Lady who owns that shop is terrible, doesnt work well with customers, doesnt accept valid coupons often, not serving what she is ask for. She should be fired. There is no pleasure to buy anything when she is there.
Worst Subway I have ever been to. The older woman running it, I assume the owner, ignored me when I walked in and then was rude. She toasted the sandwich after I told her not too, saying it was better that way. Never again!!!
So cheap! I wanted heavy lettuce and heavy olives and they gave me such a hard time! Heavy means light and light means light, as you see my sandwich looks like a only bread sandwich
Both the owner and the employee could not stop arguing the entire time I was there having lunch. Very annoying and very unprofessional. The owner should have taken her employee to the back and discuss whatever it is that they need to discuss in private. As for the sandwiches, they were not made very well. They were half the size but I am usually accustomed to at Subway. The person who made my sandwich was very cheap. My $10 sandwich was really worth no more than $2. Ive been to this Subway before and have had no complaints. You might think this might have been an isolated incident, but it has happened before.
This restaurant has been around for a long time and is a good neighborhood joint for sandwiches. The manager, who has been there for a while, is very friendly and personable and the employees are very nice. Food is always fresh and quick.
Great food prep very pleasant sandwich maker. Clean and bathrooms are open. This place used to be a 2 Star sandwich shop but I wonder if they sold to new owner. The last guy was sleazy and always ripped you off. NOW IT IS AWESOME!!!
Its subway, I mean its always consistent, always decent. This subway though nickle and dimes you for everything. I asked for olives on a footlong and I got like 6 tiny olive pieces, I asked if I could have a little more and I got like 5 more, when checkout came the guy charged me for extra olives, also got charged for a 2nd extra sauce as I got mayo and hot sauce, and extra for choosing provolone cheese. At total it was a $9 subway sandwich...subway is nowhere near a $9 sandwich...I can go to a small business deli and get a sandwich that is 100% better for less than that.
I wish it was possible to give this place a negative amount of stars. But since its not, lets just list all of the things wrong with this location. To start off, I saw the man was wearing green and yellow flip flops when he stepped out from behind the counter. UNSANITARY. The lady helping me was making herself tea while the oven beeped about 3 times with my sandwich still in it, meanwhile I was getting two subs and there was a customer behind me waiting to be attended as well. The lady asked if I wanted to make it a combo I said no I just wanted a bottled drink yet she charged me for a combo and told me to take FREE chips. Lastly, I had a coupon and she looked at me like I had more than one head & said that she has never seen it before and could not honor it, meanwhile I received a pamphlet in the mail full of subway coupons. I never write reviews but I just had to take time out of my day to do this because its just wrong the way they run this location. I work so close and gave this place multiple chances but sadly, I will not be going back.

These people should not be working around food at all. Multiple times I had to tell the woman to change her gloves after touching money. I have also seen her reuse gloves which I had to tell her again to put a clean one on. She told me this one is clean. There should be no reason why a chain this big needs to conserve gloves .One guy had sandals on. The lady is always at the table there on her iphone yelling in her language.They were very cheap on the veggies. Very surprised the health department has not shut them down. Gave them a few tries but I wont go here anymore
Worst service at a subway I ever received. Was the only 2 people in there at first, workers seemed annoyed to make our sandwiches and were just overall rude. They totally ignored my request for extra sauce as well. GO TO ANY OTHER SUBWAY, this one is terrible.
From the first moment you arrive in that place the waiters give you a great feeling. Very congenial waiters, it is a happy restaurant to pass time with buddies or with your date. yummy cooking, specialist chef de cuisine, decent pay and courteous service. Warmly recommended.
The woman told the employee making my sandwich to use less chicken teriyaki as he was putting it on the bread. He then put some back, when I asked her what she told him she merely smiled. I ended up with about a half serving of chicken on a foot long. When I paid she then proceeded to toss my credit card back in my direction as she looked at her phone.Will not eat at again. Drive the extra distance to the next one.
SubWay shouldnt let these people operate one of their franchise. The same two employees are always there, and they are some really rude people. Always sitting down at the customer tables when you walk in, sometimes talking on their cell phones. MORE THAN ONCE, when I walked in, they would sit there at the table and FINISH THEIR PHONE CONVERSATIONS FOR SEVERAL MINUTES while I awkwardly stand there waiting. This is disgusting behavior and it really should be ended. I make sure to tell everyone I know not to stop there.
Im guessing the older women is the owner. She sits at a table with every I phone accessory face timing while attached to a 6 ft extension cord. Im second in line, 2 more in front and 2 more behind of me. Now she gets up says hold on puts phone again glass and starts helping customers. Very rude and unorganized. Corrected employee on guacamole amount ended up with a light smear on the bread. Probably end up at the deli in the next store over from here on out.
DO NOT GO! They are price gouging the sandwich’s and I have reported them to the corporate line. Very rude employees! Skimp our on the topping too.
The employees are rude. and the owner is very stingy with the toppings. for example, 2 Jalapeno slices. like 4 pices of green pepers. and when you ask for more she will give you a look and give you 1 more pice. RUDE RUDE RUDE! GO ELSEWHEAR!
Just ordered through the app from them. asked for extra everything and they skimped out and put very little ingredients on my sandwiches. they even charge more for extra, so they ripped me off. AVOID this Subway.

She noticed me but didnt want to get up what so ever very lazy people .. unexceptable . They counted 3 olives and 3 of everything and thats all i got

2022-07-08This is quite a review to share so please some may have already had this experience. It seems that subway and the local owners has conspired with other local owners to not accept subway coupons. The company spends tens of millions of dollars on marketing and advertising and mails the coupons to my home with other weekly flyer discounts. The subway have a sign up will not accept coupons and had the audacity to lie and say that the company POS machine will not accept the coupons. It is a lie! They are all complaining that they don’t get their kickbacks from corporate and will not honor of the coupons. I’m done with Subway I’m done with this owner, who is a cheapskate and A liar. As it is when I went in there other times, I had to fight with the woman proprietor when I asked for extra olives. She would dabble on one or two more. I had to ask two more times for olives. The subway sucks. Do not patronize the store. They have no right to refuse the coupons this is a corporate entity. They are conspiring with other stores. Do not patronize Subway there are other options for sandwiches. I am extremely disappointed at a store in my hometown. Close up and move on. Maybe Jimmy John’s will move into town.

2022-05-10Some Subways are better than others. Most Subways will try to give you as little as possible on your sandwich. If you get shredded cheese, its barely a sprinkle. I got a wrap which SHOULD have as much meat and cheesecake as a footlong but NO. I think Ill go elsewhere for what I paid, $14.27 AND they wouldnt even give me a cup for some ice to go with my bottle of soda!! Yet you get a cup when you purchase tap soda 🤮 this Subway has lost its appeal with me. Just go to Jersey Mikes and save yourself the aggravation.

2022-05-02Came in at 7:10pm closes at 8 pm according to sign on door and online. She was helping another gentleman telling him she can’t take cash etc because she can’t open the the register. Waited for my turn. Rudely she screams from the other side “ what do you want”. I told her just a chicken teriyaki sub and she just says “ well im not taking card “. Clearly had closed registers. She let the other guy walk out with his sub which he will be back to pay tomorrow. Everyone wants to go home early just lock the doors and do things right no need for nasty attitudes.

2021-12-18Tried to get a job there. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Manager was extremely rude. On the third day of training I was very stressed because I had just started and was dealing with customers. The paper I had wrapped the Sandwich in came undone so she had to fix it. Wouldn’t have been so bad if she hadn’t turned to me after and asked “Why do you learn slow?” No joke, those were her exact words. Didn’t pay me while I was training and wanted me to only start getting paid once I was doing better, which I later realized was extremely illegal. Especially since I was a minor at the time. Snuck out the back door and didn’t come back because I wasn’t about to deal with that bs. They are extremely unprofessional, would not recommend.

The girl that did my order couldnt read English and gave us everything we didnt order and she was made aware we were allergic to the items. My best suggestion is to stay away from here especially if you have allergies that can kill
