Its a sad day when youre told you cannot order any other toppings on a sandwich from subway. Guess what? NO SALE. Ill walk out of any fast food joint that says I HAVE TO take the food I order one way no exceptions. Youre a joke.
Ive been a regular here for the past few years. This is quite possibly the best Subway sandwich shop Ive been to. Bread and veggies are always fresh, and the store is clean and well maintained. Honestly, most NYC Subways are pretty dirty but this particular one is well above the norm as far as franchises go.
My wife and I with there At 1:30 today. The sandwichs we ordered were good. The people working there act like theyre doing you a favor by helping you Not one of them even smiles
Food is really good tbh. Workers there are good, but they get stressed really easily. They need more workers. Great food tho.
Just left the store. One for the employee name Bibi has the worst customer service ever. She was so rube to a Hispanic lady that came in. The lady had a heavy accent but she could be understood, but bibi was so nasty to her but when she moved to the white gentleman she had a great attitude towards him. Thats just total nonsense. I will never spend my money in this subway again.
Indian worker didnt understand English and got my order wrong. Took 20 minutes to make a sandwich that could have been made in 5
I came to subway at 858 closing time on the door says 9pm i had a mask on and they still had one customer in the store the asain guy looked at me and waved with his hands that they are closed told the guy that the door says closing at 9pm and he continued to wave his hands signaling that they are closed im a business owner and i know that if business closes at 9 not 858 false advertising is not good for business very upset with this location and this place

Sooooooo AMAZING i cant even begin to explain how good the food is here. They always get your order right and ive never gotten my food not how i wanted it. And ive been there A LOT.

Got violenly ill after eating here today. Had a turkey wrap guac bacon etc. If i can give them a zero i would. Reporti g to DOH
Had a horrible experience with one of the workers. Only man there (do not know his name, though I asked 2x). Next time hubby ask me to get him food from there, I will probably tell him to get something else.
Food was ready quickly but sandwiches are usually soggy and not great tasting.
Terrible place, hired me from an interview and was there for 3 days training with no pay which is illegal in NY.Than told me they would call me back and never replied to me. They should be sued and i should get money for my unearned wages
Skimpy sandwiches. Got a buffalo chicken & the first 3 bites were all bread. The Subway on FLB & 24th is so much better!
Follows covid procedures, helps to make me feel safe. 4 customers at a time in the store.

2022-04-17Waiters are not skimpy with loading on ingredients here. The subways are filling and delicious. Would be cheaper with the coupons they mail out time to time. The personal pan pizza was doughy and cheesy and also surprisingly tasty.

2022-03-25Still a really great eatery to visit some of the workers are much better then others. The ones that do will treat you like a king and will make sure every detail of the sandwhich correct if you tell them and youll walk away feeling great, otherwise they wont really care and just try to make the sandwhich and get you out sometimes getting details wrong. The food overall if fantastic and healthy no complaints there.

2022-06-0317 of them standing in the back with a long line. 0 focus around customer service. Then the person that actually makes the sandwich, you have to tell him 17 times what you want. Then, if he grabbed the wrong meat, he just put it back in the tray!!! Not hygienic!!!!

2022-02-03I purchase a foot long in this location, I was very disappointed with the service. The cashier are very rude and disrespectful to me. First she ignored me when I ask if they had whole wheat bread, second the lady that serves me thought I said I want turkey but I didnt. She almost put the turkey in the sandwich and I told her no Im sorry I want veggies she threw the turkey back with an attitude.. after she finished making my sandwich she threw the recipe on the counter and walk away. Im a regular at subway restaurants but this one I will not go back there ever again. Theyre very rude 👎

2021-04-12I tried a new menu tuna melt. I was about to order regular tuna sub as usual, but found new menu pictures. Unlike the picture, the tuna melt was just toasted tuna with only cheese and onion. The employee explained to me that the new menu is mostly same as regular tuna but it wasnt. If you want other toppings in it, dont try it.

2021-08-04Came in a little earlier than opening time and the female worker aggressively says we are not open you gotta go..I said I can sit and wait for you to open she says no...so why was the door unlocked? Its for delivery! I didnt see the big deal if i sat for a few minutes until they opened instead of being kicked out..left bad taste in my mouth and i went to a different subway

2021-09-05Sunday Morning Crew messed up my order to what I never thought was possible on doordash... How do u forget cheese on a sandwich.. Not toasted ... And give me some other meat that was left cuz u ran out of turkey half wau through my sandwich wow.. Just cancel the order
