2019-01-26This place is great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that takes the stress out of storage. They are always courteous and always willing to assist. Kudos to the custodial staff as well. Bathrooms are spotless and floors even during snow or rain falls are dry and safe. Keep up the great work!

2020-08-19Very clean and well maintained storage facility. Good customer service too. I vacated my unit on the 5th of the month, and they credited me back the months auto-payment without a problem. Ill go here again the next time I need storage.

2017-03-15Its starts with a good rate that increases w/ time. The climate control area is very well maintained & they are structured, they close SPOT ON! No Flexability here! Otherwise very generous staff with regards to help.

2013-11-11I went to the website and thought the prices were reasonable so I went ahead and made a reservation to lock in the online price. I then received a call the day before my move and was told they had no more spaces that were up to my specifications, even though I reserved my space, all I was told that they could do is offer me a larger space which was triple the price. No bueno. I feel like they are running an online scam to jack up the prices. Be very weary of this place leave your valuables and un-replaceables at your own risk!

2016-01-14Okay, Although I wasted my money and time to get here, I couldnt get any space for my stuff. My ID was issued by USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) but an employ over there didnt consider it as an ID. Okay fine. So I asked him if the passport works. Then he asked me to provide a utility bill of mine and my current address. Well, Why dont you just tell me that the company never welcomes non-US citizens as their customer? That would make more sense. And then my boyfriend asked him if he can have a storage space for me since it is ours. Then he said no. Because It belongs to me not him. I dont know if it matters but if the policy says it so, what can I do? So I called customer center again and asked several questions then asked the representative May I call you back? then the rude and mean representative said I dont care, whatever. it is all up to you. and giggled. VERY OFFENSIVE. The company definitely need to educate their employees to behave polite unless the company was found to offend and discriminate non-US citizens.

2017-09-08Storage units of all sizes and prices. Easy loading and unloading. Well lit, very clean, excellent service. Drive right up to the elevator. Open all hours.
