Always very friendly and clean. The young lady that helped me was very personable and was good at her job. She made my 4 subs quickly and they were very yummy. Thank you!!

Last ordered today from website. Ready at 6.25. This was our best order so far. Its always good but these were so well done. Thanks for the amazing meal. We appreciate your great work in these tough times.

Folks that work are good people, this review isnt about that. Sign on door says face mask required. So what happens? Group of 4 folks come in behind me, young man has no mask on in front of the food panel. I asked if he has a mask he says no and kind of laughs. Staff still serves him. Next time i will not pay and walk out. No backbone to in force their own rules. So who knows if food or people infected since they dont care. And Subway eliminated all roast beef they said. Corporate says too expensive...so why not increase the price on the menu? It was the only meat they never made into a loaf and i ordered. Now no reason to go to Subway for me.

I love Subway. I usually order the same thing every time, and if I dont...I order a different combination that I typically order if Im tired of my normal. Its usually a chill atmosphere with music playing in the background. I like getting coke or orange soda with my sub, but they didnt have any orange soda last time I went. I used to love the white flat bread, but Subway has discontinued it completely.

Went there today for lunch and was completely rushed through the making of my (and my two friends) subs. There was no one in line behind us. When we got to the counter to pay, the worker was eating a cookie from the display while ringing up our food. We went and sat down to eat our lunch and we could not hear each other over the incredibly loud conversation (with profanities, may I add) happening behind the counter. I love subway but am extremely disappointed with our service today.

Sign on the door states they open at 10 so I stood there for 10 minutes calling. Apparently they open at 10:30 due to covid... thanks for posting signs for masks but being too lazy to post actual business hours. Will not return!

Great food. Little pricey, nothing crazy, though.However, if youre looking into a career for any of the 4 in Oswego, I highly advise against that decision.The supervisor/owner (Katie; my former boss) made me feel like I was below her, like I was never good enough, and at one point I had felt discriminated against.Good place to eat, not so good place to work.

Aside from the location being a bit harder to approach by car, its kept up very nice. Very clean. Friendly staff, even when Ive gone and its been very busy the workers did a great job staying on top of the order and making sure everything was made correctly.

Employ that was their, name of Sabrina was super rude to me. I made a mistake telling my friends order and she gave me and my other friend who wasnt even involved a lot of attitude.
