A fantastic team who couldnt do enough to help you. We got our bespoke wedding rings here, and the team nailed it. I have a pretty unique and differently shaped ring, and their goldsmith did a couple of designs to match it. I chose the one I liked best. I couldnt recommend Studio jewelry enough.

I want to give an awesome review with Studio Jewelers. In July, I searched online for a jewelry store that can custom make a piece for my wife. I saw Studio Jewelers and decided to give it a try. My piece that was made was exactly what I expected, the price was perfect and my wife was extremely satisfied. My salesperson was awesome and his colleague Vedo was also great! So much that I decided to bring a custom made medallion Ive had over 18 years for repair and purchase something myself and did. In total I spent a nice chunk but didnt feel cheated or hustled at all. I was helped by the Assistant manager, Vedo. She was extremely helpful, respectful and most importantly patient as I am very indecisive when purchasing my jewelry. She took the time to show me various gold chains, bracelets, and pendants. Even allowed me to look through a book and order a pendant that wasnt at the store. Best Jewelers in The Bronx. A bit expensive but they cater to all ideas and needs. 90% of their jewelry is unique. They have something for everyone, even design your own jewelry. They also have a store credit card for those that qualify. Great jewelry for those that can afford it. 👍🏾
Studio Jewelers provided excellent customer service, even after my husband made a purchase. They went above and beyond to get us the information needed to find out why we hadn’t received any information about our credit card or payments. The situation was cleared up within a few hours.
I started my business with the jewelry store years ago when my Diamond watch kept stopping after trying several attempts at other. Jewelry stores to fix the problem I went into mall shopping with some family members who referred me to them and told me how proficient their work was and gave my watch to fix and it’s true the work was impeccable so when my gold name ring broke last months I look at my watch and knew it was time to take it to a place that does great and long lasting work.
My husband and I saw the great reviews for this location and we now understand why. Our first visit was to size down my engagement and wedding ring, which not many other jewelers wanted to do due to the extreme difference from an 8.5 to 6.5. Ralph assured us that they were up for the task and would make sure no diamonds fell out. The job was seamless and beautifully done! I couldnt imagine anything better. Our second visit came a week before our wedding when I decided to do some heavy lifting and crushed my engagement ring with three diamonds falling out. We rushed to Studio Jewelers and Ralph saved me again and had it fixed the same day! We are forever grateful to you Ralph for your help. Amazing work done here.

Hi had this name chain since I was 16, I’m 31 now . It wasn’t cleaned in years ! The chain popped and plate started to separate. So I had to bring it in. When I received my necklace I started to cry. I couldn’t believe how perfectly repaired it was. It looked just like the day my now deceased Mother gave it to me. (God bless her soul ). The staff were helpful and friendly the whole experience phenomenal.Quality work , for reasonable prices. Just thank you I feel like my My Mother is more with me now.

I want to start by saying that I never give reviews and for me to give one means that this jewelry store is by far the best jewelry ive ever been to. Last week i went to the jewelry store because my sons chain kept breaking and i really wanted to keep the chain that he had because it meant so much more than just a chain. He had his chain since 6months old and he is now 5years old. Millie and Ralph knew how hard I worked to maintain my sons valuables and so they took good care of me and made sure that not only i get a good chain for my son but the same type of style but much more durable than the last chain. Ive acknowledged that and cant thank them enough. They deserve all the credit from me. I recommend them 1000% if you like to be taken care of please go to them.

I went in today to get a few links removed from a watch I bought online that was a little too big for my wrist. After the guy looked at my watch and took it back to get fixed, he began trying to sell me sort of membership- showing me some sort of free sets of earrings or something if you sign up. I politely decline.He then points at me to another guy in the store and says something about me being a good customer. I guess I should be flattered there was something about me that made these guys see dollar signs in my eyes when I walked in.So then this second guy even more aggressive than the first guy tries to sell me the membership you get a free this with this and that. I wasnt interested in any membership- theres always a catch- even if its an innocent catch like youll get too much mail- theres always a catch- all I wanted was to get my watch fixed. I try in so many ways to say no- Ill think about it, maybe another time etc.. Then I get confused and Im thinking theyre telling me to take the sign-up sheet and I can bring it back later (I was going to take it only to shut them up) only to ask for my ID as if Im signing up already. Finally, after politely declining several times, I had to tell them in a passive-aggressively annoyed tone that I only went it to get my watch taken care of and I wasnt interested in the membership.Magically, a minute later the guy who walked away after I said no to the membership a zillion times comes back tells me the guy in the back is busy and it will take a half hour to fix. If I want, I can come back in a half hour. Magically after I turn down the membership, suddenly the guy cant fix my watch. Pretty obvious what that was about although to be honest I was getting so annoyed in how overly aggressive the store employees were being in trying to sell me a membership that I was at the point of asking for my watch back and leaving anyway over being upset at their overly aggressive and pushy sales tactics. (I realize whatever the watching fixing cost is rather small compared to buying jewelry but youd think theyd prefer a sale of any size over alienating a customer).i told them Id come back in a half hour which was really my polite way of saying- Ill take my business elsewhere since you didnt seem to want mine.

2022-04-20Oh where to start!I have been a patron of this establishment since 2004.One of my earrings fell into my bathroom sink drain so I thought it would be best to get both earrings cleaned. I was told it would be $15 to clean my earrings. I had no problem with that.These are what my earrings looked like AFTER they were cleaned. I was told I needed a polish as well to remove whatever else was still visible. Why would I agree to a polish after the lack of cleaning?I couldn’t believe an employee told me my earrings needed to be polished as well after I was able to VISIBLY pick dirt out from the back of my earrings with my fingernail AFTER the cleaning that took place. Polishing and cleaning are two entirely different things. Why would I polish something that looks like this after the fact?The dirt literally fell on the glass display case yet I was told a polish was needed afterwards. The circled areas are locations of dirt buildup which clearly are still visible after the cleaning I paid for.I could understand if a cleaning AND polish were recommended after careful observation of my earrings upon entry to the establishment but that was not the case.Polishing to remove scratches should not be suggested if a cleaning is what is asked of an establishment. The mention of rhodium coating should not be suggested if visible dirt is still shown on the very surface of an item and visible dirt was removed with a fingernail AFTER a cleaning has been performed.Also, I do not remember the cleaning of any of my jewelry in the past being completed in under two minutes so that just added insult to injury.At the end of the day, it’s not about the price because I would have gladly paid for a polish and cleaning if it was suggested beforehand. It is about the blatant lie I was told after paying for a service. If you can lie to me about a cleaning service, then I can only imagine what to expect for future purchases. Honestly I will never return.
