Nobody likes moving but I’ll give my best recommendation to this storage facility. From professionalism during a pandemic, accommodations, availability and pricing are worth giving your business to StorQuest Self Storage. The building is climate controlled, plenty of carts to move your belongings and music to make the experience positive. The storing of my belonging there is temporary however I’d rent here again without reservation. Clean facility and great staff, it’s worth storing your stuff there. Thank you, your company also has great staff.
This was my first experience with renting a storage space and according to my research, I found the lowest rates at StorQuest. OJ at the West Babylon location was so personable, honest, and pleasant to work with. He explained everything and took the time to show me multiple units until I found one that met my needs. Even though he was the only person working there at the time and was busy running around helping several customers, I didn’t feel rushed and felt he gave me the time needed to feel comfortable with my decision. The facility also seemed clean with multiple levels of security.
Elwin was amazing and very knowledgeable. Showed us the different types of storage units and suggested the best size for my project. 10/10 would recommend!
The application process was informative and quick. Elwin is a true professional, real pleasure working with him. Facilities are very clean with easy access to units
I had a smooth and easy tour of the unit sizes i was interested in , and Stephanie also recommended a size that was perfect for what i wanted, she was super friendly and knowledgeable of things, very outstanding experience i had. Glad i picked here, plus the prices were very good.

StorQuest is amazing. I couldn’t imagine utilizing any other storage facility, especially after experiencing some others in the past. Aside from the clean, climate-controlled facilities, their customer service is what really sets them apart from the competition. Each and every time I have had an interaction with a staff member, the overall experience was exceptional. I highly recommend StorQuest to anyone looking to utilize a storage facility.
Ennio and his staff are fantastic and made my first experience w/ renting storage space an great one. They’re super accommodating and thorough. An employee even helped me lift some underestimatedly heavy pieces of equipment - a major help at the time and he did not have to do that. Anyway - great place for storage - super clean/awesome storage units/super friendly. Marquis is a tremendous help as well. Thanks guys.
Marquise is such a pleasure to deal with, he’s very friendly, respectful and extremely thorough explaining the policy, when payment is due, 10 day grace period, and so much more. He asked all the right questions and then showed us around. My husband and I were very pleased to see that all the units are temperature controlled and has 24 hour surveillance. It is also nice to see impeccably clean bathrooms.
I recently went to StorQuest in west Babylon on 109 I was dealing with Christina and Marquise who both were very helpful and polite. I rented a 10by10 unit for a great competitive price in a beautiful new storage facility. This facility is really nice and very easy access to the units it has a indoor loading dock and a lot of carts dollies and hand trucks that you are aloud to use for free I would recommend StorQuest to anybody I would give the facility and the employees 10 stars if I could great experience thank you so much for being a leader in the storage industry.
The staff at StorQuest in West Babylon are knowledgeable, professional and very very nice!!! I’ve had my unit since the first week the facility opened and amImpressed with the ease of entry to my unit with my passcode I have never felt apprehensive about entering the facility alone after the office has closed The hours are perfect for my busy schedule and the area is always clean and inviting. Wonderful place to store your stuff!!!!!
Pleased at how easy the rental process was. The manager showed us around the premises to all the different sized units and made us feel at ease about the safety of our items being stored. The location is very clean, well lit and the price was excellent.
I saw the place as I was driving by & liked the location & appearance. The young man who helped me was friendly & very professional.He found the best unit with comfortable access for me. I have rented other storage units in the past but this experience is by far the best!
I visited your facility today and was highly impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm that the manager, Marquess, showed to me and other customers while I was waiting for service. I went back to change my storage room to smaller size and the man was helpful to showed us the different size rooms and was pleased how clean the place is and plenty of carts and liked the security code and camera on us thank u for helping me! I would recommend this to other ppl like my family and friends!
I went into StorQuest on Farmingdale Road in West Babylon on Friday, October 18. Ennio, the manager there was very helpful and helped me decide to use the service of his location. His patience and professionalism were the best. I called the phone number listed online and the answering service quickly assisted me with booking a reservation with no deposit. They confirmed pricing and availability before passing my information along to the West Babylon location. Yulieth called me from StorQuest and confirmed everything once again and invited me to come down when I was ready. When I arrived I was greeted right away. Yulieth showed me the unit I would be booking and even found one closer to the elevator for convenience. It was a great experience all around and I would recommend StorQuest to anyone.
Let me tell you something I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and also I am a business owner. All my years of dealing with the public Ennio is the best. He was nice punctual and quick. My wife and I are so happy we went with this place. The facility is immaculate and the staff is great. Storquest is way better of a place then there competitors. My wife and I will be telling everyone about it.
The place is very clean and neat. The representative we dealt with (OJ) showed us a number of options and explained things clearly and thoroughly. He answered all our questions and really met our needs. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has storage needs.
StorQuest West Babylon is fantastic. Convenient hours, climate controlled, clean, and uses smart cylinder locks that cannot be cut, nor can you forget your key. The staff here is way beyond courteous. Steve helped me open a unit fast and efficiently. Explained everything in detail. I got caught in a bit of rain unloading some items and a young lady (did not catch her name) on the staff ran out to me with an umbrella! That was super above and beyond. Ill be recommending to everyone in the area for their storage needs.

The Storquest Farmingdale facility is one of the most organized and clean storage building I have ever visited, it has the most helpful and pleasant staff. A+ in my book!

I reserved a small unit online but when I saw it in person it was smaller that I thought, however Esther showed me a larger size that would work perfect for what I need and still be within budget. She walked me through everything, and was such a pleasure to work with. I look forward to moving my stuff in!

2021-11-02Came back to find MANY of my items with mold. Used this as a safe place, with promised climate control to store my items while I live in a temporary smaller apartment, and need to save any space we have. ***they make you pay for insurance, which states it cover this kind of thing…. Little do you know, once you a claim they change their terms of only covering up to $500! ***they trap you! You can pay your end, and they don’t hold up their bargain!!

2021-08-16Absolutely amazing service! Accommodated me even when I wanted to switch units 1 week after getting my first one. Both David and Elwin were not only professional but insanely nice. My unit was super clean, perfect for what I needed, climate controlled and Ill continue to use their services as long as I am on Long Island in this area!

I wasn’t sure exactly what size unit I should obtain but she helped me decide what unit would accommodate my needs. Her ability to show you how to maximize your space with all her ideas was spot on for my needs. She really knows her business/job! She has such a BEAUTIFUL PERSONALITY and engages with her client to make you feel welcome and that your opinion as a customer matters. Now I presently have a unit elsewhere for less but that saying that states, “You get what you pay for”, definitely applies to this store. It’s immaculate. So clean and inviting. I had to take the unit ☺️. Stephanie is an employee that all businesses should have. I can bet if they had Stephanie in their store she would definitely bring in and keep clients. 2021-01-26StorQuest was the third and final storage facility I researched and walked through. It was also the furthest of the three. Within 10 minutes I knew for sure that’s where I would trust my treasured memories and belongings.Stephanie was so very pleasant, patient, and helpful. I could see what a wonderful rapport she had established with many customers. Some made sure they stopped in to say hello, and they also waved hello or goodbye to each other. It says a lot when you see an employee on a first name basis with clients.These few brief moments showed me so much and I look forward to being a customer with them as long as I need. I’ve also already shared my opinion of the West Babylon location and also of Stephanie with many friends and family.Thank you StorQuest for making a very tough transition so tolerable. 😊
