My favorite studio! Variety of classes. Nice and small reformer class insures that you will be given attention of the instructor. TRX class is amazing! All the instructors make you feel comfortable and welcome during the classes. Highly recommend.
Usually my left wrist is not good and my shoulders are weak and my balance is too bad. After months of constant pain, the pain is gone. Dwaeseo a lot of core strengthening muscles without even back pain.The facilities and facilities are clean and the teachers are so good and the booking system is convenient as an app.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Lately, my back has been so bad, so I started Pilates... I think its really good. I feel refreshed after doing it... The teachers teach me well and I think its really good... I quit my membership for a year, but I think Ill have to work hard... lol
I have a pain in my back, but it is getting better. My shoulders are straightened and my posture is getting better. Come to those who want to have a healthy and beautiful body. Its great for teaching them easily and professionally according to their physical condition.
I have been around for a year for the purpose of relieving the pain caused by the lumbar disc and correcting my body shape. I was struggling with pain enough to interfere with my daily life, but the pain itself has disappeared since I started exercising.
Its been over 2 years, but I like the first ones.Second too cleanThe third one is not boring and its jammed every time
After working out, I feel so good.

2019-09-07This is a wonderful place. Clean, neat working space. Sammy and Lisa are just great. They encourage you and watch your posture at all times. In two and a half weeks I’ve lost 1 inch from my waste and my belly! Very satisfied!

2018-06-20Tried flying yoga and pilates so far. Genuinely enjoyed those classes and the instructors are very helpful and enthusiastic. The place is so clean as well and nicely equipped! so many different types of classes to choose from and easy to book each session using a mobile app.
