The facility is clean, and very convenient for parking. The staff is courteous, serviceable, and friendly they always greet me with a smile.
The best part of Stop and Store besides the friendly staff. The ability to drive into the building and unload or load your stuff without worrying about the weather.

Very clean storage and top of the line technology, elevators to the 5th floor , to get a cheap storage price purchase the last floor 5th floor and you would see a cheaper price my advice
Love this storage u park right onside so whether is raining or sunny u dont care bcuz no eain will put a damper on ur storing ur stuff.

2022-04-10I just moved right across the street from this storage. So not only is it convenient for me but the staff members are 100% professional and super friendly. The storage is always well kept and maintained. If your looking for a clean safe place to store your belongings then look no further then this particular location… highly recommend.

2018-09-30Bad experience. They have a small doc for tiny truck,just ONE tiny doc. and the rest space inside they wont let you move your truck inside even though there is a lot of space there(only passenger cars) so you have to stay out on the tiny street, there only park space you can get its by firehydrant where we got a ticket. Rude personal. Very frustrating

2021-01-12I went in today to discuss taking over a storage unit from my father who recently passed away.. The employee who helped me was great, his name was Sudesh.. he was kind, compassionate and offered great customer service... It was not until he called over his manager, named BeBe.. she looked miserable... Was rude, and had very poor customer service skills. I could not believe the rudeness... Walking away in mid conversation.. no greeting.. nothing but short rude answers as if we were annoying her. She should not be working with customers and needs to be retrained on what customer service is and how important it is to a business. I truly feel sorry for a great employee like Sudesh having to work in such a rude negative energy environment. I would give zero stars but Sudesh did great helping me and answering my questions. Maybe he should train her...

2020-05-01Here is my situation, Place not bad to store your things. BUT when I got a storage room for three months they gave me a promotion of having to use a delivery truck with a company they contracted out. This guy was out of Sanford and Son, Half A$$ beaten up truck that the driver/Boss didnt want to help out his co-worker, so I had to help the other guy. I was only provided 2 free hours for this promotion. Because of this lazy A$$ owner of moving truck I was over on the hours and paid extra for time ( only had King size bed and a patio set to move ) no way in heck it takes over 2 hours but these guys managed to swindle me,To Stop and Stor - Please Use a Reputable Moving Truck service.

2020-04-13They have nice storage but the worst customer service. I work for the city as a first responder and work 70 hrs a week. So I cant get to my storage unit at the time they have now. I asked for a reduced rent but they said no. I get the credit card companies my leased car and more not to pay for 3 months with no interest. Why can this company do the same????????

2016-01-20My family had a good experience until it was move out day. The customer service rep denied us access into the facility with our truck that was previously in the facility 3 times. We payed for a premium unit on the ground floor because we wanted the convenience of drive up access. They could not give me an intelligent answer of what the height restriction was for a truck and it just seemed like an arbitrary decision.Basically, their advertising is false! Taken directly from their literature:Every Stop & Stor building has separate loading docks and an easy to use CUSTOMER DIRECT DRIVE THROUGH BUILDING weather-proof roadway. It means youll be in and out fast, which means youll save something even more valuable than money....Time!Well.....1.They have no separate loading dock. (That is an outright lie.)2.The street that we had to park our truck on was not weather-proof. Add to that it was 18 degrees when we were moving made a bad experience a nightmare.3. Not only did I not save money.....my family wasted time carrying things back and forth an extra 200 feet.Im extremely disappointed and will NEVER USE STOP & STOR again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
