Unfortunately my experience was not very positive. I rented two units, and one of them was listed as a 5 by 10, but when I measured it, it was only 4 by 9.5. When Matt, the location manager measured it, he agreed, but then said his management could only offer to move my belongings to another unit. Then they raised the rent $19/month on the other unit without duly notifying me. I raised this with Matt, and as yet is still unresolved. They sadly seem very intent on making money, the monthly fees are not cheap, and not concerned with customer satisfaction. 😩
I have been storing at GoodFriend Storage for many years and the facility is not only extremely clean it is always staffed with very friendly and helpful employees.Highly recommend GoodFriend Self Storage.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The building is clean and very secure. I like that you need a code to get onto the property and into the buildings.

2021-11-04I have been a tenant since 2018 and recently had an issue with my bill. I needed to provide proof of insurance and that I was a senior citizen. Francisco treated me with RESPECT and resolved the issue. Today I received the corrected billing on my visa card. Francisco is a gentlemen & professional and a true ASSET to StorQuest. I HIGHLY recommend anyone in need of a storage unit to go to StorQuest.

2020-06-22We have been customers of this facility for almost three years. Our experience has been excellent in that we get assistance immediately when requested, provision of a good selection of accessory items, generally helpful and pleasant. Access hours are sufficient for our needs. We had a wide choice of location of our unit and chose one very close to a door to the parking lot.The only downside is how expensive the monthly rental is. We acknowledge that small businesses have to meet their bottom line, and we have not left because of the expense.

2018-11-23I have been using Good Friend, and its predecessor owner, for over 6 years. I have my unit for business purposes. The customer service is excellent! Matt and Paul are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Access to the facility is easy and my storage unit is in great condition.Regardless of your storage needs, I highly recommend Good Friend!

2020-06-23Facility is very clean and well managed on site. Staff is always polite and extremely helpful. Rates have increased without noticeable improvements or explanation, but that is due to parent company. Would definitely recommend if you require temporary or permanent storage options.

2018-07-25This place is clean and safe. We never had a problem. Found the manager, Matt, to be helpful. I would recommend this storage facility. Its also temperature controlled, which was important to me. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

2019-02-01The current manager, Paul, is definitely best in class. He is personable, helpful and always ready to assist. There have been issues with the gates not opening to leave, in the past, but it now seems to be in order. The place is clean and provides great accessibility for me.
