagerly looking forward to my next time there!

The store is a nice size always find what ur looking for. the employees are really nice especially at customer service I left my phone on the counter awhile paying for my items and forgot it. I realized I left my phone after walking to my car went back in almost in tears due to my kids pictures and videos is on my phone hate to lose my special memories. the guy who check out my order was still there and I told him I left my phone on the counter but I didnt see it but he ask me what color was my phone, I told him the color and he had it behind the counter with him waiting for me to return. I was so relieved and thanked him so much. this review is because of him sorry I didnt get his name but hes excellent at his job. will forever be a stop and shop customer after this experience. 👍👍👍👍👍
Today, Bay Plazas Stop & Shop was almost stocked like in the good old days...no serious lines today 5/23/2020. Seafood and deli departments are open. I spent $11.79 on 12 pack of scott tissue. There is toilet paper and paper towels.

This retail supermarket provides everything the consumer may want or need. Many bulk items are available for the savvy shopper looking to save a few dollars on their weekly shopping trip. And then theres the weekly on sale items which can mean additional savings. So I would certainly recommend dropping by for cost effective shopping experience.

You can do parties and pre order two days prior to your events and you can order online, in store or by phone if necessary. The sizes of the cakes are from small to huge and are affordable. Tasty as their bakeries are all really good including their whipped cream frosting and their fruit fillings are so delicious. It’s good for all parties and they have other catering as well. And it can be done in advance or in short notices which is convenient either way. Kids parties professional parties house parties etc...

Terribe staff. Always an issue. Prefe universal foods across from my apartment. seafood counter associate let people cut lines, manager ignored complaints. Gave me the wrong anount of fish. Saw the price discrepansy at check out and was going to give it to rep but she looked in my bag as if I was stealing it. Ive been a retail manager over 10 years. Trust me was not happening.

Its unfair practice and very discriminatory to all the diabetic customer living in the immediate area that shop at Shop & Stop Supermarkets throughout the United State in reference to this week circular sale of December 13th through 19, 2019 about the 2 liter Schweppes soda, 4 for $4 did not include the 2 liter Schweppes seltzer soda. Stop & Shop Supermarket personnel dont share any concern and disregard to include sales for their diabetic customers.
Supermarket was great , workers were great HOWEVER SOME ITEMS ARE EXPIRED. They have to do a better job checking. I saw bread with feb 9 2020 date. And it was march 15,2020.
Very clean， but it is fairly new. Pathmark Super Market usd to occupy this building. More grocery selections and a better floor plan is in place for Stop and Shop. Also， there is plenty of parking as the store is located in a major mall.

Its a great shopping store that carries almost everything and opened till late! There are weekly sales going on! Love the store though it could be pricey sometimes. But highly recommended!

I like stop and shop but the shelves always seems to be empty of sale items. At a time such as this this is the last thing we want to see when we are trying to get groceries before or during a storm.

I like Stop and Shop. I usually shop here for a few items and finish most of my shopping at the Aldis on Gunhill. However, lately Ive been re-evaluating that tactic as it seems I never can find what I need in Aldis and can always find what I need at this Stop and Shop. The staff are always stocking the shelves and are friendly and helpful. I may not save a great deal as I would at Aldis but when you think about the time you spend shopping, the savings balance out cause Stop and Shop always has great sales on items. It beats running back and forth from one supermarket to the next trying to complete all the items on your grocery list. Aint nobody got time for that!

THIS SITE IS MORE EXPENSIVE AND LESS STOCKED THAN THE SITE IN BAY PLAZA.
I used to enjoy shopping here but lately its not so great. Items that I normally purchase are no longer available. Stocking is done when people are more likely to be shopping. Lately the hot food counter is being run as though the staff hates to be there. They almost avoid looking at you. But I do notice that the area is horribly understaffed. The sandwiches are poorly made. The lettuce and the deli meat is old and I doubt Boars Head is in the sandwich. (I go to the Peartree location to get sandwhiches). The last three times I purchased eggs I had to throw them away because the eggs were bad. I didnt have this issue before the new refrigerator cases were installed. And to the person who does the ordering: please learn who your customers are. Some items sit on the shelves forever while other items go unordered for weeks. The store is very convenient but if I have to drive into Westchester (or order online) I will do that. I shouldnt have to, however.
Much improved since the days of Pathmark. Cleaner and brighter with a wider variety and an infusion of some upscale items you might expect to only see at Whole Foods. They even let you mix and match craft beer options at a bargain price of $10.99 per 6-pack! The produce section just received a very modern face-lift. They do tend to be short on cashiers at key times and oddly shut down multiple registers when there are already long lines. Also, all the self-scan stations seems to need constant attention from an employee. Thats annoying. Good thing they have an excellent selection.

Good store, lots of selections and specials. There are empty shelves for the stuff I wanted but I found reasonable substitutes. Overall a good place to buy your foodstuffs and more.
You really have to acknowledge the development that this store has gone through. Theres nothing much for me to really say except, it was a good idea that they built a Stop & Shop in Bay Plaza. Even though we now have 2 stop and shops, but I guess two is better than one
How hard is it to get a cake from the back? Its stupid that the guy at the baked good counter has time to help everyone but us. Didnt even try to call for backup and instead told us we had to wait half an hour just to CHECK to see of they had the cake we wanted. That is why I hate coming to this stop and shop. I do not recommend coming here if you need a cake in a hurry.

Expired products and hit and miss with customer service.I informed the stock clerk that the yogurts were expired. He continued to stock them. This place is a mess. Fortunately I do not use this supermarket for major shopping.
Shopped today, and it was a good experience. The staff was helpful, especially around the self checkout, which can be a big nuisance . PLACE YOUR BAG IN THE BAGGING AREA. YOU MUST SCAN YOUR ITEM AND PLACE IT INTHE BAGGING AREA. Well they were there to help. Had everything I needed. Isles were clear and clean, surprisingly for it being an early afternoon. Save those coupons on your apps. Its fun to see those prices go down at checkout. Lol.

This is the best store to shop at; the prices are reasonable. The meats are fresh and vegetables as well. Also, the employees are friendly and respectful and helpful at all times.

This location stays open relatively late and has a ok selection of merchandise, customer service leaves much to be desired they are usually under staffed and close the deli a bit early. But if you need a late night shopping pick up this is a good location lots of parking.

White noise. You know what that is? When you have someone obnoxiously shout department manager names and ask them to report to receiving because it’s 1:30PM. Invest in handhelds and save the noise. You sound miserable and unhappy. Also, thanks for the courtesy scans at the frontlines (cashiers).

I really like this Stop and shop..just moved to this area and My Supermarkets prices and cleanliness seriously matters to me..and so far so good..except the self check out did mess up alot, could of been me🤔...luckily the employee was there to keep assisting me...lol

In my opinion this Stop & Shop is like heaven ;)Our local store Food Universe is VERY expensive. In the warmer weather when I can get to Stop & Shop I feel like I hit the jackpot! Truly, its much easier to shop there, things are not so high you have to ask for help with most things, and the prices are very reasonable. Its clean, the people are polite and friendly and I dont have to pack. What more does one need to have a pleasant shopping experience! I found lysol spray there once several months ago havent been able to find any there again since, And have yet to see any disinfectant wipes.
Large store, well lighted and fantastic prices! BX29 drops me in front and return bus just around the corner back to City Island. Am liking this better than Key Food.
Nice stop for your grocery & shopping needs.But still has, like 20 aisles open with only 2 cashiers working and the self check out is almost always out of order.
Without a doubt this is the worst store in the chain being that it was a converted Pathmark so it is much smaller with far less variety in inventory, less cashiers, a grungy bathroom. Even the Shop and Stop at the north end of Coop City is significantly nicer. What is really sad is that I know a lot of people who live in Coop City who rather take the time to drive up to one of the Shop and Stops in Westchester than shop at the ones in the Bronx.
The pandemic has really made them raise prices on some items. I used to go here a lot. Now Id rather drive into Connecticut and go to Wal-Mart.
The food was awesome and the service was impeccable. I am definitely going back. The outside garden decor was great and I truly enjoyed the ambiance.
A lot of bread, rolls were molded. Many food items werent fresh.

At the stop and shop in bay plaza,every time i pick up apples,they are no good,mealy when i bite into them.When i request a certain food be stocked,the manager is right on time,customer service dept are cool and so are the cashiers.Brightly lit,not congested like the other stop and shop on peartree.

Decent supermarket but Walmart will always be my first choice it not, its definitely Stop and Shop..I met Marty the robot rolling through the aisles also, something Walmart doesnt have
I just called twice asking about Boston Cream Pie. Not only did the girl answering the phone hang up on me the first time without answering my question but she also answered the phone the second time. When answered she gave me an additude told me there wasnt any and immediately hung up the phone. I had more questions for her but she didnt care. The service on the phone was horrible and if I could give them no star I would.
I left a recycled bag in the store that I had purchased. Other than that, is was nice and easy.

A wasted trip to the pharmacy.Dont go to the pharmacy as I did after 8pm.Both the web site and the store recording indicated that the PHARMACY would be opened until 9pm. When I arrived at 8:30 the gate was closed. The night store manager informed me that the hour had changed several weeks ago to 8pm. Stop & Shop needs to update the information so as to prevent a wasted trip. Not that I live in the neighborhood. I was originally a customer at the westchester Westchester square store. Unfortunately YOU decided to close that PHARMACY where i picked up my prescriptions since 1997. Thank you Stop & Shop I expected more from you guys.
Some are nice!! Some have a real bad attitude, weather they are black or white, hispanic, we should all know that CS is a must on this types of jobs. Please make a note about this MANAGERS! Not so clean in the bathroom. Really terrible public bathrooms. Not only that, is a mess back there. It may look nice in the front, but the mess in the back will tell how the product is handled. Thats says a lot about them. Hummmm. :-/. Please do something about that.Is cheaper for the most part than Food Universe. But it can use some adjustments on attitudes. :-/
This location in Baychester Mall was a disaster. Was so dissatisfied I walked out of there without getting anything. Store didnt look too clean, and selection of food wasnt appetizing. Maybe it was a bad day, but wasnt impressed with this location.
Fresh fruits and vegetables. Prices are reasonable and staff helps and assist you when you asked for something you dont know where to find it in the store.
Cant never go wrong with this supermarket it has a little bit of everything, fast service and large enough for social distancing.
It was a great experience staying there everything was great the room was very efficient with all your needs, just a great place to stay.
Love this supermarket, literally a one stop shop I can get everything from food to hair products, body products etc. I love that I can get all my organic food here as well.
Since the Pathmark change to Stop&Shop it been my perfer place to go. Very rarely had I had issue with in this location but no place is perfect. I reccomend try and go as early as possible since this place get crowded fairly quickly.

2022-04-05Under renovation. Products are scattered throughout the store. Have to browse all aisles to find items. Little by little, its looking better. UPDATE. Renovations are done place looks great. Aisles are wider feels spacious. Full shelves and quick checkout.

2022-03-01Been shopping here forever, I like that they have great vegan options for groceries. The only thing that I really don’t like is the bathroom, I don’t know if it’s the public or the employees but the bathroom is hideous and should be cleaned regularly and have hand soap available.Update: 3/1/2022; I just came from Stop and shop and I’m very pleased that the bathroom was very clean and the new update to the store is nice as well. There’s more help in the store now as well, I’m happy with the new changes

2022-02-03The oddest shopping experience. Stop & shop offering digital coupons but the coupons must be clipped 15-30 minutes prior to checking out? Make it make sense please. That disclaimer is not written on the app nor is it on any of the “digit coupon” stickers in the store. Management needs to do better in having this clear instead of having customers dumbfounded at checkout over something that makes absolutely no sense.

2022-05-26Id give them 5 stars but the self checkout can take some time. If you have a stop and shop card you can grab a scanner and ring in your purchases as you shop. So when you get to check out you just pay! (Lets keep it honest otherwise we dont keep this perk lol) the aisles are spacious. Extensive meat section, seafood, pork, lamb, etc. A wide variety of items that may be uncommon in local markets. This is my preferred supermarket.

2022-05-28Ill start off by saying the new renovation is beautiful,however the poor treatment of customers primarily by the Deli staff over shadows the nice looking store, I was once yelled at by an deli employee for shopping a on shelf Item What are you doing, I was gonna take those offhes said. And today I was told by another Deli employee she doesnt cut cold cuts till 8a.m. mind u she was already cutting and stocking and it was only 10 minutes to 8, Ive been shopping this location at 7am every week for 4months and always got deli cuts. Both times the employees had on head phones and distracted by an apparent phone call or music. Non the less it is a safety hazard and further more leads to an inappropriate mistreating of customers. This matter needs to be addressed or they will lose precious business at least my weekly $300+

2022-04-25Great layout and friendly staff. Like many other stores, the specials only apply if you have a loyalty card. This is not immediately obvious and you only get the special price is you specifically ask.

2022-03-01Great deals at this place. All the food is fantastic. The people are friendly, and courteous. I always enjoy coming here. Update: March 1, 2022. The store has changed its layout. The flow is much better. Some of the aisles need to be labeled, but you can tell what is in there just by looking.

2022-06-18StopnShop @ Bay Plaza Shopping Center has an upscale look to it and it also a mega-size supermarket. The Pharmacy Department was quick with its service, neither was there any lines to make you have to wait for your meds. Also its cool that they work with & accept goodrx!!
