I would most definitely give 0 stars if possible. The sub rolls were tough and cookies were cooked all the way through. Wet and soggy! We wanted to eat in the restaurant, when I asked the gentleman behind the counter if the tables had been sanitised he looked at me like I had 3 heads! I asked him to wipe one down for us, he swiped the table top with a wet rag. No chairs and no sanitizers. This is a problem!!
Veggies were too cold they hurt my teeth, sweet onion sauce is the absolute best!
Every time we go to this subway it is very busy. They often seem to be understaffed, but the one or two people that are there are extremely hard workers and have smiles on their faces despite the huge lines. I have to give the staff a huge kudos and we KEEP going back because they make a good sandwich and are generous with the toppings.
Went to get my sub for dinner yesterday and a kid with long hair locked the door so i couldnt get inside. He had all of his friends without masks running around inside. they were just laughing at me and i honked the horn. Horrible service never going to this subway EVER again. VERY RUDE!!!!
Sandwich was not ready when I arrived. Not much of the mayo, oil and vinegar I asked for.so was kind of dry. It was an ok sub. Also, ordered two cookies, which she forgot (I reminded her). Staff was friendly and the store was clean. Like the old train station. Will give it another try. Everyone has an off day....
This is the coolest subway Ive been to. Its is in an old train station! The sandwich artist was nice to my little kids and made great sandwiches for us. We go here often as it is nearby our neighborhood.
Very pleasant, clean and friendly environment. Someone who appeared to be in training didnt complete my online order but they were quick to correct the mistake and apologized way more than necessary. Ive been back numerous times and have had no issues at all. Its not the mistakes you make but how you fix them.
The Last Time I Went There I Got a Sub With a fly in it. I was pretty disgusted so I wanted my money returned and I also returned the Sub too. The workers, which was 2 college students, wouldn’t give me a return. They Said that I could only get another sub. Wt@? It’s Like 8:00 And I’m Not Gonna Get A Soggy Chicken Sub For Breakfast! not Gonna Be Going There again
Asked for a steak egg and cheese footlong on flatbread. what i got was just steak and cheese plopped in between the bread and rolled into a burrito. literally have never had a worse experience at a subway
Walk in and the two girls walked away and did not want to serve. The lady who made the sandwich put 4 pieces of ham on and put the mustard all in one spot. Then she got all angry about what credit card I used
Wow!!! The Staff here is on it. They are so friendly and helpful. This subway is out of my way but I choose to come here. The service here beats the 1 in town near me.
Its food, in name only. A short trip to Wegmans which has far superior subs at a little more cost. Even the sub factory isnt too far either.
Thankgiving Eve and decided had enough preparing food and baking for Thanksgiving and so we decided @ 6 pm to have a sub from Subway. What do we find when we get there. NO BREAD !!! How the heck do you run out of rolls ? He said they were busy, well yes, sure like us , others didnt want to cook on this day. Should have been better preparred. And if the manager cared, should have been there to help out. There was a long line of customers, and all we turned away. Shame on the management
I loved the location.. The building was amazing.. Very disappointed they didnt have chicken teriyaki.. I couldnt believe they had no napkins.. We had to Ask and they gave us a piece of paper towel..
Bad place to go if you are concerned about getting Covid. Staff wear masks but are okay with patrons walking around without them on.
Dont mean to be sexist but the girls at this location that work here do a MUCH better job than the guys at making the subs Ive gotten they seem to listen to the customer and take the time to make it right while still getting it done in a timely manner and the subs dont fall apart when I get them home as usually happens (not always of course) when a guy makes my subs
Service was fine, but this is the 2nd time Ive been there to order the chicken, guac. wrap, only to find out the were out of the tomato, basil wraps. They were also out of spinich.
Always got a good sub here. Staff was never in a rush to serve but the job got done right so shouldnt complain. Been here many times

Went to get a sub there sat at 5:30 nobody was in there and the young guy working there acted like i ruined his whole day by coming in never smiled and pretty much rolled his eyes when asked him the kind of breads..Very unprofessional and rude it was obvious he didnt want to be there when i left i said thank you and he said uhhuh will never go back there
Easy on and off the I-86. Service was fast and good sub. The place is an old Train Station which in my book is pretty cool.
The kid here had no idea how to build a sandwich. Everything was piled in the middle, and I had to ask 3 times for more of a topping just to get almost a typical amount for a sandwich. Ill pick another Subway.

2022-05-17Was told at7:10 pm that they were closed, when the sign said they are open until 8. The next day I got in but they were OUT OF banana peppers, and I REALLY wanted them on my subs !!!!

2021-12-31Service was nice enough... then to get home and see the sub folded in half in the bag becus it was not properly wrapped. If I cld also put a pic I would, Becus not only was in folded when I took it out of the bag it was loosely wrapped. Barely around and the whole thing was sloppy and falling apart. Almost needed a fork to eat it. SMDHNo ice in the soda machine, they claimed it was broken .. as Well as Barely cold fountain drinks.

2021-08-10If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would. The food was prepared perfectly, the workers were very friendly and made me feel at home, and they had everything I asked for. One of the workers who went by the name Gavin was very funny and efficient. Cant wait to be back to this location soon.

2021-09-01Was told I couldn’t order more then 3 cookies rather rudely. They’re often out of side ingredients because they’re just not prepared. Had cookies and bread that was so hard (obv previous days batch) that I couldn’t bite into it. They nickel and dime you on the extras. The worst subway location I’ve been to and I go a lot in many towns.

2021-05-19This subway is disgusting. Each time I have gone here it gets worse and worse. Won’t be returning. The employees don’t know the correct way to prepare a hot sub. Condiments tasted watered down, which made the bread soggy.

2020-07-30Unfortunately Im allergic to bread, so I order a salad when I come in. This time I ordered a tuna salad, salad. I paid for a deluxe (3 scoops instead of 2) but only got 2. I would have made a fuss about it, but there was a quickly growing line and there was only one sandwich artist. I didnt want to hold up the line any more than I already had.Then I went to the fountain to fill up my cup with lemonade but the lemonade was out of mix so I just got water. The whole reason I bought the drink was to get lemonade. I had to settle for a soda. Again, I would have told the staff so they could restock the fountain but there was only one employee and she was swamped.It wasnt the employees fault that she was so overwhelmed. I just have a hard time giving a good review on a place that is so understaffed that they cannot give good service.

2020-09-15The selection to fill the sandwich was very limited, no american cheese, no sweet peppers, no spinach, no mayo, no wheatbread, the bread my husband picked was stale. The staff looked as if they were miserable and didnt want to be there. We will not return.

2019-09-29Subway is Subway. They are consistent from store to store. If you like one you will like them all. This one shared a building with a Marijuanna store. First stop gives you the munchies second stop makes them go away. I enjoyed my sub on their out door seating area in the sun.
