The Lady working behind the counter was just so extremely rude to me that I will never go back in there. It seems like a lot of the reviews in here are saying the same thing. I guess she doesn’t realize that subways are a dime a dozen and literally any costumer can go to another by just driving less then 5 minutes the other direction. There’s so reason to be rude to people who are being nice in general not to mention a costumer literally expecting nothing more from you then to do what your exact job is 🤷🏻♀️
Decent. But the lady that served me was so RUDE. I was still trying to get exact change in my wallet and she rolled her eyes and yelled next when it was just me and another woman. I am dissatisfied with the service. Additionally the bathroom was filthy last time I went there. Hopefully they clean it. Not returning to this establishment. You will be better off going to another chain.
There is only one woman who works behind the counter every time Ive been to this Subway. She is slow and does not speak English very well, making it difficult to receive your order correctly. Although I knew this, my wife and I were hungry and Subway happened to be right near where we were. There were three people on line waiting to give their order when we arrived. After waiting 25 minutes and she hadnt even gotten to the third one yet, we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. This Subway gives new meaning to the term fast food. I would not recommend this Subway
Sandwich artist had a very hard time understanding English. Another employee has to interpret. This was only a problem because the misunderstanding made the food not even worth the headache. Terrible experience!

Very disappointed all around... no choice in bread except for one employee was on the phone more than they were taken care of customers, horrible parking definitely will never go back to this one again
This subway serves undercooked chicken. I had the chicken teriyaki and got very ill from it. The indian lady behind the counter was very disrespectful and didnt want to do anything about it. This place will be reported to the Dept of Health.
Well, very disappointed with this place. The person working behind the counter was rude and they dont have the fresh brewed teas and make you pay for an item you dont want.
Its Subway. They make sandwiches with processed meat, cheese, n bread ingredients. I think the salad stuff is real though. This one in particular is pretty clean and the employees are pretty nice.
Service was slow and they didnt have the type of bread we wanted. Could have been a bad day but there are other subways around that are much better

Waited for clerk as no one was in the store. Found out he was outside smoking amd didnt come right in when I did.

2022-05-09I was wondering which subway near me was the best and this is definitely not the best. I doubted that there would be any difference but the workers really matter. The girl who made our sandwiches was terrible. I could barely hear anything she said and would not repeat herself, cut the bread terribly, asked which vegetables I wanted on a sandwich then started putting those vegetables on a different one, put almost no sauce on at all then rushed to halfway cut it in half and wrap it before we could say anything, didnt label anything, and somehow got all the toppings and sauce to be in one thick line on the side.

2022-06-06Terrible attitude from this Hispanic girl. I could have tolerated it except she put the equivalent of one scoop on a 6 inch tuna and when I commented that’s not the usual amount, she said you wanna pay extra tuna. So I just smiled and said, no that’s ok. I will go somewhere else.

2022-01-05Awful experience! cubby Latino girl with snotty attitude toward us and the other woman getting a sandwich. How can you have someone so rude work for you. Must be a relative who can’t get another job . Hope someone does her a favor and talks to her. Other girl was very sweet and helpful. But Won’t go back.

2022-05-06Ordered 3 foot longs and some sodas and the two women working behind the counter were horrible . Nasty attitude when I asked for more peppers and threw my bread when she found out I was ordering three sandwiches.. Never going to that bump again

2021-06-28Today I was very disappointed in the person that helped me. She was chatting Away with another worker who was in the back. That part really didnt bother me but I was not greated at all just stared at. As I gave my order she never spoke to me so I wasnt even sure if she was hearing what I wanted. I am very aware of how the portions are and she skimmed on the onion chicken that I was ordering for my son. I Said to her thats for a boy and your not even putting the correct amount on the scoop. She then laughed and ignored me. My other sandwich she was making she ordered put lettuce on. I explained my child wont eat that. She pulled some off and just wrapped the sandwich. Another customer saw what was going on and said to me I will take that sandwich dont worry. How nice of her because she saw how rude your employer was. I paid 24 dollars for three sandwiches and chips. For absolutely rude service. I will never go back.

2021-05-12Exactly what someone else wrote about one of the employees... seems like she really doesn’t want to work there. Put two spinach leaves on my sandwich and 2 little pieces of sweet peppers.. also day old bread!!! People who frequent this Subway are definitely not used to what a true Subway shop provides. Try another location!!

2020-12-03My husband went to this location in Bellmore NY. After he purchased his food and drink he noticed that the drink was OPENED ALREADY! When he went back in the change it ANA was very rude and told him he opened it and he had to “drink it”. He said I did not open this because if I did I wouldn’t come back in the store. She gave a lot of attitude in front of customers. He told her someone opened it and did not want to change it. HELLO COVID IS REAL THIS IS A FOOD SAFTEY ISSUE and she should be disciplined. I will be contacting Subway franchise owners and see if this is proper food safety. As a health care worker nope this not. The other worker was very helpful she gets the STAR! She had to step in over Ana and give him a new beverage. THANK YOU!

2021-04-23Horrible customer service by a chubby rude Latina girl who seemed to find everything a bother. Will not return to this establishment. Owners need to understand that toxic employees like this drive customers away and they dont return.
