2022-03-28Im calling to ask for pricing and the music is loud on the background the guy keeps hanging up on me because he cant hear me I call back and he keep hanging up.Thanks for that because now Im definitely not renting with a facility that have unprofessional staff.Acting like its my fault he cant hear me. Turn the volume of ur radio down when answering a phone call please it is disrespectful.👎🏽👎🏽 Im mad I gave them a star but they deserve zero stars 😏

2022-03-03What a great experience! So glad I’m storing my stuff here and would highly recommend it! The facility is very clean! A great indoor drive-thru and parking area. The elevators were fast, and the staff was so wonderful! The employee who helped me, Calita, was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She answered every question and helped me set up the unit quickly!10/10 would recommended!!! Thanks Calita!!
