Joe and Chris went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I understood everything that was going on throughout our home inspection. They would stop to explain things and went into detail on how to either repair or replace anything they saw that needed to be addressed. Great communicators who explained things in common language easy to understand stand. Very through job with no stone unturned. Their process through use of their portal is very user friendly and efficient. The report typically gets uploaded in 24 hours however my report was a day late uploading to my account and he reached out to offer $100 off for the oversight which was above and beyond even though it was not necessary. Great company. Highly recommend.

If you need a home inspector, use these guys. They did an very thorough inspection of the house i was going to buy. They walked me through what was wrong as well as some temporary fixes if I didnt have the budget to replace an item right away. They emailed me my report the next day and it was very organized and detailed. I showed the report to a few people and all of them remarked on how much information they gave on everything. I would recommend to anyone that is planning to buy or sell a home...or just someone that wants to find anything that needs attention in your home.

2022-05-01After being highly recommended, we had Joe and Chris complete our home inspection. Joe did the outside and Chris did the inside, which made it nice and quick! They made an amazing team. They were both extremely thorough, professional, and personable. They took the time to walk me through any items that needed attention and gave me their professional guidance. Not even 24 hours later I received our inspection report. It was color coded, broken down into categories, and each item had a picture/video, blurb, and a recommendation on who can help. 2022-01-08High quality, in depth inspection. Joe and Chris were thorough, specific and took the time to explain specifics as they were inspecting the home. They broke down what it was they were inspecting while explaining the quality and condition it was in. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed about the home. I have experienced multiple home inspections but never one done to this extent. They even got into the crawl space to make sure I had nothing to worry about below the home.
