I completely agree with Ava. The Employees are amazing and very respectful with customers. Im not much of a sub person, but I do come in occasionally because I love how they make subs. Both day and night shifters are very sweet. But the manager is who I have a problem with. He seems like a completely controlling and evil man. Ive been to his Deleware store too and he seems like he has no proper control and doesnt know how to treat his employees right. New employee every month yet he doesnt treat the good employees that he has with respect! No wonder they quit!
I give it a 3 out of 5 only because the employees are great. Its the manager whom I have a problem with. I can tell he neglects and abuses his employees. Why else would he have a new employee almost every month? How is it safe to have one person closing at night? What he needs to do is have two people working. I work near area and come in often and sometimes I see how busy it gets! If it wasnt for employees I would never go inside the trash he calls subway, but the employees are great!!!
Dude was on his phone while taking orders and made our sub and salad poorly. Never coming to this one again.
I was there at 650pmI will never come back the 2 workers were so rude. The one stood there and starred at customers and then she took over. No personality. Never asked if we wanted drinks. I can’t stress how rude they were.
The owner gave me stale bread. I ordered a whole sub not toasted. My bread is stale!
Ordered from here and got apple sauce for my kids and it was all moldy and all they did was apologize and say they didn’t know my kids could of got sick check your food better
The worker has a thick accent that is hard to understand and puts very little vegies on the subs. For example I asked for cucumbers and I got 3 slices so I asked for double and I got only 2 more which is still below average
Food was really good today, people were nice and quick.
Okay if you looking for something simple to eat. Customer service well thats a different story. They need to pay attention to customers.
The person making the sub was not at all attentive even though I was the only one there. She made the sub in such a rush and was hardly putting anything in. She even got a call and left the counter midway of the order. The sub was dry. 😔
Was dark in side. Needs new paint or something to brighten it up. Food good.
If u open at 9:10, write that on the front door, not 9 am on the door, specially a cold weather, no one wants waiting outside.
Great employees and good food. Fairly close to AMC for a bite after hitting the movies. Would recommend.

2021-06-03Wow what an experience, worst one Ive had and I love subway! The guy didnt seem like he wanted to be there so I took on his wrath I guess. I asked for one line of mayo, this thing is dripping. When he put the veggies on I had to ask for more cause he literally counted them. I asked for 3 cookies and he gave me two, than didnt give me the meal deal which didnt dawn on me until I got back. And the bread doesnt seem to be toasted.... Go to a different location or taco bell right in front

2020-02-04I like this location compared to others in the area.Staff is friendly and patient.The typical subway outlook of the store is super clean and quiet too.Its a bit out of way from where we live yet we end up going to this location.Buffalo chicken is favourite sub so far.ocassionally I do eat veggie ones which sfe equally good.

2022-05-01Ordered for pick up at 1:20 for it to be ready at 2. Waited in store from 2 until 2:30 and they had not even started. They served about 8 customers that had come in after me and did not even attempt to start my order

2021-12-22I just buy a wrap it was bad, the lettuce it was like pink. And the steak smell weird. They dont follow subway rules. and keep the meats and veggies long time or mix the new with the old. Not good.

2021-05-26Dipesh (The owner) is a horrendous person. I come in sometimes at night and there is only one person working despite it being busy and as well dangerous for a girl closing by herself. The owner himself is one of the rudest people Ive encountered, creepy and unprofessional. He treats his employees like theyre dirt and has no respect for anyone. I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with such a person. The store is clean and food is okay. I just wouldnt support this business due to the owner being a narcissist who is only looking out for himself.

2021-03-16We were in store yesterday and one of your employees refused to accept the coupon that Subway sent out because he didnt know how to enter it into the computer why do they send out coupons if they dont accept them. They didnt say anything about New York State they mention other states that it wasnt valid. Everyone is out to make money and I am so sick and tired of getting ripped off when you have a coupon for something that they should accept dont worry I wont it be going back there anymore

2021-08-28Ordered a steak sandwich. Specifically told the guy behind the counter I did NOT want a heated sandwich. Looked me in the eye and proceeded to rearrange the cheese on the bread and then heated the steak anyway.

2018-12-13The food was decent and the customer service was great, except for the staffing issues. The person that prepared our food did not have anyone assisting with the register or sandwich preparation. This significantly slowed down the entire process. The worst part about the situation was that there was another employee in the back that could have filled in temporarily to address the growing line. I commend her for working hard without adequate help.

2019-06-29They have one person working I stood in line for over 10 minutes the worker kept saying how it is always like this. I had to ask the worker to change his gloves after he was messing with the tablet. When my subs were in the toaster oven the worker started messing with cleaning stuff and was not going to change his gloves again. I will never eat at this location. If I could do no stars I would it was that bad.

2018-12-10Liza is a great employee...patient and serves with excellence. Give her a Christmas bonus. She was the only employee in the restaurant around 7 pm and served 8 people in about 15 minutes without making mistakes. An extra employee during the dinner hour would be great from a customer service perspective. Try the new mint chocolate chip cookie, its excellent.
