I have received the WORST customer service from this company. I received a defective roof rack. I attempted to install it only to realize the end caps do not slide on like they should (I had this roof rack on previous model with no issues). After taking photos of the issues, I took the rack back down only to find significant damage to my car. I emailed the company (because due to covid they dont accept phone calls). I requested a refund and shipping cost. They refused to cover any shipping on a defective item and said they would only refund me after I ship it back so they can inspect. So I ship the item back and they tell me they inspected it and processed a refund for only the item as it was indeed defective. It has been a month and I still have not received the refund they claim they processed 3 times. So I am out the cost of the roof rack, $100 in shipping fees, and left with damage to my brand new car. I would NEVER order from this company again.
I needed a car cover for my Subaru. Subaru on-line had the cover that fit perfectly! The price was great and the item arrived on-time. I plan to order additional items from Subaru On-line Parts. BTW, I have 2016 Subaru Legacy. One of the best cars I have ever purchased, bar none!
The cross bars fit perfectly, and were REALLY easy to install! They didnt come with any instructions, so I was slightly worried at first. Upon a deeper look, I realized no instructions were necessary. So far, I love my new cross bars! Ill update this review after I have used them for some DIY projects I have planned.
Great experience! Even during this pandemic I received my products fast and as described. Also, I really liked their fraud prevention process. The team handled my transaction professionally and even checked with me that this was actually me. As I had ordered it for my cousin. Great job team!
Needed new floor mats for my 2017 Forester. Located them quickly on the website, ordered them, and had them at my home in a couple of days. I was very satisfied and will order from here again if I need something for my car. The price was less than half of what the local dealer quoted me.
*** UPDATED REVIEW, WAS 1 STAR ***After about 2 months of waiting, I got the replacement for defective part along with return shipping label. Theyre good with their promises. Only when the quality control issue, unlucky event, or accident happened... prepare for long turn-around-time. This can be improved.
Ordering the maintenance parts for my 2013 Subaru Outback was very easy. The price with shipping was the lowest I could find and way less than purchase at my local dealer. I received the parts in great condition and within a reasonable period of time. I am a satisfied customer!
I ordered an accessory for my vehicle that didnt fit properly. I have tried emailing more than once and Im constantly told that my issue have been forwarded to the proper department. Its been weeks and the issue still stands and I havent heard from anyone.UPDATE: 5/28/2021I finally heard from a Rep and was told since I dont have the box, (Not the actual item I purchased, but the Box) they cannot help me. I am left with an accessory that doesnt fit. I recommended anyone who purchase from this site to hold on to your boxes or you may find yourself in the same predicament that Im in.
Not only did they have the exact item I was looking for for my Forester, but the piece was way lower than the dealership which didnt even carry the mats I wanted.I had to reach out for a question about my order and Jeff helped me by providing me with a tracking number which I wasnt able to check as my account was having problems with login.I will definitely be purchasing from Subaru Online Parts again! After waiting more than 2 years for WeatherTech, to offer side window deflectors that insert into the window channel (they offer them for Forresters up to 2018 - I was tired of getting into a car, after it sat in the sun for 8+ hours with temps in excess of 100+ degrees), I decided to go with the adhesive ones that Subaru offered (I had a bad experience with adhesive ones in the past).They arrived in a timely fashion (though without installation instructions); I cleaned the door frame with alcohol wipes, wiped them with a clean rag and installed the deflectors.So far, Im pleased (the interior temps are 10 - 15 degrees lower) - I hope that the Subaru Adhesive strips work better that the previous aftermarket brand that I had issues with.
I just purchased my new Subaru in May of this year and I have found that everyone has been outstanding. Im not sure how others are treated but I can only speak for myself. Outstanding customer service and response time on my questions. Keep up the great work and let everyone their know to stay safe and keep smiling.
Everything went smooth as can be. Navigating the website was easy. We were kept abreast of the entire process of our order; when it was received by the wharehouse, when it went out for delivery, the tracking info, etc. And the package arrived earlier then the original expected date. Always find what you need for your Subaru on this site. Excellent prices and always delivery is on time without hassle. I have bought parts interior, exterior and accessories from them and no one comes closes for cost and shipping charges.This time I purchased a pet cover for my 2019 Forester it fit like a glove while another site it would not, go figure. The product is top notch and best of all it has split backing to allow one of the seat backs to be upright.You can buy at this site with a peace of mind that you are going to get authentic Subaru products.
I am very pleased with the quality of my products I received. However the process was not easy and annoying and delayed me getting my items for about 3 weeks. I ultimately received my items 2 days before I had to go on a long road trip. I wish the process had been better to get to the end result.
Have purchased parts to be shipped to Australia twice. Both times staff (Mike) have gone out of the way to make the transaction as easy as possible. Fast response to messages and sorted freight quickly. Able to purchase options not offered in Australia. Thanks again Norm
I emailed some basic measurement questions about a part to the customer service inbox and they replied that they didn’t have any information due to the part being made by a 3rd party, in this case Thule. So, I emailed Thule customer service and asked the same questions. They replied back saying that the part was made specifically for SOA so they had no detailed information on it, and suggested that I contact SOA. Anyway, it was frustrating. I went ahead and bought the part anyway due to limited aftermarket options, but I do suggest that if y’all are going to sell a part, the least you could do is know the measurements. Otherwise, delivery was pretty quick and the website was easily navigated. Thanks!
It started when the wrong item was delivered. Then we discovered their customer service phone is no longer answered (they actually say that in their voicemail message!), there is no one responding to the live chat, and their submit a ticket feature is disabled. It has taken a series of 28 emails with this company, just to get a Fedex return label (their Fedex call tag system is also not working) to send the item back. And their return policy only gives 30 days. It has taken close to that just to get the return label. Never again with this company. Discounts are great, but not worth the hassle here.
Subaru Parts had every accessory I was looking for & more. My only complaint is the 3rd row seat covers had no installation instructions. There was for 2nd row seat covers which were very helpful with install but couldn’t be used with 3rd row covers. I will order from the company again soon.
My husbands Subaru Impresszas cargo cover was stolen from our garage during our move. I called the Subaru dealership and cost of replacement they quote me was more than we were willing to spend. So I started looking on-line and found this website. Im always hesitant in using new websites but Subaru Online Parts price was $60-$80 less for the same Cargo Cover (new) than what the dealer quoted me. Even with shipping it was still a better deal. So I bit the bullet and hit the buy button. The purchase process was quite easy and a few weeks later we got the cargo cover. It was in the original manufacturer package, looked great and fit perfectly. I have now placed this website on our Trusted List for future purchases.
Horrible experience, website malfunctions and errors ordering multiple expensive parts. Horrible customer Service, Jerry should be fired. Ignoring my emails, not fully refunding the orders that I shipped back right away unopened. If I at least got the full refund of Items I never ordered I wouldnt even need to even post this as a warning to future buyers to stay away from SubaruOnlineParts.
I was looking for an online parts source where I could purchase OEM parts for ny BRZ, I live in Canada and most of the dealership sites instruct you to call them directly.. this is a hassle, The prices are inflated and they usually try to make you get the car serviced at the dealership! another hassle.Then I find Subaru part s online, They have the OEM parts, the site displays the prices and shipping costs. I have made 2 orders and the parts arrived at my door in less than a week, I wasnt charged duty or brokerage fees, Even with the exchange rate the prices were lower than my local dealer, All in all a very satisfying experience,
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.DIY is great, getting info from youtube and so on, but sometimes the parts they used is not really compatible with your car. That being said, I ordered the parts i thought fit with my car. Their website asked me to check if the parts I ordered is compatible with VIN number. i didnt see any confirmation at the web other that a check where i input my vin. good thing i did input my VIN, cause a few days later i got an EMAIL with JERRY, telling me the parts i ordered is not compatible with the VIN number i ordered. BUMMER! i replied back that if the parts i ordered is wrong please do me a favor and cancel my order. Other than cancelling my order, i got an email for billing that its a bit higher than the actual parts i ordered. No biggie cause its still much cheaper than the local dealers around my area. parts arrived and sit in the living room until the day its a DIY time. watch the video again just in case and try to match the parts i got to the one in the video and SURPRISE i got the wrong one in my hand... WRONG... the one i ORDERED is the wrong one. JERRY corrected my order prior to sending me the parts. and that im very thankful coz it did not only save me more time and hassle, i finished the issue a few hours later. SUBARU ONLINE PARTS, i never write reviews before. This experience is exceptional for me. The absolute worst customer service. I ordered parts with a specific part number ending in “B”.They wrote to me to confirm part number and requested vin again to confirm I was correct. They agreed and shipped part number ending “A” which I had told them did not work with my 2021 Outback. Cannot communicate by phone. E mails at best take 24-48 hours to get a reply.Avoid this business like no other.
Quick delivery and good prices on a wide range of Subaru accessories. It was easy to find the detailed instructions online to upfit my base Forester with several options (fog lights, auto-dim mirror, rear charging outlets.) No worries about compatibility - these are the same option kits the dealerships use.
As a new owner of a used Subaru Outback in need of a little TLC, I was very pleased to find Subaru Online Parts. Their inventory is great, their prices very fair, and their delivery was FAST. It says something when a customer doesnt have a reason to call customer service, but I am sure that is great, too.
I am extremely pleased by the availability of authentic Subaru parts beyond the local Subaru Dealer. The website is excellent giving confidence that the parts one orders will fit your model and year of vehicle. My only suggestion is that for Canadian clients, the currency is clearly stated as US.
In buying a ski rack for my Subaru Impreza, we were debating between buying a cheaper one on Amazon and purchasing the Thule ski rack made for Subarus from Subaru Online Parts. So glad we went with the Subaru option! It came in two days, in perfect shape, with clear instructions--and kept our skis safe through a long drive in wind and snow. Thanks, Subaru!
I ordered a car cover for a 2010 Forester. I received a cover for a BRZ. Over the course of the last week, I have submitted 2 tickets and sent 3 emails requesting instructions to return the BRZ cover and get my Forester cover. I have yet to receive any response other than an email that one of my tickets has been submitted. Dont like to post these things publicly, but I see no alternative. BTW, I own 2 Subarus, but cant see ordering any more parts or accessories from here if this is how they respond to customer complaints.
Asked if they could stock an item that wasnt listed on their website - it was added to their catalogue and available to order within a few hours.Ordered the item and paid for shipping to an international location - item was shipped quickly and arrived pretty quickly.The shipping was a little bit more than Id have liked - but given their great service in adding the non-stocked item and sending it very quickly I was more than happy in the end.
DO NOT GO TO THE ADDRESS LISTED ON GOOGLE. The address is for Grand Prix Subaru, and the dealership has no connection with the website, they simply provide the inventory. I tried placing an order online, but the website does not give an option for local pickup. So I tried calling and simply get a message to email them. So I email them repeatedly and get a reply about 1/3 of the time. Unable to get in touch via email, I figured Id just go there, and was met by a very rude parts department employee. Before I could even finish my sentence, he told me that they have nothing to do with the website, he doesnt know who I spoke to over email, and they do not and will not honor the online pricing. The only reason I still ended up placing an order through the website is because it was about $150 cheaper than buying from the parts department, which is the only reason Im giving them 2 stars instead of 1. I honestly wish I knew what a hassle it would have been, I would have just paid the $20 shipping and saved myself the headache. I hope this review saves others from a similar experience.
Very bad customer service, the part i ordered wasnt in stock so had to contact customer service just to find out. So i told them i didnt want to wait any longer for the part i requested a refund. Instead they had me wait longer, i ordered from another vendor and they didnt give me refund instead tried to send the part after i had already requested refund and ordered from somewhere else. The chat ticket is ridiculous and horrible for customer service.
As the name implies they are an online Subaru parts source. I ordered driver, passenger and rear window wipers for my 2019 Subaru Outback and I got them in two days, Indiana from New York. They were well packed, in perfect shape and enough cheaper than the local dealer to cover tax and shipping as well as a few dollars more, about the amount of a domestic six pack, and they are OEM Subaru parts. It is worth buying OEM wipers as the original set lasted 3 months shy of two years. I will be in contact with Subaru Online Parts the next time I need parts. RockAuto cant sell OEM Subaru Parts like these folks can.
I recently totaled my 2018 Outback in a Roll Over accident caused by my not paying attention,Thankfully, no one was injured! the other vehicle was a 2002suburban,that hit me full contact between the doors on the passenger side at35 mph. both vehicles totaled. mine becauseforce of impact caused my car to land on drivers sid&bounceonto the front of roof.crushing it&the front of the hood Validated by the witnesses,, My love of Subarus has increased ten fold!! The roof rails absorbed the impact& kept the car from crushing more. the windshield shattered,but did not break its seal! the Airbag system in the Outback is Amazing!! They kept the shattered glass fromflyingaround& also kept me in place!! I just my re re cieved my Total loss check from State Farm(another great Company). I am definitely going to buy a new Outback. Spent 160 dollars on an item for my subaru. Recieved the item damaged even tho it was packed perfectly and no indications of damage to the packaging. Represntative emailed me a return label so they could replace my item. Never heard back from the representative after the item was recieved by them. And have yet to be contacted in regards to replacement or a refund by any other representative even after placing a general email a week later. They stole my money and i got nothing in return. Wont be purchasing anymore oem parts from these guys ever again. Thanks alot you guys.
I was hesitant at first, I didnt like that no one answers the phone... But, email response is quick, website is easy to navigate, shipping is fast, and the best part is, Ive spent about $700 with you folks, and everything is indeed OEM Subaru, and you CANT find better prices, anywhere! Ive placed multiple orders over the years and for each of them the fitment was confirmed, even to the exact year to make sure the pieces are the exact ones you need. Superseded part numbers are corrected and confirmed with you prior to shipment. Shipping is quick and if anything is backordered or otherwise unavailable, they will work with you to determine the best course of action. Other places will just cancel the entire order without another thought or detailed communication. If there are ever missing pieces in your delivered package, they will work with you. I have and will continue to purchase any OE Subaru parts from here.

2021-09-07Ordered two Thule Bicycle roof racks. Customer service was helpful in picking the correct fitment. Racks arrived within two days. Packaging was obviously handle roughly by the delivery service (I think it was UPS) Fortunately, nothing missing but two screws which were readily available at local Ace Hardware. Racks installed easily and I am excited to use them for an upcoming 2700 mile trip.

2021-04-26The right parts at the right price with fast, reliable shipping. I bought several accessories for a 2021 Outback. The prices were excellent and I received them within a few days. Contrast this to a part I purchased from another online vendor. That order for one item was purchased prior to the Subaru Online Parts order, and I still havent received it 15 days after ordering. For future orders it will only be Subaru Online Parts.Another order placed and the same good service. The selection of parts and accessories is excellent and prices among the best.
