We forgot a few new/expensive dresses outside of our storage unit and NOBODY saw them, their response - “ask your husband to buy you new ones”. It happened around 4:00 pm on a Sunday right before it closed when there weren’t many ppl around. I usually get calls when I leave garbage / small items but they couldn’t call me when I leave roughly 6 night gowns/dresses.Very disappointed!
This place has a wonderful staff that are very friendly and helpful. I love the music that plays through the whole building, it really puts you in a great mood!
False advertising is not cool.
I called to inquire for prices over the phone and got Stacy from Staten Island to help me, she was so helpful and even went and beyond to letting me know which locations were available and that she would even let the guys from the location know that I’ll be stopping by to see the units. She’s awesome. Thank you Stacy.
They claim to open until 9pm on Thursdays however its 8:20pm on Thursday 10/24, I just pulled up and the gate is closed off. People have to work during the week, if youre going to open late 1 day of the week then how about you actually stay open when you say as opposed to having people waste time going all the way there to see its closed.
Very convenient since I live nearby. Units are pricey but you can get a month free when you pay 1 year in advanced. Place is very clean
This establishment offers great storage at great prices. Conveniently located near I495. Drive thru facility. Note to those considering units, consider where the nearest parking spot is.
Andy helped me there on two seperate times that I needed storage. He was very helpful and the facility is immaculate! Im happy with all this storage facility offers.
I utilized their storage space for 5 months and have been overall happy with the unit, pricing and service provided from the employees. Everything has been as one would expect - nothing more, nothing less.

The people at the front desk specifically the lady wearing red uniform. Are very rude and they dont help you if you ask them something or they will answer you in a very rude manner. First and worst experience.
The place is very good, the staff was wonderful too, but now the new staff is a bit difficult to simply deal with. They dont seem to be happy , daily. Its to bad.
When you need stuff stored, Stop&Stor is the place to go! Very informative staff and the rates are guaranteed.

2021-07-01Very nice, professional, friendly customer service. Mrs. Bibi was knowledgeable of the whole facility. Mr. Errold (sorry if Im misspelling his name) gave us a great unit for a great price. This is the place to come. Some other companies were charging unreasonably too much. A few papers to sign, but very straightforward, no hidden fees, extra for this, extra for that. The facility is big, clean, there is easy access to your unit because of being able to bring your car inside to the facility. Great service overall.

We’ve got multiple units here for 20+ years.Friendly & professional staff, clean building, ample indoor parking, good lighting, clean bathrooms, password protected safety, temperature controlled, reasonable rates, access to 3 loading dock with no fees, big spacious elevators.Units stay clean, spacious, temp controlled, building stays warm in the winter.We pay our rent well in advance to lock in the good rates - it’s hard to beat the ROI in the Maspeth area with commercial rent beginning to increase.Friendly family business vibe - they make it hard to leave.

2021-06-26The staff are very friendly and nice. I have one storage unit already and needed one more unit for more space. One of the staff, Bibi, is super helpful and she showed me the available rooms near my 1st storage unit. She made sure the rooms she was showing me are close to my 1st unit and I found the perfect second unit for me. She reassured me that if a bigger room is available, she would let me know so I can transfer my items from both unit to a bigger room to save me some bucks. Not all would do that for their customers but she was exceptional. For the whole storage itself, i’d give 5 stars because it’s easy access, you can literally park next to your unit and you can visit ur unit anytime and for how many times (as long as they’re open). I Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

2021-04-23I rented a unit here before, great access, luv the drive-thru feature, they honored the No Rent Increase 1st year and gave me a small increase the 2nd year and again guaranteed it for another full year. Great! I will only rent from Stop & Stor.

2019-05-14I was working with my company to find permanent storage units for our stock outside of Manhattan. Long-term, price was no issue, just needed decent drive-up access and two close units. Units were available and we called them to discuss price and the availability. So, I drove there with them knowing we would probably buy on-the-spot. They rented out one of the two units we needed while we were driving to them. Staff were short, dismissive, and showed little understanding of our needs or how rude it was to not even call after renting out one of the units we needed. Needless to say, we were unhappy when I arrived.

2016-07-01The staff there is wonderful, kind people. Very helpful and always polite and willing to give advice. However, the manager is another case. He seems the totally opposite of everyone else there. he seemed irritated that he was there. I called before I went and Im still waiting for my call back. I wanted to stay and needed advice on a smaller unit. He told me there was no way anyone could advise me on a smaller unit and was kind of nasty in the process. Well I made my decision then and there, Im out. Bibi, Ali, and Papo, thanks for everything it was a pleasure with you guys and good luck.

2019-09-04Its ok no complaints ...not great but not bad average...pricing on storage units as low as $37 per month ...code pad on drive up has a mind of its own works sometimes sometimes takes 7 tries to open gate to drive in??summertime 100° outside it was 120° inside no air condtioner... Die of heat exhaustion
