Stop & Shop in other cities:
I live nearby but try to avoid this place due to high volume, rude employees and low cashiers at high times. I did go in at 11pm at night thinking it would be calm to shop and it was. But, unfortunately I was interrupted by an angry beer stocker in the beer section who opened the door and purposely slammed it into my cart for no reason. No apologies, no nothing. Very rude!!! For this reason I will NEVER return there again.
Been a loyal customers for years. I am appalled by the POOR customer service by the store managers Gary Davita and Steve. I played win4 lotto and hit the number box and came to collect my winnings to be told that the PAID ticket was cancelled. First Stop n Shop blamed it on lottery which confirmed that they didnt cancel the ticket. The cashier did and the store refuses to pay me my winning reward. The store managers were unprofessional and treated me as if I was burden to them. They were rude, disrespectful, and failed me as a loyal consumer. The managers also interrogated me as well. Your staff failed me and lottery. This is 0 stars. STILL UNPAID at this time. Even there corporate office is giving me the run arounds, did you get there notification store managers its been 3 days?
Clean supermarket with stocked shelves.Fresh on site bakery, deli, nice selection of fruits & vegetables, good meat and seafood plus items one rarely finds in a supermarket. Plenty of sale items with a store card. Plenty of checkout counters, if you are skilled in self checking you will have very little wait time to jump into your car with a large parking lot. Good service and nice people.
I usually LOVE the Cross County stop and shop. I make it my business to frequent this establishment as Ive always received outstanding customer service, great prices and quality items. Today, however, I had the RUDEST cashier I have ever experienced and it actually put a bad taste in my mouth. I had a cart packed with quite a bit of items and it appeared that I was going into a 12 items or fewer lane. I asked the cashier Excuse miss? Is this a 12 items or less lane? Her response was THE RUDEST response EVER and she coupled it with rolling eyes and sucking her teeth. It was SO bad that my wife and I were both taken back and I apologized to her saying Im sorry of I asked the wrong question but I just didnt want to be in the wrong lane, miss. Ill NEVER go in her lane again. I would never want anyone to to lose their job but she DEFINITELY needs to be retrained in proper customer service IMMEDIATELY.
This place doesnt have many things they used to normally have in stock anymore. The shelves are empty in a lot of sections most of the time. Especially the pet food. Idk whats going on but its getting ridiculous… I feel like it isnt just an issue here its in other places as well
The deli kiosk has been broken since October 2017. One star deduced until fixed.Best supermarket in the area. Fruit is the freshest.1/23/18 update: the deli kiosk is still broken and now the thing that gives out the numbers at the deli counter is also busted. Additional star removed. The guys at the deli counter are real nice.7/11/18 Deli kiosk still doesn’t work. Deducting another star. Also, the bathroom is gross.
If it wasnt for SOME Rude and ignorant employees the store would be an almost 5 star store. Being in the business for over 30 years, you should treat everyone with respect until they dont treat you with respect. I know the stress of the business and some customers but if your not a people person find another job.
You stop, then you shop, its right in the name people. The sales are frequent which is good. Produce section can be eh depending on the day but short of disrespectful people who just leave their cart right in the middle of an isle, Ive never had a bad experience here because of the store itself.
I’ve been going there legit my whole life, and tonight really did proof that they really are just disrespectful and rude, down to the managers. Even if you try and talk to the manager they literally talk over you and disregard everything your saying. They always have more working standing around doing nothing with a miserable face and their nasty/uptight attitudes. Not one person was respectful. And you don’t have to auto respond to this comment, bc you didn’t care when I try talking to you guys so don’t waste your time now. BTW if u don’t like ur job , QUIT bc there’s plenty of people who deserve it more.
I love shopping here. The items are always stocked nicely in place. It’s immaculate. The produce and meats are fresh. I love the deli department. They cut the meat exactly like you request it. The staff is just wonderful. My dad & sister live in Brooklyn and will not buy deli there. They wait until I visit them. I absolutely love Marty. He is always working. 😀 I would definitely give this Stop & Shop in Cross County a 10+ if it was allowed. Kudos keep up the good work. 👍🏽
Not crowded for a Saturday afternoon BUT I felt profiled in there while shopping. Very uncomfortable. The store manager (white male with a white button down shirt and maybe a tie) literally stood a lane apart from mine in the front watching me scan my items at self check out. Until I was finished, he left. Soooooo um yesterday was the first and last time Ill shop here based solely off that experience.
MORE than 20 minutes to make THIS small sandwich!!! And thats after sending me all the way to the other side of the store to get the bread for it (which I wouldnt typically mind but I was in pain and had to wait in line TWICE). The guy was soooo slow its ridiculous. The other lady working there attended about 11 people in the time it took him to finish. Only reason I give 4 stars its because I love this supermarket and they have a big variety of stuff. Older security guy was amazing and funny.
My experience was ok until I reached self check out. The lady whos running it is very rude . She is no joy to be around she doesnt smile or say thank you . That day I wasnt feeling well and put the bag on the right instead of left . She comes over and starts being obnoxious and speaking to me in a condescending tone. Ok lady I forgot chill out its not a big deal . Take a midol and chill out .
Very upset this store has really gone downhill. It had been my go to for everything for nearly 9 years, now I have to go multiple times a week to see empty walls of no chicken no coffee, fruit is moldy and always empty. Where’s the food? Where’s the quality? I’d rather drive 20min to Wegmen’s now for REAL food. Very disappointing.
Their customer service department is the worst!!! I tried placing an online order, however, they didn’t have the item on the website but I know they have it in the store since I will always buy them…so I called to ask if I can place an order in advance to pick up the next day but I kept getting transferred to different people just for a simple yes or no question they couldn’t even answer. They were so lost and didn’t know what to say so they will either stay silent or hang up😂 plus some lady who first answered the call is rude. She sounds like she hates her job and don’t even know what she’s doing… none of them do🤷♂️🤷♂️
It is very clean. The cashiers for the most part are very nice. The cashier that I had today thanked me for packing my own bags.Lots of soap, masks, hand sanitizer and disinfectant were available. A lot of the food items such as yogurt was limited. The store is s little expensive.
I like this store...the few times I have visited, I have found items that are not in others closer to me. This store also seems larger than Portchesters...BTW, careful with the lady in the White Mercedes-benz SUV - she doesnt know how to park and doesnt want you to park next to her...she had a severe meltdown... what a show... maybe S&S should have some therapists on the self as well. I should have recorded her and scored some Google review points...😄🤣😆
Rude manager service(female who works in the day, about 62-65, 5ft4-5ft 5, cacasion. She needs to be reassigned to the back of the house staff. Every one need to work if they need to but she is Diffinatly NOT a person who belongs in customer service. Being a manager is not title alone, its being able to MANAGE situations that are out of the norm without creating a lack of respect for the customer venting.
Not sure if its because of the weather today or what but it looked like a fire sale happened in the store. The produce section was bare and the back row where the meats are located looks a bit messy and many things were missing. The floor had a lot debris from broken boxes and produce bags scattered about. There was evidence that they were starting to restock but the cart had the empty boxes thrown about making it difficult to navigate the isle. I understand this is the most visited stop and shop in the area but clean it up an little. Thank you.
I am just finishing shopping, there is no wait time, the store is fairly busy. Some employees have masks, some are wearing them around their necks.... no wipes at the door. A Free for all! It was the scariest shopping experience I have had. 1/2 the customers acted like it was just a regular day. The last shopping day I had was 3/18. I feed 6 people. I needed groceries, waited til Easter thinking it would be slow, I was mistaken.
It was my first time shopping there and I showed up there an hour before closing (in my opinion one of the best times to grocery shop) it was well organized and clean, even with new inventory waiting to be stocked at the end of isles. I really liked the layout of the store, it was easy to navigate and find the items I was looking for. The staff was also very nice and helpful.
On a positive note Im happy to say that the times that I do go to stop and shop every week , there is always a pleasant cashier Dominick, in aisle 10, this man is the nicest ,warmest cashier that stop and shop has. He is very pleasant and goes out of his way to answer any questions, regarding items , I have had him as a cashier a few times , but today I decided to write a excellent review about him . Great job!!!
Edwin from the deli department is the most polite, professional employee in this department. He made sure we were happy with the way he cut our cold cuts, brands, etc., (consideration Im not used to in the Yonkers NY store). Management needs to hire more hardworking employees like Edwin and get rid of the rude, entitled ones, and Ill shop here more often.
I’ve gone shopping here a couple times since the Covid lock down began, and it’s been maddening each time.To the store’s credit: the selection/availability of items has been pretty good considering the situation and they have attempted to put safety measures in place (posted sign with max occupancy, wipes for carts at the door, one way arrows on the floor, shields for the cashiers, and I’m sure plenty of extra cleaning.).But... No one was at the door monitoring how many people were entering the store, many customers and staff had masks pulled down around their necks, very few customers or staff followEd the arrows on the floor, there’s little regard for social distancing, and people touch everything!I know we’re living in crazy times, and I know some of these measures are a bit inconvenient, but I wish people would consider that a little bit of inconvenience now could make all this end so much sooner.
I went to the store after 7:00pm to try and order a birthday cake. No one was in the bakery and I went to the customer service where I was told to call in the morning to speak to the bakery associate. When I called back, the bakery manager/associate was not helpful and pretty unpleasant. When she asked me when I wanted to pick up the cake, I said 9:30 Saturday morning. She told me no, 10:00. So I decided to give Whole Foods a try. Nicer experience and same price for better cake.
It gets busier on the weekends, but thats to be expected. Good deals, good for smaller shopping trips. But be careful where you park. I recommend parking all the way in the very back of the lot. You dont want to risk getting your car swiped by the many bad drivers who shop here. Other than that, grab a sales flyer when you walk in, sometimes an item you want may have a coupon in it, and you can just tear it out as you shop.
The Cross County store was a disgraceful nightmarish free-for-all!Its January 2021, 10 months into state mandated protocols during a global pandemic and they have just abandoned social distancing altogether!DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE for employees, customers, and the entire community!People crammed together at individual register lines, intentionally creating a massive traffic jam at the entire front of the store. Are they nuts? So sad, because this store used to be one of my favorites! Disgraceful mismanagement. In opposite contrast, Shop Rite has it all together with one single line for large orders, one single line for 20 items or less (not 30), and one single line for self-checkouts-- all separated from the masses with respect for life and safety.
While this place is convenient and has a variety of foods their customer service leaves much to be desired. Not everyone who works there has poor customer service however enough to make me shop elsewhere unless in an absolute pinch. If you go there and dont have to speak to a young cashier or worker near one, then youre fine. However the gentleman and lady near self checkout are helpful and generally pleasant.
The organization of the store has changed since my last visit. Ive always thought this store to be a bit more expensive. The prices seemed Fair and sales seem to equal the competitor ShopRite. The self-checkout with new equipment and improved equipment but way too crowded. Also way too difficult to navigate. I really felt like I was corralled into this little corner. With too many customers. Too many carts. Too many people looking confused. Im not so sure Im happy but this is going to be my new default supermarket.
I think this is one of the largest Stop&Shop in the Bronx and Yonkers area...located in the cool hills of Cross County Shopping Center...they offer a wide range of products..from grocery, household items, fresh produce, pharmaceutical and delicious freshly baked products and hot meals from their deli.
I always love Shop & Stop, Ive actually been shopping there for years. I always find everything I need there. Everything is well organized, checkout lines seems long, but move very fast. There is also self checkout. Meat area always fully stocked, gourmet deli area & bakery a big plus for me. Fresh fruits & vegetables, I could go on & on .. Lots of SALE..
As Im still waiting to hear back from store. I asked if they could move the placement of the newspapers. Does anyone else feel theyre in the worst place. You dont see them until youve checked out and leaving store. Cant tell you how many times Ive had to wait on line again to pay for paper!!! I should just grab and go!!!!!
One of my favorite places to do food shopping. More than enough parking available. Clean, organized and plenty of staff. There is a self check out area with a few kiosks. There is a wide selection of items and you can find almost anything youre looking for. Typical areas that you would expect in a supermarket: dairy, frozen food, alcoholic, produce, etc...
One of the managers and multiple workers disregard covid safety precautions! I have seen and asked multiple workers to bring their masks above their noses or to put their mask on properly and have asked workers to approach customers about distancing (that is nonexistent there) as well as putting on their masks or bringing the masks above their noses. Working HANDS ON in the Healthcare industry it really bothers me that people continue to be non-compliant with the cases on the rise. Thousands upon thousands of Healthcare workers such as myself risk their health daily as well as all essential workers and the fact that people continuously disregard the precautions is troubling. Those same people are the ones crying that theyre sick and are getting people who are COMPLIANT sick. Aside from that the produce selection is more moldy and old than fresh. I have given workers fruit thats molded over only to watch them take out the moldy pieces and put it right back in its place.. I have asked workers if they have something on their cart with a later date (since most things in dairy are within a few days of expiration) they tell me NO but I can see there is an unopened box of the product on the cart. its disgusting, customer service is lacking even before the pandemic and I do not feel confident in my health safety there anymore.Update: the store whoever writes that bogus reply but when I called the store they had 0 idea what I was even talking about and when I explained the issues at hand I got a lousy Ill look into it. I went to a different supermarket and told the manager that his workers were not wearing masks at all and they were promptly spoken too so I dont understand the Stop and Shop precaution carelessness mindset.
Standard getaway store with different departments nicely laid out. Prices can be high in certain items that are not on sale. Check the flyer before you go and you will save more money. Lighting is good and carriages work without issues. Parking is available most times of day and fries and vegetables are fresh.
They have redone the store and it is spectacular. The new floor plan makes the store seem even larger. They have everything you could want and more. The people are terrific. Theres always a shopping cart. There are many people who shop here from the area. Parking is free. All the departments make it very easy to shop in one place in 1 time. The cross county shopping center is lucky to have the supermarket. Give it a try real soon.
The stop & Shop in Yonkers is always a pleasant experience. It is huge, clean and the staff is great. The deli Dept is massive and produce is also massive. I usually have in mind to pick up a few items and wind up leaving with a shopping cart full of items. The prices are good and always have specials and sales. I live in the Bronx and prefer to travel to Yonkers to do my shopping. I highly recommend shopping here and even better, it sits besides a mall and movie theater. Whats better than that. Have a wonderful time and thank me later. Take care and happy shopping everyone.
The afternoon is the best time to shop. The store was not crowded therefore going up and down the aisles was easy. The fruits and vegetables were all labeled and many were on sale. I found what I wanted and checkout was quick and painless. I enjoy going to the Yonkers store.
Not entirely sure how anyone’s supposed to stay 6 feet away from anyone else when the store isn’t doing anything to limit the number of shoppers. People were packed in there today. Every other large store I’ve been to recently has a line outside and is gradually letting people in so they can stay properly spaced out. Takes longer but it’s worth it to keep people safe. I figured after a month this store would’ve gotten their act together, and wanted to use some of my store coupons today before they expired so I decided to tough it out but honestly it’s not worth it. This zip code has the the second highest rate of Covid-19 infections in the city...you’d think more protective measures would be a no brainer. But clearly the store doesn’t give a fig about the safety of their employees or patrons. Disappointing, really. Will not be back.
Clean store, was a bit busy when i was there but still got out in under 10 minutes with 5 items spread across the store. Associates were cheerful, friendly, and helped me find the one item that i couldnt locate. The woman knew right where it was and walked me there to be sure i found it. Excellent!
I love the part where you scan and bag your items as you shop. When you are done shopping, you are ready to check out by going to the express line and quickly check out as if you bought one item. You need to register your stop and shop card at customer service first to initialize the scanning process. I only have one gripe here though, if you need cold cuts by the deli, be prepared to wait and wait. They are very nice at the deli , just improve on the customer waiting experience. You need to get a number and wait and wait. They need to improve their system, you have no way of knowing what number is next. They have no monitor display and sometimes you cant hear the deli people calling the number.
I frequently shop there it is convenient for me. Cashiers are always courteous and today I had the pleasure of being helped by Niel at the deli department. His service was exceptional. He was a fine representation of your store to the point I was compelled to leave a comment.
I have a supermarket that is closer to me but the deals, cleanliness and the correct way to pack items ( chicken and can goods plus toilet paper DO NoT go in the same bag. This Shop and Stop seems to know that as fact. Thank you for the great service even in these uncertain times. You front lineŕs be careful with yourself.
Its better than most. But, many times I leave without my deli, because they take for ever to serve you after you take a #. Today I waited 15 minutes, and left with out my PASTRAMI🤬. It is okay clean and most employees are nice and polite. It does need more Hispanic/Latino items. It amazes me that I still have to go to the Bronx to by a lot of my must have Latino/Hispanic items.
I was very upset that the scanners were broke, which meant that during this pandemic, I have to have other people touching my food. Lines were ridiculously long because people cant check themselves out. No one pays attention to the arrows on the floor so its just mayhem in the aisles. This is normally my favorite but Im disappointed about these couple of things
A couple of weeks ago, I returned my plastic bottles. There was a long line to get in the bottle return room, due to Covid and social distancing. Nevertheless, there is a sign posted, which conveys a limit on the amount of bottles, which you can return. Of course, not all people follow rules and regulations. A gentleman entered the bottle room, with at least 10 times more bottles than the limit, which was clearly posted on a sign before entering the bottle room. After waiting for an extended period of time, I informed Tencho, one of the workers in the bottle room area, that the gentleman was returning a lot more bottles than the maximum amount. I further informed Tencho, that as a result, the line did not move for 25 to 30 minutes. Tencho was rude and did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. He totally ignored the fact that the gentleman was not complying with the rules posted in the bottle room. I then went into Stop n Shop to speak to the manager. Mr. Santiago was not available as he was on a conference call, therefore, I left a message regarding the issue in the bottle room. I was assured that the situation would be conveyed to Mr. Santiago when he completed the conference call and Mr. Santiago would come to the bottle room to resolve the matter. At this point, I returned to the line. Thankfully, the nice lady behind me had no problem with me returning to the line. I waited another 20 to 25 minutes before I noticed a second employee enter the bottle room area. I approached him and told him that the gentleman had been in the bottle room for at least 50 minutes and he was well over the limit of bottles, he could return. I suggested that the gentleman be told to return to the back of the line if he wanted to complete the remainder of his bottle return. This would enable the line to move forward. At this point, I was in line for over an hour , the line was moving super slow because the stop n shop employees failed to enforce the bottle limit policy to the aforementioned gentleman. Finally, after 20 additional minutes, the gentleman was finished and shortly after, I was able to gain entrance in to the bottle room, to return my bottles. I gave a one star rating because the store employees were notified of the issue and they did not take any action to eradicate the problem. This resulted in numerous customers having to wait in the hot sun, for much longer. In addition, the manager never came to the bottle room area to address this matter, as promised. Also, Tencho and the second worker I approached failed to take any action and they were both very rude, especially Tencho. They have HORRIBLE customer service skills!!! After, I returned my bottles, I went in Stop n Shop and spoke to Mr. Santiago. He did not provide a plausible explanation for not going to the bottle room to address my concerns, however, he was not rude like the other 2 employess. Mr. Santiago apologized. Nevertheless, his actions make me feel less than a valued customer. I spend a ton of money in Stop n Shop, I only ask for better service in the bottle room and better Customer Service!!!!
Im a weekly/ every other week shopper x 8 years. Whoever is in charge of paying attention to what sells (inventory?), my stars are for you. Stop and shop did a major revamp on their organic produce, meats, etc and I love it. I still support our local farmers market, but Ive not needed to go out of my way to hit Whole Foods or Trader Joes w Stop and Shops Natures Promise line. Keep it up!
Everything look fresh everything was fresh brought stake, wait 15 minutes in the meat Meat fish department. For worker or butcher Then when he got there did not have what I Wanted.. Which was oxtails lol, if you must know.. But all and all pound for pound very good..PS. Where is the oxtails?? When you did not have the Oxtails, was going, to buy the snow crabs but They did not look........
Shop and Shop is the supermarket of my choice. Though others may be less expensive, I continue to use S&S , Vrendenburg Ave, Cross County Mall, Yonkers, for all my foods, meats, fresh produce , sundries and health and beauty needs. The store Employees are a terrific group from Stock Ladies and Men to Cashiers, Produce, Deli, Fish Market, Bakery, Meat and Floral Department personnel. All are pleasant, helpful and kind. As to the In-Store Pharmacy, the wonderful Pharmacists do far more than simply fill my prescriptions by taking the extra time to show genuine concern for my family and myself. This store is well stocked, clean and inviting , carrying a wide assortment of goods.I would heartily recommend Stop & ShopSupermarket, Vrendenburg Avenue to anyone.
They are trying to improve the store so it is very challenging to move around and find desired items. The signs have not caught up with the moves. They still need to have more registers open at peak times. I dont understand why this issue is so difficult for retailers to manage.
Ive been going to this stop and shop for 11 years yesterday afternoon was the third time i ever did self check out i bought cat litter a few cans of cat food and three boxes of irish spring soap i forget to scan two boxes of Irish spring soap bars there was an Indian employee who was overlooking the self check out aisle came over to me and was lashing at me for not scanning the cat litter i explained to him and showed him on the screen i did actually scan it and it was the irish spring soap which I forgot to scan which was my mistake in front of customers he started talking bad to me which was very disrespectful if i wasnt soo much in a hurry i was going to go directly to the store manager and explain everything to him or her but i was in a hurry next time around definitely if it happens again im definitely reporting him to the store manager usually the Indian guy is there overlooking the self check out aisle young guy very dark short very disappointed in this stop and shop hope your about to read this mr or mrs store manager very unprofessional very uncalled for
I went to this store in Cross County, because I my local Stop & Shop nor the one in New Rochelle had the bread I been buying for years. The grocery store chain I frequent most often also didnt have it. After not finding it in Yonkers which is a lovely, well stocked store,I concluded that they must not be making it any longer. Thus, I purchased 4 loaves of a comparable multigrain bread, and I was also lucky enough to find my Canada Dry Ginger ale for 99 cents. It was definitely a worthwhile stop for shopping, on my way home from the Bronx!
I always come to this Stop & Shop. I absolutely love it! However, after today, I might not be back for awhile. The cashiers name was Alleen or Elleen. She had blonde/greenish hair. She was beyond rude! Didnt say one word. Didnt smile, say hi, how are you?, nothing! Couldnt even fake it! Horrible! Anyway, she was ringing up my groceries and I was bagging. I bought a 12 case of Poland Spring water. It was leaking all over the place and the cashier did not say one word! Literally didnt care and was going to let me leave with a leaking case of water. Yeah, very nice customer service! Do yourself a favor and go to another Stop & Stop where the people actually care and arent miserable/rude employees.
Very expensive up to double the price more for same items comapred to even Whole Foods. Its pretty bad when your milk, yogurt, bananas and other basic items is 30 to 100 percent more expensive than Whole Foods. Some yogurts are nearly double the price of Whole Foods. I was shocked. These guys are the definition of price gougers. Prices are through the roof. Its.a clean beautiful store and friendly service and that saved it from 1 star.. But that cant overcome the shock of the high prices even on items that are on sale. Youre better off even shopping.at Whole Foods for basic items if you want to save money.
Didnt like the audit had to take everything out my bags what was the point of doing scan it. Maybe the customer should get a gift card or something when and audit happens. I understand it part of keeping people from stealing but the customer should get something for the inconvenience.
The store has gone downhill in the last few years.. Tonight, the vegetable Department was terrible!! The red onions were rotten and very difficult to find.. There was an empty coffee cup, obviously from a stock worker that was hidden in between the eggs.. the store needs quality assurance inspections frequently.. The workers dont really seem to take pride in their work.. Its a shame to witness.. a prime example of a quality store would be Publix , which unfortunately is only found down south.. I would rate that store a 10.. I hope things change at this location of Stop & Shop..
“Solution center” is problematic. I was waiting 25 mins on a regular register for asistance with a tax id transaction. After asking MULTIPLE times which steps needed to be completed the male behind the desk was unclear and rude. No consideration for anyone’s time. Store was extremely disorganized and the management was unprofessional. Wish I didn’t HAVE to use this stop and shop at all.
GREAT selection and everything but the service desk people were awful i had got my keys stuck in my car and asked them to call security they were pestering me saying no they wont call that i have to deal with it my self and security wont help But in a rude tone also this dark toned woman a worker said to me i dont know why your standing here u better go fix your car..the fire department came everything went fine just terrible customer service
We like stop and shop but there is a problem with one of the workers. She’s old and I think she’s Indian, anyways I asked her a question and she went crazy and made a whole scene, and I just asked her if I can get a balloon. I always see her screaming at other customers as well. I really don’t think she should be working there.
Unfortunately, this is the only grocery store near me that I can go to. I find it very expensive. People that work there especially the manager.. I dont know her name.. Is not nice at all and always looks like shes in a terrible mood. The produce guys are awesome very sweet and helpful.. Other than that Id say save your money because stop n shop is a complete rip off.

2022-06-07Love this Stop & Shop!!! It’s super clean & always has items in stock. The man working today 6/7 around 6pm at the self checkout was so helpful and sweet. The workers here are friendly, kind & always willing to help out.

2022-06-02The photos are not of this store, I have never seen it well stocked with such great looking produce. Some of the staff is friendly while most dont really care to provide customer service. Any given day you can guarantee boxes and things in the middle of a isle, never understood why they dont restock on the overnight.

2022-06-30The aisles are well stocked and its easy to find what you need. I love the self check out because it moves fast. There are lots of registers and only one line.

2020-08-14This might be one of the largest and cleanest Stop & Shop supermarket’s! I love coming here for their beautiful produce as well as the convenience ( especially when I’m having my car serviced). This was the first time I’ve been in the store since the Coronavirus changed all of our shopping habits. They now stock all kinds of hand sanitizers and the shelves looked full of everything you might possibly need. I was impressed by how every customer was wearing a mask and how careful people are being. The store’s management is encouraging only one member of each family to be in the store and I felt confident that virtually all of the customers are adhering to these smart rules.

2022-06-26Located in the Cross County Center, theres plenty of parking. Its in its own separate area of the mall. Larger store. Deli, bakery, floral, fresh fish, serve yourself hot food. Self check out counters. Sometimes not enough staff for the manned counters. Stock is pretty decent considering current times.

2019-11-26Nice location. #26 bus drops right off store. Very clean and service reps very nice. Only complaint was there were no fresh loose string beans, only prepackaged but its 2 days before Thanksgiving so its understandable. The produce section is beautiful!

2022-01-27Deli workers need some red bull or something to speed them up. It shouldn’t be acceptable for them to work at their pace. Waited 30 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me and then he took 20 mins to prep 1/2lb of salami, 1/2lb or pepperoni and 1lb of cheese. I always have a terrible experience at the deli. This will be my last visit to this Stop n Shop.

2022-01-22Always well stocked no empty shelves. There is always some to help. Fruits & vegies are fresh. The have a baker right at the store. The breads bagels breads are delicious and its a pleasure to know ur muffins are fresh. The really keep the store clean and stocked. Only negative is the bathrooms are too dark and dirty. They really need to get on that.🙏

2022-01-06Waited 20 minutes for a deli kiosk order just for the uncaring jerk behind the counter to tell me theyre ignoring them and then completely disregard me. If youre not honoring the kiosk orders, turn off the machine. Thank you for wasting my time. Youll never see me again.Awful service. Awful prices. Dirty store. Terrible management. Workers who hate being there.
