The lady that works today between 4-5 pm is straight up rude !! She even messed up my order and act like she didn’t hear me. She made us feel like she wants customers out asap.
Awesome. Best subway I have ever been in. Very clean and organized. Nicely decorated. Fresh ingredients and great service. The young man working there is very kind and attentive. Whoever owns this is doing it right. Sorry Other sub chain in the area! Only thing is I think they need to advertise this location more. It’s kind of hidden and I forget it is there.
My over all experience sucked. My expectations for even a subway fell short. People were not helpful and the manager was rude. The food is just okay. It comes pre-packaged. So none of its fresh. Except the tomatoes and bell peppers and the bread. Other then that everything else comes in a package. Completely disappointed. I will never eat at subway again.
If I could give no stars I would. I go to this store regularly and always have a good experience until thursday night when I stopped for a sub on my way home after a 2 hour car ride. It was 8:45 pm. I walked in and was given dirty looks by the sandwhich artist. I asked if there was any sauce for a chicken pizziola and was told no. So I ordered another sub which was made in a hurry, after I paid she wrapped it up and threw it at me while she turned away and said have a good night. Apparently certain sandwiches are stopped being made at a certain time and 9pm closing time is clealy up to the staff. I will not be going back after that experience

Very happy with the service at this place in Leray. Had a lot of subs to get and they whipped thru it like it was nothing unlike other places Ive been I get attitude & eyeballs rolling
Fast, friendly clean. Also I was told they are getting door dash or some sort of delivery option. I think that will bring the store to the next level and I will be using it for sure.
DO NOT COME HERE the workers are extremely lazy and rude They do not want to do there job correctly but want to get mad when you tell them they messed up your food will be getting ahold of cooperate

2021-12-23The staff is awesome and quick and the store is always bright and inviting. Im assuming they are open for dining in because they have tables and chairs set up. The only problem I see with the dining room area is the way you line up to order would suck for the people at tables because youd be standing next to the people eating while you wait. I would change that around.

2021-12-16I have to explain this...im very particular about where I eat...my it starts from the moment I walk in the door... the cleanliness of the store, the appearance of the server, etc. With that being said, this is one of the cleanest subways I have ever visited...then one day I was in the store & saw something that made me sick on my stomach...at night they sandwich makers break things down...they remove the white cutting board to clean the metal underneath, where all the stuff falls...I saw a sandwich maker drop a scoop of guacamole on the unclean metal...after she finished making the sandwich, she scooped the dropped portion up off the unclean metal an put it back in with the guacamole to be served to the next customer....WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT... 🤢Im done

2021-04-21Made my first order online and i thought i requested for my bun to be toasted. Ask if i could have my bun toasted and the workers gave me a ridiculous hard time. Doesnt direct me properly on how to cancel online nor give me the headquarters phone number so i could request a refund because i purchased two sandwiches and only left with one. Didnt feel welcomed afterwards when they could’ve just remade the sandwich and all of that for a toasted bun. Poor customer service

2021-04-09Horrible staff sloppy sub! There was more food on the wrap than in the actual sandwich. Wasn’t cut all the way through. Never have I had a sub so poorly made. Might have been okay if the employees weren’t rude.

2021-05-18Friendly staff but food has just not been good lately. I will not be back. Lettuce tastes dirty every time and the cucumbers also. A green tomato and the soup tasted burt.
