I was shocked with how they allow employees ware skimpy clothing. One she looked like she was about to star in a pornographic film. There should be a strict standard for employees clothing.
Went to subway around 9 PM tonight ( wednesday) with my sister and ordered a footlong italian herb and cheese. Buffalo chicken, extra swiss lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and banana peppers. When I got dropped off at home I found I had a footlong italian sub. Took me 4 tries before someone answered and I was told there was nothing they could do tonight but give my name to manager in the morning. Full sub going into garbage. Not a happy customer. I have no transportation.
Well the price was higher than I thought it would after seeing ads.i think you could add more meat and not bring the price higher,thats what people want.
Very slow. Went through drive thru. No customers in side, 3 people working. Took 5 mins for them to take my order and another 15 to make it. Very disappointing. This is supposed to make it fast and easy to get Subway on the go. Wont be returning to this Subway.

It took almost 30 minutes to get a BLT and 2 meatball subs and there 4 people working that is quite excessive but the subs were very good

2021-09-11Worst subway experience EVER! I ordered over the app. I ordered 2 meals 1 meatballs sub and 1 buffalo chicken sub. When I got to the store for curbside pick up I called as it said to on the app. I called 3 times in fact with no answer. They werent that busy so there was no reason they couldnt answer and there were multiple people working. It was a VERY simple order. I mean come on meatball and buffalo chicken. When I got it home they put meatballs and buffalo chicken sub and I found no signs of cheese at all and my meatball sub all the cheese was on one side of the sub. So since yesterday I have called them 10 times to speak to them and even wrote customer service. Customer service gave me a reply thanking me for my feed back.

2022-05-07Ok subs the new baja chicken is pretty good. Its cheaper to go to local sub shops to be honest. I spent about 11 bucks on that footlong.

2022-01-05The staff at this location was very kind even though it was close to closing. The new itialian bread recipe is so much better than the previous recipe. Seems lighter fluffier and a bit more flavorful and not as prone to wet soggy doughiness. Subway is once again in my rotation of places to grab a quick tastfeul bite.

2021-08-10Sorry Subway, your sandwiches are becoming irrelevant. Bread varieties all taste similar. If you have too pay more for extra meat, its because you dont put enough on. $15 meal is too much. Im done going here.

2020-08-05Wish they didnt have so many different rules throughout the franchise. Wanted to get 12in subs for $5 with my gift certificate.however they have a rule that you need to call in ahead of time and he cant do it at the counter. Very discouraging that you have to jump through hoops in order to get discount. Sandwiches were good though.

2019-12-30The staff at the route 3 location in Plattsburgh are truly the best! They are always so cheerful and seem to really like their job. I choose this location over all the other subways due to the staff there. Keep up the good work everyone!
